技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于导电接触的连接组件以及用于制造这样的连接组件的方法。
背景技术
已知用于形成在电导体和连接元件之间的导电接触的连接组件,在所述连接组件中通过钎焊材料将连接元件钎焊到电导体上。该电导体能够例如构造为在用于机动车的窗玻璃中或者上的天线、防盗装置或者加热设备。在窗玻璃上的钎焊对所使用的焊料提出特别的材料要求,由此在窗玻璃上不出现损坏。为此,含铅的软焊料已经证明适合于通过使用含铅的软焊料避免在窗玻璃中的裂缝或者裂纹或者甚至玻璃碎裂。然而,这种含铅的焊料根据欧盟指令自2016年1月1日起禁止用于该应用领域,使得未来只允许使用无铅的钎焊材料。但是,到目前为止的无铅的焊料具有下述缺点:尤其是在复合安全玻璃(VSG)中经常出现玻璃碎裂以及在单层安全玻璃(ESG)中出现陶瓷破碎。
此外,已知用于形成在电导体和连接元件之间的导电接触的导电的粘合连接。为此所使用的导电的粘合剂具有高比例的导电的组分、例如铜或者银,但是所述导电的组分对这些粘合剂的机械强度产生负面的影响。通过这样的粘合剂几乎不可能或者不可能实现承受得住高负荷的导电的连接。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提出一种连接组件,通过所述连接组件避免在窗玻璃上的损坏以及实现连接组件的高强度。此外,本发明的任务是提出一种用于制造这样的连接组件的方法。
该任务通过用于设置在尤其用于机动车的窗玻璃上的至少一个电导体和电连接元件之间的导电接触的连接组件解决,在该连接组件中,在用于至少一个电导体的连接部位上设置连接元件和电导体之间的至少一个接触部位,并且在该连接组件中,电连接元件和电导体与导电物质相互连接,并且在该连接组件中,连接部位的至少一个接触部位由浇铸材料至少部分地包围。通过至少部分地包围连接部位的接触部位的浇铸材料,在连接元件和电导体之间实现连接,所述连接承受得住高机械负荷。因此,这种连接组件既经受得起强的牵引力又经受得起高的循环负荷和/或热影响,从而确保了该电接触的保持。

优选设置,浇铸材料由粘合剂、优选由可硬化的粘合剂构造。在此,浇铸材料首先具有基本上是液态或者胶状的稠性,使得至少所述接触部位可以由所述浇铸材料包封。由此可以保障,所述接触部位完全地由所述浇铸材料包裹或者说包围。然后,通过粘合剂的硬化构造连接元件、电导体和窗玻璃之间的高强度的连接。
特别优选设置,所述浇铸材料形成在至少一个连接元件和窗玻璃之间的附加的粘合连接。通过构造该附加的粘合连接实现连接元件在窗玻璃上的固定。在此,浇铸材料具有相应的弹性,使得通过粘合连接、尤其是通过粘合连接的硬化防止该窗玻璃的损坏。
所述连接组件的另一优选的实施方式设置,在浇铸材料和施加在窗玻璃上的涂层、尤其是陶瓷涂层之间施加底漆或者粘附剂。由此不需要浇铸材料本身构造为含粘合剂的或者构造为粘合剂物质。相反地,在窗玻璃和施加在其上的浇铸材料之间或者施加在涂层上的窗玻璃和浇铸材料之间的粘附连接能够通过由底漆或者粘附剂构成的层实现。

导电物质优选构造为导电的粘合物质。通过这种导电的粘合物质构造连接元件和电导体之间的附加的粘附连接。由此确保连接元件被施加并且固定在电导体上。
有利地,电导体构造为天线、窗玻璃加热装置或者防盗装置。长期以来,窗玻璃加热装置被集成在机动车的前窗玻璃和/或后窗玻璃中。在现代机动车中,还在窗玻璃中设置用于汽车收音机的天线以及防盗装置。由此,大量的连接组件是必须的,所述连接组件建立了在窗玻璃中的电导体和电源或者其他电设备之间的接触。
电导体可以设置在窗玻璃中,并且所述电导体的至少一个接触部位被集成在窗玻璃的外侧上。电导体也可以设置在、尤其是印在或者气相蒸镀在窗玻璃上。通过这种构型可以将电导体成本低地施加到窗玻璃上。

具体实施方式
图1示出机动车的窗玻璃单元11的立体视图。示例性地,该窗玻璃单元11构造为该机动车的后窗玻璃。同样地,该窗玻璃单元11也可以构造为前窗玻璃、侧窗玻璃或者构造为用于关闭机动车的车顶开口的窗玻璃。窗玻璃单元11尤其设置为固定的窗玻璃单元。同样地,该窗玻璃单元可以是可打开的。窗玻璃单元11包括窗玻璃16。该窗玻璃16优选由单层安全玻璃(ESG)或者由复合安全玻璃(VSG)构造。此外,可以在窗玻璃16上施加陶瓷涂层21和/或底漆或者粘附剂26。

Claims (10)
