本发明的技术方案:一种黑豆小分子肽复配的固体饮料及其制备方法,以黑豆肽粉,黑米肽粉含丰富的蛋白质,滋阴补肾益气活血等,板栗肽粉补肾强筋活血,人参肽粉补五脏六腑,鹿茸肽粉壮阳,银耳肽粉补肾强精,枸杞肽粉提高免疫力,肾阴亏虚,黑芝麻肽粉,香菇肽粉其它肽粉都有高营养强肾的作用,蜂蜜是长寿食物,草菇肽粉、海参肽粉、牡蛎肽粉等未列举的也具有补肾的功效,再取多糖(抗肿瘤)、维生素、微量元素、精油等做辅料(在生产小分子肽时,先将本发明中所用的食材中,所含的多糖,维生素,微量元素、精油分离单独提存)。这些主料和辅料经过称量、混合,制颗粒、干燥、包装制成肽颗粒。
本发明的有益效果:采用本发明方法生产的肽固体饮料在常温水中即可溶解,所得到的固体饮料具有补肾的功效。
具体实施方式
1、取黑豆肽粉15%,海参肽粉10%、枸杞肽粉10%,黑米肽粉5%,板栗肽粉5%,人参肽粉5%,鹿茸肽粉15%,银耳肽粉10%,黑芝麻肽粉5%,香菇肽粉5%,蜂蜜粉5%,草菇肽粉5%、牡蛎肽粉5%。
2、经称重、混合机混合10分钟,混合均匀。
3、用烘干机干燥。
4、取从本发明中所用食材,在提取小分子肽中,分离提存的多糖,微量元素,维生素,精油。
5、取混合肽粉,配多糖,微量元素,维生素,精油(按食品添加剂国标规定添加配比),用混合机混合均匀。
6、用制粒机制成一定规格的肽颗粒。
7、用包装机包装成所需规格。

(1)取黑豆肽粉15%,海参肽粉10%、枸杞肽粉10%,黑米肽粉5%,板栗肽粉5%,人参肽粉5%,鹿茸肽粉15%,银耳肽粉10%,黑芝麻肽粉5%,香菇肽粉5%,蜂蜜粉5%,草菇肽粉5%、牡蛎肽粉5%。
(2)经称重、混合机混合10分钟,混合均匀。
(3)用烘干机干燥。
(4)取从本发明中所用食材,在提取小分子肽中,分离提存的多糖,微量元素,维生素,精油。
(5)取混合肽粉,配多糖,微量元素,维生素,精油(按食品添加剂国标规定添加配比),用混合机混合均匀。
(6)用制粒机制成一定规格的肽颗粒。
(7)用包装机包装成所需规格。
