Abstract

Description

本发明涉及在用于大型金属板成型的机械式压力机和剪床的传动装置中由压力介质操纵的离合器和制动器装置,在这里应在具有独立的离合器和制动器装置的传动装置与具有组合式离合器和制动器装置的传动装置之间加以区别。
在独立设置的离合器和制动器中(DE 2100536B1,DE 2123330A1),其特点是离合器的位置在传动轴的一个轴端,而制动器的位置在传动轴的另一个轴端,并相应地有用于操纵和用于冷却的单独的接头。在组合结构的离合器和制动器中(DE 2753534A1,EP 0174256A1,EP0287472A1),离合器和制动器组合地位于传动轴的一个轴端。
组合式离合器和制动器装置的优点是控制机构结构简单,因为只有一个受弹簧限制的操纵活塞,只需要传动轴的一个轴端,以及只向一个轴端敷设来自供应中心的压力介质和冷却介质的输入管。相对于其它机器构件的密封装置的费用同样较低,以及装配也可以更方便地完成。由于只有一个操纵活塞简化了控制机构的结构,因为只需要一个压力机安全阀。对于有些类型的机器,这种单侧的安置还有利地改变了机器的总体造型设计,使之具有更为紧凑的整体外形。
然而,与独立的离合器和制动器装置相比存在的一个严重缺点是,由于唯一存在的操纵活塞的行程时间损失,引起在离合器和制动器闭合和断开过程之间的转换时间损失。尤其在操纵容积很大的情况下,这种时间损失会阻止增加机器的单个开关数。此外,顶杆的传动机构在转换阶段中既未在离合器控制下运动又未被制动器固定住,其结果是可能导致不希望的顶杆自行移动。
本发明的目的是将压力机上的离合器和制动器装置设计为,通过使它允许独立地操纵离合器和制动器避免了组合式装置的上述缺点,但尽管如此仍能安置在一个轴端上。
本发明以由EP0174256A1已知的压力机为出发点,此压力机具有设在传动轴的一个轴端的一个离合器和一个制动器的组合,其中,与传动轴连接的摩擦片支架交替地通过离合器片可与一个与飞轮连接的离合器壳和通过制动摩擦片可与一个用作飞轮支承轴颈的空心轴连接的制动器壳连接,本发明的任务是,在独立操纵离合器和制动器的情况下能将它们安置在传动轴的一端,并因而在装配和从供应站到传动装置的管路敷设方面提出一个完整的结构单元。此外,在离合器到制动器的转换过程和相反的转换过程中,应避免顶杆的不确定的悬浮状态。
按本发明为做到这一些,离合器设有形成气隙的离合器弹簧和使它闭合的离合器活塞,以及,制动器设有使它闭合的压力弹簧和形成气隙的制动器活塞,其中,空心轴设有穿过它的用于向制动器压力腔输送压力介质的通道。
下面借助于实施例详细说明本发明的合乎目的的实施形式。附图表示了按本发明的离合器和制动器。飞轮1装在空心轴2上。在与机器本体固定连接的空心轴2上连接着具有制动摩擦片7的制动器壳4。在制动器壳4内并与此制动摩擦片7同轴地装有顶靠制动器弹簧8支承着的制动活塞6。向制动器的压力腔18输送压力介质是通过来自压力机安全阀16的输入管道19经空心轴2进行。
制动器壳4、制动活塞6、压力弹簧8和制动摩擦片7共同构成制动器组件。通过操纵压力机安全阀16,使制动器克服制动器弹簧8的弹簧力而松开。带离合器片9、离合器弹簧10、离合器活塞11和压力接头12的离合器壳5固定在飞轮1上。
通过操纵压力机安全阀15,离合器克服离合器弹簧10的弹簧力而闭合,与此同时压力介质借助于压力接头13通过不可旋转的壳体和通过旋转的压力接头12进入离合器的压力腔17。用于将冷却介质引入摩擦片支架21的不能旋转的壳体14与离合器压力接头12同轴,摩擦片支架21与传动轴3连接。为了避免由于传动轴3相对于飞轮1中心度偏移而在接合状态主动和从动件可能的滞塞,设有一个径向有弹性的密封件22。离合器和制动器的冷却介质通过一个公共的旋转贯穿件输入。冷却介质的排出没有表示,冷却介质的排出按已知的方式通过空心轴4、通过飞轮1或在一个没有表示的离合器和制动器的公共壳体内进行。离合器和制动器的预装配并因而预分解可以在两个分开的操作单元内进行,它们在安装在压力机上成为一个紧凑的结构形式时,类似于组合式装置那样,可以联合地装在传动轴3的一端。

Claims (4)

1、在压力机传动轴(3)的一个轴端上所装的离合器和制动器的组合装置,其中,与传动轴(3)连接的摩擦片支架(21)可分别通过离合器片(9)可与一个与飞轮(1)连接的离合器壳(5)和通过制动摩擦片(7)可与一个与用作飞轮(1)支承轴颈的空心轴(2)连接的制动器壳(4)连接,其特征为:为了独立操纵离合器和制动器,离合器设有形成气隙的离合器弹簧(10)和使它闭合的离合器活塞(11),以及,制动器设有使它闭合的压力弹簧(8)和形成气隙的制动器活塞(6),其中,空心轴(2)设有穿过它的用于向制动器的压力腔(18)输送压力介质(19)的通道。
2、按照权利要求1所述的装置,其特征为:装在空心轴(2)上的制动器壳(4)有一个与制动摩擦片(7)同轴的压力腔(18);并且,此压力腔(18)沿直径方向位于摩擦片(7)之外。
3、按照权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征为:通过冷却油管(23)输送的冷却介质共同用于离合器片(9)和制动摩擦片(7),并流过公共的摩擦片支架(21)。
4、按照权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征为:用于离合器的压力接头(13)和冷却油接头(14)互相同轴地设置在轴的远离驱动装置的一端;一个弹性密封件(22)构成离合器和制动器组合装置的封盖。
