step S20, dissolving edible alkali and pore-forming agent in water, adding konjac powder and stirring;
respectively weighing the edible alkali, the pore-forming agent and the konjac powder, completely dissolving the edible alkali and the pore-forming agent in water, then adding the konjac powder, stirring, and stirring until the mixture is in a semi-gel state.
Step S30, injecting the stirred feed liquid into a mould for forming to form a primary blank;
the mixed solution in semi-gel state is injected into the forming mould through a filling machine, wherein the size of the mould is usually 170 mm. After the konjac fine powder is dissolved in water, the konjac fine powder gradually solidifies to form gel after standing for a long time, so that the fluidity is lost, and the filling of the konjac fine powder is finished within 30 min.
Step S40, steaming and freezing the primary blank in sequence to form a parison;
after filling, directly steaming and boiling the formed primary blank at high temperature to form a fiber structure, and then freezing to ensure that the fiber structure shrinks to form a net-shaped porous structure, thereby obtaining the parison with a fine and compact porous structure.
Optionally, the cooking temperature is 100-105 ℃, the cooking time is 1-2 h, the freezing temperature is-15 to-20 ℃, and the freezing time is 2-3 days.
S50, unfreezing the parison and then dehydrating to obtain the konjac paper towel;
and after the parison is unfrozen, removing water in the parison through dehydration treatment to obtain the konjak paper towel, wherein the dehydration treatment can be carried out by using a high-speed centrifuge.
And step S60, soaking the konjak paper towel by using the makeup removing liquid.
The konjak facial tissue is fully soaked by using the makeup remover provided by the invention, so that the makeup remover is adsorbed on the konjak facial tissue, and the makeup removing wet tissue can be prepared.
In another embodiment of the method for preparing a makeup removing wet wipe provided by the present invention, referring to fig. 2, before step S60, the method further includes:
step S11, adding the humectant into the water phase pot, heating to a first temperature, and stirring;
optionally, the humectant comprises at least one of glycerin, polyethylene glycol, propylene glycol, butylene glycol, allantoin, and hyaluronic acid.
S12, cooling to a second temperature, sequentially adding a surfactant, a plant extract and a preservative, and stirring to obtain a makeup remover;
wherein the first temperature is higher than the second temperature.
Optionally, the first temperature is 85-90 ℃ and the second temperature is 40-45 ℃.
Optionally, the plant extract comprises at least one of purslane extract, honeysuckle extract, witch hazel extract, lonicera mansoni extract, and aloe vera extract; the surfactant comprises at least one of glyceryl stearate, caprylic/capric triglyceride, sorbitan olive oleate and olive oil sorbitol ester; the preservative comprises at least one of sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate and phenoxyethanol.
The cleansing liquid prepared by the steps mainly comprises natural plant extracts, is mild and non-irritant, is suitable for most people including sensitive skin, has low oil content and high water solubility, can be easily washed clean with water after cleansing, and does not need secondary cleaning through products such as facial cleanser.
In order to make the preparation process of the makeup removing wet tissue more intuitive, the following description is made with reference to specific examples:
detailed description of the preferred embodiment 1
(1) Preparing a cleansing liquid: weighing 1g of allantoin, 8g of purslane extract, 12g of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 10g of phenoxyethanol and 69g of deionized water, placing the allantoin and the deionized water in a water phase pot, heating to 85 ℃, uniformly stirring, cooling to 45 ℃, then sequentially adding the caprylic/capric triglyceride, the purslane extract and the phenoxyethanol, and uniformly stirring to obtain the makeup remover.
(2) Weighing 3.5g edible alkali, 0.7g tween 20, 700g konjac powder (glucomannan content is 80%) and 9300g purified water, dissolving edible alkali and tween 20 in purified water, adding konjac powder, and stirring for 8min to obtain feed liquid.
(3) And (3) filling the feed liquid into a mold with the size of 170mm x 170mm by a filling machine, and obtaining a molded primary blank after filling.
(4) And (3) performing gradient cooking on the primary blank, wherein the cooking temperature is 100-105 ℃, the primary blank is cooled to normal temperature after being cooked for 1.5h, then the primary blank is placed in a refrigeration house for freezing treatment, the freezing temperature is-18 ℃, and the blank is obtained after being frozen for 2 days.
(5) And (3) unfreezing, rinsing and trimming the blank in sequence, dehydrating the blank by using a high-speed centrifuge to obtain a konjak paper towel (the mass is about 10g), and adding 5g of the prepared makeup removing liquid to obtain the makeup removing wet towel.
Specific example 2
(1) The makeup remover of embodiment 2 was prepared as in embodiment 1.
(2) Weighing 14g of edible alkali, 1.75g of tween 20, 700g of konjac refined powder (the content of glucomannan is 90%) and 9300g of purified water, dissolving the edible alkali and the tween 20 in the purified water, adding the konjac refined powder and stirring for 6min to obtain a feed liquid.
(3) And (3) filling the feed liquid into a mold with the size of 170mm x 170mm by a filling machine, and obtaining a molded primary blank after filling.
(4) And (3) performing gradient cooking on the primary blank, wherein the cooking temperature is 100-105 ℃, the primary blank is cooled to normal temperature after being cooked for 1.5h, then the primary blank is placed in a refrigeration house for freezing treatment, the freezing temperature is-18 ℃, and the blank is obtained after being frozen for 2 days.
(5) And (3) unfreezing, rinsing and trimming the blank in sequence, dehydrating the blank by using a high-speed centrifuge to obtain a konjak paper towel (the mass is about 10g), and adding 8g of the prepared makeup removing liquid to obtain the makeup removing wet towel.
Specific example 3
(1) The makeup remover of embodiment 2 was prepared as in embodiment 1.
(2) Weighing 21g of edible alkali, 1.5g of tween 60, 1.0g of tween 80, 700g of konjac powder (the content of glucomannan is 95%) and 9300g of purified water, dissolving the edible alkali, the tween 60 and the tween 80 in the purified water, adding the konjac powder, and stirring for 8min to obtain a feed liquid.
(3) And (3) filling the feed liquid into a mold with the size of 170mm x 170mm by a filling machine, and obtaining a molded primary blank after filling.
(4) And (3) carrying out gradient cooking on the primary blank, wherein the cooking temperature is 100-105 ℃, the heat is radiated to the normal temperature after 2h of cooking, then the primary blank is placed in a refrigeration house for freezing treatment, the freezing temperature is-18 ℃, and the blank is obtained after 3 days of freezing.
(5) And (3) unfreezing, rinsing and trimming the blank in sequence, dehydrating the blank by using a high-speed centrifuge to obtain a konjak paper towel (the mass is about 10g), and adding 10g of the prepared makeup removing liquid to obtain the makeup removing wet towel.
According to the makeup removing wet tissue prepared by the embodiments, the adopted base material is natural green environment-friendly fiber, can be completely biodegraded, has excellent cleaning and bacteriostasis functions and pore structures, and can adsorb the makeup removing liquid in the pore structures, so that the purpose of effective makeup removing is achieved, and due to the fact that the konjak fiber product has unique water replenishing and moisturizing effects, and due to the makeup removing cleaning effect of the makeup removing liquid, the makeup removing cleaning and the water replenishing and moisturizing are synchronously carried out, and the makeup removing wet tissue is convenient to use. In addition, the cleansing liquid takes natural plant extracts as main components, has no stimulation to skin, is supplemented with water-soluble additives, has low content of oil components, is fresh and greasy after being used, can be washed in place at one time, and does not need to be cleaned for the second time.

Claims (9)
1. The makeup removing wet tissue is characterized by comprising a konjak tissue and a makeup removing solution, wherein the quality of the makeup removing solution is 0.5-1 time of that of the konjak tissue, and the makeup removing solution comprises the following components in parts by mass: 5-10% of plant extract, 10-15% of surfactant, 6-15% of humectant, 0.5-1.5% of preservative and 58.5-78.5% of deionized water.
2. The makeup removing wet wipe as claimed in claim 1, wherein the konjac paper towel is made from the following raw materials: konjak fine powder, water, edible alkali and a pore-foaming agent; wherein,
the mass fractions of the konjac powder and water are respectively 5-15% and 85-95%;
the addition amount of the edible alkali is 0.5-3% of the weight of the konjac fine powder, and the addition amount of the pore-forming agent is 0.1-0.5% of the weight of the konjac fine powder.
3. The makeup removing wet wipe as claimed in claim 2, wherein the glucomannan content of the konjac powder is not less than 80%.
4. The wet makeup removal wipe of claim 2, wherein the pore-forming agent comprises at least one of tween 20, tween 60, and tween 80.
5. The makeup removing wet wipe as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plant extract comprises at least one of purslane extract, honeysuckle extract, witch hazel extract, lonicera mansoni extract, and aloe vera extract;
the surfactant comprises at least one of glyceryl stearate, caprylic/capric triglyceride, sorbitan olive oleate and olive oil sorbitol ester;
the humectant comprises at least one of glycerol, polyethylene glycol, propylene glycol, butylene glycol, allantoin and hyaluronic acid;
the preservative comprises at least one of sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate and phenoxyethanol.
6. A method for preparing a makeup removing wet wipe according to any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:
step S20, dissolving edible alkali and pore-forming agent in water, adding konjac powder and stirring;
step S30, injecting the stirred feed liquid into a mould for forming to form a primary blank;
step S40, steaming and freezing the primary blank in sequence to form a parison;
s50, unfreezing the parison and then dehydrating to obtain the konjac paper towel;
and step S60, soaking the konjak paper towel by using the makeup removing liquid.
7. The method for producing konjak towel according to claim 6, wherein in step S40: the cooking temperature is 100-105 ℃, the cooking time is 1-2 h, the freezing temperature is-15 to-20 ℃, and the freezing time is 2-3 days.
8. The method for producing konjak towel according to claim 6, further comprising, before step S60:
adding the humectant into a water phase pot, heating to a first temperature, and stirring;
cooling to a second temperature, sequentially adding a surfactant, a plant extract and a preservative, and stirring to obtain a makeup remover;
wherein the first temperature is higher than the second temperature.
9. The method for producing a konjak towel according to claim 8, wherein the first temperature is 85 to 90 ℃;
the second temperature is 40-45 ℃.
