Abstract
本发明涉及踝关节矫形装置,有一背侧延伸至足后部的护腿(1),可由扣带或类似物固定在腓腹(12)上。为了改进踝关节矫形装置的功能和结构,护腿(1)的足前部壳段(2)延伸至足掌区,把在腓侧副韧带区(3)内的那部分护腿挖去以使该区暴露成挖空区(4),使背侧大大变窄并导向内侧。用一条橡胶弹性的松紧带(5)的下端在外侧与足前部壳段(2)连接,其另一端即上端在腓腹区内侧与护腿(1)连接,起到动态拉紧作用,护腿(1)在背侧伸展和旋前运动时可弯曲,同时用松紧带(5)限制旋后运动和跖屈曲。
Description
本发明涉及一种踝关节矫形装置,该装置具有一个背侧延伸至足后部的护腿,该护腿可由扣带或其类似物固定在腓腹上。
几年前,治疗刚刚发生的腓侧副韧带损伤还是采用传统的处置方法,首先用石膏板固定在可旋前运动和背侧伸展运动的足上,矫正约两星期,直至肿胀基本消退后,再用小腿步行石膏处理约四星期。目前由于各种原因,这种石膏治疗方法通常视为过时的方法。因此,目前已将这种传统处置方法从有效治疗方法中淘汰。
目前所采用的踝关节矫形装置几乎只包裹足的后部而不延伸到足掌,因为由于血肿和组织水肿而肿胀和损坏的踝关节外部的固定夹板的各个部件或扣带,会使这个敏感区域受到刺激。这种矫形装置的主要问题是对于跖屈曲基本上没有限制。在采用带有踝关节加强肋的固定护理的情况下,当保护套将足导引到靴中时在入口处可能使足跖屈曲,从而损伤了正在治疗中的韧带,特别是距腓前韧带。
从功能观点出发,用绷带已被证明是有效的。用此方法可以达到很好的治疗效果,其缺点是缠绕绷带时费时、费料。另一缺点是为满足卫生的要求,必需经常更换新绷带,而缠绕绷带不但费时,还需要有相当高的专业经验。
本发明的任务是改进前面所述的踝关节矫形装置的有关功能和结构。
本发明任务的解决方案是使护腿的足前段延伸至足掌区,并将其在腓侧副韧带区的那部分挖掉,以便露出该区,使背侧大大变窄并使其偏向腿内侧,以及用一条橡胶弹性的松紧带的下端在外侧与足前部壳段连接,从而起到动态拉紧作用,使护腿在背侧伸展和旋前运动时可弯曲,同时用松紧带限制旋后运动和跖屈曲。
本发明的踝关节矫形装置符合有效的传统治疗的要求,因为它允许在背侧伸展和旋前自由运动,同时由于松紧带的动态拉紧作用,当运动范围加大时跖屈曲和旋后运动会受到更大的限制。此外腓侧副韧带区完全被空出。
该装置的包扎特别简单。同时松紧带还可缠绕在足上将足前部固定。为了固定只需要附加一个对足拉紧的固定件,即采用一个腓腹带,将其缠绕闭合就很容易达到合适固定的目的。
为了能够经跖小骨解开,足前部壳段最好包住足掌直至足前部下面,使第一跖小骨暴露在外。
公知的在足的某一位置的固定技术,例如用由两半壳状护腿包住腓腹和足两侧直至足掌区,本发明的解决方案是采用一个起动态拉紧作用的结构,该结构能在足放松状态下的治疗位置上产生一个持久的拉力作用。由此,例如一个运动员在“不自觉”的状态下,可以保证其足在理想位置,而当他从事体育活动训练时,又能尽可能地保证其自由度。

图中所示踝关节矫形装置具有一个在背侧经足后部延伸的护腿1,其足前部壳段2延伸至足掌区下面,为使腓侧副韧带区3暴露,将内侧位于该区的护腿的那部分挖去,使背侧大大变窄。本发明踝关节矫形装置还包括一个橡胶弹性松紧带5,其下端外侧与足前部壳段2连接,其另一端即上端在腓腹区内侧与护腿1连接,起到动态拉紧作用。松紧带5沿斜向贴紧在腓腹面上,护腿1的结构在背侧伸展和旋前运动时能弯曲,同时用松紧带5限制旋后运动和跖屈曲。
在图中所示的实施例中,松紧带5同时还形成可缠绕足6的足前部固定部分7。为了进一步固定踝关节矫形装置,还提供足张紧固定部分8和腓腹带9,它们每次可以用锁定或类似的固定方式固定。
图1中的箭头10表示足内侧边缘,图2中的箭头11表示足外侧边缘。比较图1和图2可清楚地看到,护腿1只在背侧和内侧包住腓腹12。因为在腓腹侧副韧带区3有一大的挖去部分4,所以使足内侧的壳连接区13相对于足前部壳段2窄得多,因此该连接区13易于产生弹性弯曲,并在护腿1内引起一内应力。
护腿1最好由热塑性塑料制成,因此具有仿形性,并能与不同损伤尺寸的腿匹配。本发明的护腿可以穿进靴中。
Claims (4)
1.一种踝关节矫形装置,带有一个背侧延伸至足后部的护腿(1),该护腿可由一扣带固定在腓腹(12)上,其特征在于,护腿(1)的足前部壳段(2)延伸至足掌区,在腓侧副韧带区(3)内的护腿部分有一个使背侧大大变窄并使其偏向腿内侧的空区(4),以及一条起动态拉紧作用的使护腿(1)在背侧伸展和旋前运动时可以弯曲,同时用以限制旋后运动和跖屈曲的橡胶弹性的松紧带(5),其下端在外侧与足前部壳段(2)连接,其另一端即上端在腓腹区内侧与护腿(1)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的踝关节矫形装置,其特征在于,松紧带(5)同时还缠绕到足(6)的前部固定部分(7)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的踝关节矫形装置,其特征在于,除足前部固定部分(7)外,所述扣带还包括足张紧固定部分(8)和腓腹带(9)。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的踝关节矫形装置,其特征在于,足前部壳段(2)包住足掌直至足前部下面,使第一跖小骨暴露在外。
