Abstract

管子与塑模之间的连接器
本发明涉及一种管子和塑模之间的连接器,该连接借助于密封管子的卡环,并设置在外套内,外套环绕管子并且一端成锥形,且与一弹簧相互作用,弹簧在工作位置支撑卡环,卡环位于外壳锥部与管子之间。
这种连接器已由DE3525502披露,设计成一种密封插入式管连接器。
这种已知的卡紧连接器的不利之处在于夹紧力不能控制,或者很难控制,这将会导致连接由于施加过大的力而被损伤,甚至被破坏,并且如果不适应的力施加上可能导致泄漏。
而且,这种连接器的解除是复杂的,通常只有用特殊的工具才行。
所以,本发明的目的在于提供一种在开头提及的这种形式的连接器,其中施加的夹紧力以一种限定的方式被设置。此外,这种连接器能容易地并且快速地分离。
达到设定目标的方法以开头提到的连接器为基础,根据本发明,外套有一能在两位置之间移动的锁定元件,在锁定位置,伸入设计为压簧的螺旋弹簧的路径,给压簧形成一个止动并且防止后者作用于夹紧环,相反,在第二位置,锁定元件释放压簧并且允许它突然地放松。
用于锁定夹紧环的可突然释放的预应力压簧的使用允许预定力被特定地使用。压簧通过一锁定夹的作用很容易被释放,因此,释放的预定弹簧力无论如何不会被影响。
通过选择合适的压簧,所用的力可以准确的确定并且与被连接器的部件相适应。
由于实际的连接借助管子和外套之间的夹紧环产生,夹紧环的一部分可以以一种简单的方式与塑模分开,夹紧连接器的释放不存在任何问题,因为,如这种连接器的最佳构成,围绕管子、夹紧环和塑模的外套以一种可旋转和可释放的方式借助于一固定元件紧固于塑模上。这种固定件可通过简单操作被释放,随后,塑模被移开并且夹紧环露出。

如图1,一管状外套10与塑模12的端部接合并且通过一固定件14固定在所说的部件上,固定件14将在下面更详细的描述。
外套10在远离塑模12的一端有一内壁16,向着外套10的自由端成圆锥形。在外套的这个圆锥形区域,设置了一夹紧环20,夹紧环20带有与圆锥形内壁16相应的圆锥形表面22。夹紧环20的内表面24提供有环绕它径向延伸的齿形凸起26,在夹紧环20上设置有轴向延伸的槽,附加地分布在它的圆周上,这些槽(图中未表示)辅助夹紧环20的径向可压缩性。

一管子18插入到外套10中,直至它与塑模12接触,用这种方式,即夹紧环20和压簧30封住管子。
设置在管子18内壁上的一支撑套36,支撑套36上的凸缘38与管子18的端部接合,在管子18推入外套10时,插入塑模12里防止密封环40被管子的尖边破坏。
图3和图4说明了固定件14的设计和它在外套10中的定位。
固定件14结构上有两个相同的部分14a,14b,能够扩张到一定程度,以一种环状的形式从小材料厚度的共同连接点15处分开。卡住元件42从圆周部分50径向向里伸入,当固定件14被安装时穿过外壳10的槽形开口46。在这个安装位置,固定元件14插入槽48,槽48在外壳10上径向延伸卡住元件42与设置在塑模12内的径向延伸的槽44接合,用这种选定的装置,外套10以一种旋转的方式固定在塑模12上,从而在管子18与塑模12连接之前,锁定夹32转变为辅助操作的位置。

首先,夹紧环20进入外套10并且锁定夹32被插入外套内的孔34。装入压缩弹簧30后,通过推外套10到塑模12上,弹簧被压入。通过安装固定元件14,外套10固定在塑模12上,结果压簧30被支撑在塑模12的端部28和锁定夹32之间的预应力位置上。
在推管子18进入外套10之后,锁定夹32从外套10中拉出。当这发生时,压簧30释放直至碰到相邻的夹紧环20一端的环形面21并且将后者压在外套10的锥形内壁16上。同时,在轴向设置的槽的辅助下,夹紧环20被径向地压缩,比如它的直径减小,结果是从夹紧环20的内表面24伸出的齿形凸起26作为互锁元件压入管子18的表面。夹紧环20的径向可压缩性可以毫无问题地平衡外部管径的不同公差。
由于压缩弹簧30的限定的预应力,作用在夹紧环20的楔形功能位置的弹簧力也是预定的并且可以根据施加在连接上的力的要求来设置。
夹紧环20的夹紧力通过压簧30的剩余压力来保持。在加到连接上的拉力作用下,夹紧环20附加地紧贴外壳10的圆锥形内壁16,从而夹紧环20附加地被径向压缩,并且结果是更加紧贴管子18。

Claims (7)

1.一种位于管子(18)和塑模(12)之间的连接器,借助于密闭管子的夹紧环(20),设置在环绕管子(18)的外套内,外套一端成圆锥形并且与一螺旋弹簧相互作用,在弹簧的工作位置,支撑外套圆锥部与管子(18)之间的夹紧环(20),其特征在于,外套(10)具有一锁定元件(32),它可在两个位置之间移动,在锁定位置,伸入设计作为压簧(30)的螺旋弹簧的路径,为压缩的压簧(30)形成一个止动并且防止后者作用于夹紧环(20),相反在它的第二位置,锁定元件(32)释放压簧(30)并且允许它突然地放松。
