尿道感染(UTI)是最流行的感染之一,给社会来了沉重的财政负担。对于女性来说,一生中患UTI的风险高于50%,且20%-30%的女性会有周期性感染出现,且女性患UTI的风险远高于男性,因此,预防女性UTI是非常有必要的,而蔓越莓中含有的原花青素可有效预防女性UTI。除此之外,随着社会生活环境的变化,很多女性患有多囊卵巢综合征,主要表现为月经不规律,排卵障碍,雄性激素分泌过多,而角豆提取物中富含的手性肌醇可以有效改善这些症状。
益生菌是一类能够促进宿主肠内微生物菌群的生态平衡,对宿主健康和(或)生理功能产生有益作用的活性微生物,其作用主要是经摄入宿主体内后,能改善肠道菌群结构,促进肠道有益菌的增殖,抑制有害菌的生长,提高机体特异性或非特异性免疫力,从而有利于抵御各类疾病的发生。
本发明就是为了提供一种新的益生菌固体饮料来解决以上问题。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种口味独特且女士益生菌固体饮料。
本发明通过如下技术方案实现上述目的:一种女士益生菌固体饮料,配方包括如下质量比的成分:
具体的,配方中还包括15-25wt%的银耳多糖。
具体的,配方中还包括15-20wt%的角豆提取物。
本发明技术方案的有益效果是:
1、本益生菌固体饮料选用低聚木糖作为益生元,不仅具备了本身的保健效果,还可以很好地促进罗伊氏乳杆菌和鼠李糖乳杆菌两种对女性生理健康有利的益生菌的增殖,还可以跟能预防女性尿路感染的蔓越莓提取物组合出独特的风味,受到女性使用者的欢迎。
2、银耳多糖的高保水性可以使人产生饱腹感,减少过多热量的吸收;又可以包覆多余糖分和油脂随同肠道内的沉积废物一同排出体外,从而达到瘦身减肥的目的;还可以增强机体免疫力,补肺益气,养阴润燥。
3、角豆提取物对生理周期规律性、经量过少、停经、青春痘具有改善效果;对肥胖多囊卵巢综合征女性的排卵功能、荷尔蒙紊乱等具有改善功效,同时可以改善女性内分泌综合征

具体实施方式
本发明所用原料中低聚木糖由山东龙力生物科技股份有限公司提供,罗伊氏乳杆菌和鼠李糖乳杆菌由丹尼斯克(中国)有限公司提供,蔓越莓提取物、银耳多糖和角豆提取物由上海诚一食品原料有限公司提供。
鼠李糖乳杆菌和罗伊氏乳杆菌可产生乳酸、过氧化氢、细菌素和生物表面活性物质等多种抑菌物质,口服后顺利通过胃肠道,能够在阴道定植,乳杆菌定植在阴道上皮细胞形成保护性屏障,可预防泌尿生殖系统感染性疾病的发生,如严重影响女性健康和生活质量的细菌性阴道病、外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病、性传播疾病和尿路感染等。
低聚木糖很难为人体消化酶所分解,各种消化液几乎都不能分解低聚木糖,它的能量值几乎为零,既不影响血糖浓度,也不增加血糖中胰岛素水平,并且不会形成脂肪沉积,故可在低能量食品中发挥作用,最大限度地满足了那些喜爱甜品而又担心糖尿病和肥胖的人的要求,因此糖尿病人、肥胖病人和低血糖病人均可放心食用。同时还有研究表明,日常饮食中摄取少量的低聚木糖,便能体现出保健效果,当低聚木糖与钙同时摄入时,它不但不会影响机体对钙的吸收,反而能起促进作用,试验结果表明,任意摄取2%低聚木糖水溶液,7日后机体对Ca的保留率提高了21%。而低聚木糖作为益生元最主要的功效,服用后不仅可以促进肠道蠕动,改善便秘,更能促进肠道有益菌增殖,改善肠道微生态平衡。
蔓越莓提取物取自蔓越莓。蔓越莓含有大量的有机酸、维生素C、黄酮类化合物、花青素、原花青素等,其功能主要有:预防尿路感染、美容养颜,抗老抗氧化、保护口腔与牙齿、保护肠胃,降低胃溃疡及胃癌的发生率、抗癌抗肿瘤等。本发明主要利用的是其中的原花青素,达到有效预防女性尿路感染的功能。蔓越莓提取物相比添加蔓越莓粉以及蔓越莓汁类,效果更加显著。
角豆提取物富含手性肌醇,手性肌醇对生理周期规律性、经量过少、停经、青春痘具有改善效果;对肥胖多囊卵巢综合征女性的排卵功能、荷尔蒙紊乱等具有改善功效,同时可以改善女性内分泌综合征,如黄体生成荷尔蒙及卵细胞荷尔蒙、雄烯二酮、胰岛素等。
银耳多糖是银耳提取物,是银耳中主要活性成分,以甘露糖为主链,侧链含有木糖、岩藻糖、葡萄糖醛酸的酸性粘多糖;银耳多糖作为一种生物活性多糖,能被人体吸收,并和各器官细胞的原生质结合,成为人体器官细胞液的组成部分,增强各个器官细胞的生物活性,其在健康预防方面的突出作用主要表现在如下几个方面:保护胃粘膜,促进溃疡愈合;提升内源性透明质酸,补水美容;银耳多糖的成分中含有D-木糖等糖成分,可以为肠内的双歧杆菌利用,改善肠道益生菌的增殖环境,防止便秘;银耳多糖具有高达500倍的保水性能。有软化大便,滋润干燥大肠的效果,银耳多糖的高保水性可以使人产生饱腹感,减少过多热量的吸收;又可以包覆多余糖分和油脂随同肠道内的沉积废物一同排出体外,从而达到瘦身减肥的目的;还可以增强机体免疫力,补肺益气,养阴润燥。
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
①低聚木糖对乳杆菌的增殖效果测试:
在培养液中添加1%的低聚木糖,每隔4h测定罗伊氏乳杆菌和鼠李糖乳杆菌培养液的pH值和OD600值,同时以未加低聚木糖的培养液做对照。如图1和图2所示,结果表明,添加1%的低聚木糖对培养液的初始pH值和OD值都没有什么影响,随着培养时间的延长,添加1%的低聚木糖的培养液pH值下降速度比未加低聚木糖的对照要快,且OD值增加的速度也要高于空白对照,说明添加低聚木糖对罗伊氏乳杆菌和鼠李糖乳杆菌的生长都有明显的促进作用,因此添加低聚木糖作为益生元,可以很好的促进益生菌的增殖。
②益生菌固体饮料风味测试:
按照表1所示实施例1~6质量配比配制益生菌固体饮料,所得益生菌固体饮料让100位女性品尝益生菌固体饮料,对风味感受进行评级,分数区间为1~10(6分及格),然后取平均值。

由表1可知,本发明益生菌固体饮料风味能够被大多数女性试用者接受,能受到女性使用者的欢迎。
以上所述的仅是本发明的一些实施方式。对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
