Abstract
本发明涉及水解性片材。洁厕纸(100)在含有纸浆和水溶性粘结剂的实质上可水分散的多个层片的原纸片材中含浸有水性药剂,多个层片的单位面积重量为30~150gsm,为上述水溶性粘结剂的含量随着朝向表面和/或背面而增加的状态。

本发明涉及一种水解性片材。
背景技术
以往,为了清扫卫生间,一直使用可反复使用的织布制的抹布等,为了替代这种情况,近年来,开始使用纸制的一次性湿片材。而且,这种湿片材优选以含浸有清洗剂的状态提供,还能够在使用后冲入到卫生间中进行处理。
对于上述湿片材而言,要求确保在擦拭操作时的含浸有清洗剂的湿润状态下不破损的纸张耐用度(紙力)和在冲入到卫生间等时不堵塞配管等的程度的水解性,作为有效地实现它们的一种技术,已知使用添加了含有羧甲基纤维素(CMC)的水溶性粘结剂等的水解纸作为其基材纸(例如,参照专利文献1)。

发明内容
然而,例如,在卫生间的清扫中使用湿片材时,以往的湿片材存在如果用力擦马桶的边缘等则会破损的情况。因此,在确保水解性的同时进一步提高用力擦时的不易破损性成为课题。另外,作为含浸有配合了清洗剂等的药液(水性药剂)的水解性片材,期望取得更高的除菌效果的水解性片材。
本发明是鉴于上述课题而进行的,其第1目的在于提供一种确保水解性的同时提高了用力擦时的不易破损性的水解性片材。另外,其第2目的在于提供一种提高了除菌效果的水解性片材。
为了解决上述课题,技术方案1所述的发明的水解性片材的特征在于,
在含有纸浆和水溶性粘结剂的实质上可水分散的多个层片的原纸片材中含浸有水性药剂,
多个层片的单位面积重量为30~150gsm,
为上述水溶性粘结剂的含量随着朝向表面和/或背面而增加的状态。
技术方案2所述的发明的特征在于,在技术方案1所述的发明中,在上述水解性片材形成有压花。
技术方案3所述的发明的特征在于,在技术方案2所述的发明中,在上述水解性片材整面形成有第1压花和配置于上述第1压花的周围且鼓起部的形状与上述第1压花不同的第2压花。

根据本发明,能够提供一种确保水解性的同时提高用力擦时的不易破损性的水解性片材。另外,能够提供一种提高除菌效果的水解性片材。

具体实施方式
以下,一边参照附图一边对作为本发明的实施方式的水解性片材进行详细说明。其中,发明的范围不限定于图示例。
应予说明,对于本发明的水解性片材,水解性片材以洁厕纸100为一个例子进行说明,但本发明的水解性片材也包括除洁厕纸以外的含浸有擦净用途的药液的湿纸巾等。另外,将制造洁厕纸100时的纸的输送方向设为Y方向(纵向)、将与输送方向垂直的方向设为X方向(横向)进行说明。
[洁厕纸100的构成]
首先,对洁厕纸100的构成进行说明。
洁厕纸100是多张(例如,2张)原纸片材进行层片加工(层叠)而成的,含浸有规定的药液。另外,如图1所示,通过压花加工在洁厕纸100的片材整面实施2种压花EM11和EM12。应予说明,由2种压花EM11和EM12产生的与清扫对象物等的接触面积优选每100mm2为15mm2~30mm2左右。
例如,通过将压花EM11以成为菱形格子的方式配置,能够与压花EM11配置成正方格子或矩形格子的情况相比减少擦拭不均。另外,压花EM12配置在压花EM11之间。
另外,洁厕纸100通过折叠加工而在Y方向的中央部折叠成对折。然后,以折叠状态保存于保存用的塑料外壳或包装膜内等,使用时根据需要展开使用。应予说明,洁厕纸100的折叠方式不限于对折,例如可以是4折,也可以是8折。
另外,为了能够在扫除卫生间后直接丢弃在马桶的水洼里,本实施方式的洁厕纸100的原纸片材由水解性的纤维集合体构成。
作为纤维集合体,使用将阔叶树漂白牛皮纸浆(LBKP)和针叶树漂白牛皮纸浆(NBKP)混合而成的纤维。作为优选的原料纤维,可举出该原料纤维的成分中的阔叶树漂白牛皮纸浆的配合比例超过50重量%、即针叶树漂白牛皮纸浆相对于阔叶树漂白牛皮纸浆的配合比小于1/1的原料纤维。通过增加阔叶树漂白牛皮纸浆相对于针叶树漂白牛皮纸浆的配合比,能够减少纤维间的间隙,抑制药液中水分的蒸散,使纤维集合体内部更容易保持药液,在擦拭时通过按压洁厕纸100的动作使更多的药液容易地转移至擦拭对象物。另外,为了提高作为洁厕纸100的基材的原纸片材的强度,在该原纸片材上涂布羧甲基纤维素(CMC)作为纸张耐用度增强剂。更具体而言,以CMC的含量随着从该原纸片材的厚度方向内侧朝向表面和背面而增加的方式进行涂布。由此,洁厕纸100与均匀地含浸有水溶性粘结剂的现有产品相比,即便用力擦马桶的边缘等,也不易破损。
另外,洁厕纸100的纵横的纤维取向的比率(纵/横)优选为0.8~2.0,更优选为1.0。
在属于纸的制造工序的抄纸工序中,由于在抄纸机的网上铺满纤维并流向输送方向,因而纸一般具有在作为抄纸机的输送方向的纵向排列较多纤维(例如,纵:横=2.3:1等。参照图2A)的特性。因此,横向的纤维密度薄且纤维容易断裂。即,根据擦拭时的方向而容易破损。因此,在本实施方式中,如图2B所示,通过使洁厕纸100的纵横的纤维取向比率为0.8~2.0、优选为1.0,能够提供从哪个方向擦拭都不易破损的洁厕纸100。应予说明,纵横的纤维取向的比率可以由MD与CD方向的湿润强度之比而求出。
另外,在本实施方式的洁厕纸100中含浸有规定药液(水性药剂),具体而言,含浸有除水性清洗剂以外还含有香料、防腐剂、除菌剂、纸张耐用度增强剂、有机溶剂等辅助剂的规定药液。优选该药液相对于作为洁厕纸100的基材的原纸片材的重量含浸150~300重量%。
作为药液,可以使用适当的物质,例如,作为水性清洗剂,除表面活性剂以外,还可以使用低级或高级(脂肪族)醇。作为香料,除水性香料以外,还可以从橙油等油性香料中适当地选择使用一种或几种。作为防腐剂,例如可以使用对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯等对羟基苯甲酸酯类。作为除菌剂,例如可以使用苯扎氯铵、葡萄糖酸氯已定、聚维酮碘、乙醇、苯扎铵鲸蜡醇磷酸酯盐、三氯生、氯二甲苯酚、异丙基甲基苯酚等。作为纸张耐用度增强剂(交联剂),可以使用硼酸、各种金属离子等。作为有机溶剂,可以使用乙二醇(2元)、甘油(3元)、山梨糖醇(4价)等多元醇。
另外,上述药液成分的辅助剂可以适当选择,可以根据需要在药液中含有发挥其它功能的成分。
如图3A所示,压花EM11的鼓起部PR21具有曲面形状。
另外,如图3B所示,压花EM12的鼓起部PR22具有平面形状。
而且,因为压花EM12配置在压花EM11之间,所以通过压花EM11的鼓起部PR21与EM12的鼓起部PR22接近而密合,从而形成为如图3C所示地连成的压花EM21。
另外,也可以是压花EM11的鼓起部PR21与压花EM12的鼓起部PR22仅接近而不相连的情况。
通过这样形成的2种压花EM11和EM12能够增加与清扫对象物等的接触面积,因而洁厕纸100硬度得到缓和,擦拭性能变高。
即,通过在洁厕纸100的片材整面组合地形成鼓起部PR21为曲面的压花EM11和鼓起部PR22为平面的压花EM12,从而在擦拭操作时在对洁厕纸100施加力的时刻各压花产生变形,接触面积开始增加,因此使接触面积增加,并且由于各压花的变形而使柔软性也提高。
例如,如图4A所示,在单一的压花EM11的情况下,因擦拭操作时对洁厕纸100施加的力而使压花EM11变形所产生的接触面积CN31在压花EM11附近离散地产生。与此相对,在组合有2种压花EM11和EM12的情况下,如图4B所示,可知因擦拭操作时对洁厕纸100施加的力而使压花EM11和EM12变形所产生的接触面积CN32与图4A的接触面积CN31相比增加。
另外,2种压花EM11和EM12可以同样得到通常的压花效果,能够提高洁厕纸的手感、吸收性和蓬松度等。此外,连成的压花EM21也能够与通常的压花同样地得到因实施压花所带来的外观良好的效果。
[洁厕纸100的制造方法]
接下来,对洁厕纸100的制造方法进行说明。
图5是表示洁厕纸100的制造方法的流程图。图6是对洁厕纸100的原纸片材赋予粘结剂溶液的溶液赋予设备的示意图。图7是对用图6所示的溶液赋予设备赋予了粘结剂溶液的原纸片材进行加工的加工设备的示意图。
如图5所示,在洁厕纸100的制造方法中,首先,进行由抄纸机(省略图示)抄造作为原纸的纸的抄纸工序(S1)。
接下来,如图5和图6所示,在溶液赋予设备中进行如下工序:层片加工工序(S2),对分别从卷取有经抄造的原纸的多根(例如,2根)1次卷纸辊(原反ロール)1、1抽出的连续干燥原纸1A、1A进行层片加工而制成层片连续片材1B;溶液赋予工序(S3),对层片连续片材1B赋予粘结剂溶液而制成连续片材1C;干燥工序(S4),干燥连续片材1C;分切·卷取工序(S5),分切并卷取已干燥的连续水解性片材1D。应予说明,1次卷纸辊只要为2根以上,就可以适当地变更根数,但在以下说明中,对使用2根时的例子进行说明。
接下来,如图5和图7所示,在加工设备中进行如下工序:压花加工工序(S6),对在上述分切·卷取工序(S5)中卷取过的、从2次卷纸辊11抽出的连续水解性片材1D实施压花加工;精加工工序(S7),对实施了压花加工的完成压花的片材1E实施精加工。应予说明,各工序的详细内容进行后述。
〔抄纸工序〕
首先,对本实施方式所涉及的抄纸工序(S1)进行说明。本发明的抄纸工序(S1)中,例如利用公知的湿式抄纸技术对抄纸原料进行抄纸而形成原纸片材。即,在使抄纸原料为湿纸状态后,利用烘干机等将其进行干燥而形成薄页纸、皱纹纸等原纸片材。
作为原纸片材的原料,例如,可以利用已知的原生纸浆、废纸纸浆等,至少含有纸浆纤维。作为该原料的纸浆特别优选以适当的比例配合LBKP和NBKP而成的纸浆。应予说明,作为除纸浆纤维以外的纤维,可以含有人造丝纤维、合成纤维等。
另外,在本发明的原纸片材中含有阴离子性丙烯酰胺系聚合物(以下,记为“阴离子性PAM”。)作为凝聚剂。阴离子性PAM是指将丙烯酰胺系单体与阴离子性单体共聚而得到的聚合物。
作为丙烯酰胺系单体,为单独的丙烯酰胺、或丙烯酰胺和以下这样的可与丙烯酰胺共聚的非离子性单体等的混合物。作为可与丙烯酰胺共聚的非离子性单体,可例示甲基丙烯酰胺、N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺、N,N-二乙基丙烯酰胺、N-异丙基丙烯酰胺、N-异丙基甲基丙烯酰胺、N-羟乙基丙烯酰胺、双丙酮丙烯酰胺、丙烯酰吗啉、N-丙烯酰基吡咯烷、N-丙烯酰基哌啶、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮、N-乙烯基甲酰胺、N-乙烯基乙酰胺。它们可以单独使用,也可以并用2种以上。
作为阴离子性单体,可例示丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸、衣康酸、马来酸、富马酸和它们的中和盐。
应予说明,只要是不损害阴离子性PAM的水溶性的程度,也可以配合苯乙烯、丙烯腈、(甲基)丙烯酸酯等单体。
作为阴离子性PAM的添加量,优选为10~1000ppm左右。通过使用这样的与纸浆为相同电荷的阴离子系凝聚剂进行抄纸,能够降低原纸片材的凝聚,能够利用毛细管现象来提高水解性。
应予说明,在原纸片材中,除上述纸浆和凝聚剂以外,还可以适当使用湿润纸张耐用度剂、粘接剂、剥离剂等抄纸用药品。
本实施方式在抄纸工序中以原纸片材的纵横的纤维取向的比率(纵/横)为0.8~2.0、优选为1.0的方式进行调整。纤维取向的调整例如可以通过在抄纸机中调整将抄纸原料供给至网部的角度而进行。对于供给抄纸原料的角度,例如可以通过调整流浆箱的堰板开度而进行。或者,也可以通过对与抄纸机的输送方向(行进方向)垂直的方向给予振动等来调整纤维取向。
〔连续干燥原纸〕
作为连续干燥原纸1A的物性,优选单位面积重量为15~75gsm左右。另外,经层片加工的含有水溶性粘结剂的片材(连续水解性片材1D)的单位面积重量为30~150gsm左右。应予说明,单位面积重量是基于JIS P 8124得到的值。
连续干燥原纸1A经过后述的层片加工工序(S2)、溶液赋予工序(S3)、干燥工序(S4)、分切·卷取工序(S5)而成为经层片加工的水解纸,进一步经过后述的压花加工工序(S6)、精加工工序(S7)而加工成洁厕纸100。
〔层片加工工序〕
接下来,对本实施方式的层片加工工序(S2)进行说明。如图6所示,在层片加工工序(S2)中,将从卷纸辊1连续抽出的各连续干燥原纸1A、1A沿其连续方向进行层片加工并供给至制成层片连续片材1B的重叠部2。重叠部2由一对辊构成,对各连续原纸1A、1A进行层片加工而形成经层片加工的层片连续片材1B。应予说明,在重叠连续干燥原纸1A、1A彼此时,为了使连续干燥原纸1A、1A彼此不易错开,也可以用针式压花(接触压花)轻轻按住。
〔粘结剂溶液〕
接着,对粘结剂溶液进行说明。粘结剂溶液含有羧甲基纤维素(CMC)作为水溶性粘结剂。作为粘结剂溶液中的羧甲基纤维素的浓度,为1~30重量%,优选为1重量%以上且小于4重量%。
另一方面,对于CMC而言,其醚化度优选为0.6~2.0,特别优选为0.9~1.8,进一步优选为1.0~1.5。极其良好地体现水解性和湿润纸张耐用度。
另外,CMC可以使用水膨润性的CMC。其能够通过药液中的特定金属离子的交联而发挥拴住以未膨润化的状态构成片材的纤维的功能,从而体现作为可承受清扫·擦净操作的擦拭片材的强度。
作为粘结剂溶液中的除羧甲基纤维素以外的成分,可举出聚乙烯醇、淀粉或其衍生物、羟丙基纤维素、藻酸钠、黄蓍胶、瓜尔豆胶、黄原胶、阿拉伯胶、卡拉胶、半乳甘露聚糖、明胶、酪蛋白、白蛋白、支链淀粉、聚环氧乙烷、粘胶、聚乙烯基乙醚、聚丙烯酸钠、聚甲基丙烯酸钠、聚丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯酸的羟基化衍生物、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮/乙烯基吡咯烷酮-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物等粘结剂成分。
从水解性良好的方面、可通过交联反应而体现湿润强度的方面考虑,优选使用具有羧基的水溶性粘结剂。
具有羧基的水溶性粘结剂是在水中容易生成羧酸盐的阴离子性的水溶性粘结剂。作为其例子,可举出多糖衍生物、合成高分子、天然产物。作为多糖衍生物,可举出羧甲基纤维素的盐、羧乙基纤维素或其盐、羧甲基化淀粉或其盐等,特别优选羧甲基纤维素的碱金属盐。
作为合成高分子,可举出不饱和羧酸的聚合物或共聚物的盐、不饱和羧酸与可与该不饱和羧酸共聚的单体的共聚物的盐等。作为不饱和羧酸,可举出丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、衣康酸、巴豆酸、马来酸酐、马来酸、富马酸等。作为可与它们共聚的单体,可举出这些不饱和羧酸的酯、乙酸乙烯酯、乙烯、丙烯酰胺,乙烯基醚等。特别优选的合成高分子为使用丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸作为不饱和羧酸的合成高分子,具体而言,可举出聚丙烯酸、聚甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸-甲基丙烯酸共聚物的盐、丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸与丙烯酸烷基酯或甲基丙烯酸烷基酯的共聚物的盐。作为天然产物,可举出藻酸钠、黄原胶、结冷胶、黄蓍胶、果胶等。
〔溶液赋予工序〕
接下来,对本实施方式的溶液赋予工序(S3)进行说明。如图6所示,在溶液赋予工序(S3)中,由双流体方式的各喷嘴3、3对层片连续片材1B的两个外表面(对连续干燥原纸1A、1A进行层片加工时连续干燥原纸1A、1A彼此不对置的面)喷雾上述粘结剂溶液。由此,可以将粘结剂溶液中含有的水溶性粘结剂添加到层片连续片材1B中。
应予说明,作为粘结剂溶液的喷雾方法,例如可以利用双流体方式的各喷嘴对从上述1次卷纸辊1、1分别抽出的连续干燥原纸1A、1A的各片材的外表面(各片材不对置的面)喷雾上述粘结剂溶液,之后立即对该连续干燥原纸1A、1A进行层片加工,从而生成与上述连续片材1C同等的片材。
双流体方式的喷嘴3是将分成2个系统的压缩空气和液体混合并使其喷射的方式的喷嘴,与单独喷射压缩过的液体的单流体方式的喷嘴相比,能够细腻且均匀地喷雾液体。
在本实施方式中使用双流体方式的喷嘴时,以较高的压力(喷射压1.5MPa以上)在经层片加工的层片连续片材1B的各个外表面涂布粘结剂溶液(粘度400~1200MPa.s),因而容易在片材的厚度方向含浸粘结剂溶液。
另一方面,在本实施方式中使用单流体方式的喷嘴时,以喷射压1.5MPa以下在经层片加工的层片连续片材1B的各个外表面涂布粘结剂溶液(粘度400~1200MPa.s),因此容易在片材的厚度方向含浸粘结剂溶液,容易在片材表面均匀地涂布粘结剂溶液。
这样,通过对层片连续片材1B的外表面喷雾粘结剂溶液,从而洁厕纸100成为水溶性粘结剂的含量随着在厚度方向从中央(在两面涂布时)或粘结剂溶液的非涂布面(在单面涂布时)朝向粘结剂溶液的涂布面而增加的状态,因此能够确保水解性,并且提高表面强度,能够制造即便用力擦也不易产生损伤的洁厕纸100。
〔干燥工序〕
接着,对本实施方式的干燥工序(S4)进行说明。如图6所示,干燥工序(S4)中,在干燥设备4中使上述连续片材1C的粘结剂溶液中的不溶的液体成分蒸发,使有效成分、特别是CMC相对于纤维固定。
这里,因为粘结剂溶液的浸入量随着从连续片材1C的外表面朝向厚度方向内侧而减少,所以CMC的固定量随着朝向该厚度方向内侧而减少。因此,在后述的精加工工序(S7)中含浸药液时,随着朝向该厚度方向内侧,交联反应难以发生,且具有较多空隙,所以可以设为在片材内部封入该药液的状态。由此,能够使得到的洁厕纸100不易干燥。另外,由于在连续片材1C的外表面附近发生大量的CMC的交联反应,所以能够使得到的洁厕纸100的表面强度牢固。
作为干燥设备4,可以利用对连续片材1C吹送热风使其干燥的带气罩的烘干机设备。应予说明,为了使片材彼此进一步密合,可以设置加压辊或转向辊,也可以在干燥工序(S4)之前将连续片材1C通过该加压辊或该转向辊。
另外,也可以使用基于红外线照射的设备作为上述干燥设备。此时,在上述连续片材1C的输送方向并列多个红外线照射部,对所输送的该连续片材1C照射红外线进行干燥。因为是利用红外线使水分发热而干燥,所以与利用热风的烘干机相比,能够均匀地干燥,能够防止在后段的分切·卷取工序中的褶皱的产生。
〔分切·卷取工序〕
接下来,对本实施方式的分切·卷取工序(S5)进行说明。在分切·卷取工序(S5)中,为了制成利用离线加工机对经层片加工的连续水解性片材1D进行加工时的卷纸,对在上述干燥工序(S4)中干燥并实现了CMC的固定的连续水解性片材1D调整张力,并且利用分切机5分切成规定的宽度,在卷纸机设备6中进行卷取。卷取速度是考虑层片加工工序(S2)、溶液赋予工序(S3)、干燥工序(S4)来适当地确定。注意如果过快,则产生片材的破断,如果过慢,则产生褶皱。
分切·卷取工序(S5)中,通过压接经层片加工的连续水解性片材1D,从而使连续水解性片材1D进一步一体化,成为相当于1片的片材。
〔压花加工工序〕
接着,对本实施方式的压花加工工序(S6)进行说明。如图7所示,在压花加工工序(S6)中,利用压花辊12对从2次卷纸辊11抽出的连续水解性片材1D实施在片材整面形成规定的形状的压花加工。该压花加工是以提高片材的强度、蓬松度、擦拭性等的同时提高设计性为目的而进行。
〔精加工工序〕
接下来,对本实施方式的精加工工序(S7)进行说明。如图7所示,在精加工工序(S7)中,在精加工设备13中按一系列流程进行完成压花的片材1E的裁断加工、已裁断的各片材的折叠加工、上述药液在进行了折叠加工的各片材中的含浸、含浸有该药液的各片材的包装。这里,药液中含有的交联剂在使用CMC作为水溶性粘结剂时优选使用多价金属离子。从纤维间充分结合而体现可耐用的湿润强度的方面和水解性变得充分的方面考虑,特别优选使用选自碱土类金属、锰、锌、钴和镍中的1种或2种以上的多价金属离子。这些金属离子中,特别优选使用钙、锶、钡、锌、钴、镍的离子。
通过经过以上各工序来制造洁厕纸100。
实施例
接下来,对于本实施方式的从外表面涂布有CMC的洁厕纸(实施例)和以往的均匀地含浸有CMC的洁厕纸(比较例),使用表1对评价用力擦时的损伤的结果进行说明。
<实施条件>
实施例原纸的原料:纸浆100%
称重:45g/m2
层片数:2层片
水溶性粘结剂及其含量:CMC 1.2g/m2(喷涂)
药液成分:表面活性剂、二醇醚、除菌剂、香料等
压花加工:无
比较例原纸的材料:纸浆100%
称重:45g/m2
层片数:2层片
水溶性粘结剂及其含量:CMC 1.2g/m2(均匀地含浸)
药液成分:表面活性剂、二醇醚、除菌剂、香料等
压花加工:有
<试验方法>
将洁厕纸折成3折,用学振型摩擦牢固度试验机来擦拭测定部分,以目视测量在纸面上看到起毛或破损等损伤的时刻的次数。应予说明,学振型摩擦牢固度试验机的试验条件如下所述。
·学振子:PP带(积水树脂株式会社型号15.5K)
·负荷:200gf
·速度:在30cpm(1分钟往复30次)行程为120mm

根据表1所示的结果,可知实施例中的涂布了CMC的面与比较例相比具有较强的表面强度,不易格外产生用力擦时的起毛或破损等损伤。即,可知在通过如本实施方式那样在原纸片材的外表面(两面或单面)涂布含有水溶性粘结剂的溶液来成为水溶性粘结剂的含量随着朝向表面和/或背面而增加的状态的水解性片材可确保水解性,并且即便用力擦也不易破损。
接下来,使用表2来说明对本实施方式的水解性片材(洁厕纸)的除菌效果进行评价的结果。
<实施条件>
在实施例1、2中,使用通过上述洁厕纸100的制造方法而制造的洁厕纸100,基于下述评价方法进行除菌效果的评价。
原纸片材的单位面积重量(实施例1、2):90gsm(45gsm×2)
药液含浸率(实施例1、2):相对于原纸片材重量为200重量%
药液(实施例1)的成分:丙二醇3%、丙二醇单甲醚13%、苯扎氯铵0.2%、硫酸锌1%、表面活性剂·香料·防腐剂等0.7%、水82.1%
药液(实施例2)的成分:丙二醇5%、丙二醇单甲醚10%、苯扎氯铵0.2%、硫酸锌1%、表面活性剂·香料·防腐剂等0.7%、水83.1%
压花图案(实施例1、2):国际公开第[0084]段和图9~11中示出的图案
另一方面,在比较例中,使用如下的洁厕纸基于下述评价方法进行除菌效果的评价,上述洁厕纸是通过在抄纸阶段添加CMC,从而将以CMC在经抄造的原纸的厚度方向变得均匀的方式添加该CMC的原纸在上述层片加工工序中进行2层片加工,接着,与上述实施例同样地经过干燥工序、分切·卷取工序、压花加工工序、精加工工序而制造的。
原纸片材的单位面积重量(比较例):90gsm(45gsm×2)
药液含浸率(比较例):相对于原纸片材重量为200重量%
药液(比较例)的成分:丙二醇5%、丙二醇单甲醚10%、苯扎氯铵0.2%、硫酸锌1%、表面活性剂·香料·防腐剂等0.7%、水83.1%
压花图案(比较例):国际公开第[0084]段和图9~11中示出的图案
<评价方法>
按照湿巾类的除菌性能试验方法(平成25年4月1日制定监修:高丽宽纪德岛大学名誉教授),进行上述的实施例1、2和比较例的各洁厕纸的除菌效果的评价。
应予说明,大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的除菌率都为99.99%以上(除菌活性值为4以上)时将综合判定记为“◎”,该除菌率都为99.9%以上(除菌活性值为3以上)时将综合判定记为“○”,该除菌率都为99%以上(除菌活性值为2以上)时将综合判定记为“△”,该除菌率都小于99%(除菌活性值小于2)时将综合判定记为“×”。

根据表2所示的结果,确认了比较例的除菌效果的综合判定为“△”,与此相对,实施例1的除菌效果的综合判定为“○”,实施例2的除菌效果的综合判定为“◎”,相对于比较例,实施例1、2的除菌效果提高。
如上所述,根据本实施方式,通过设为CMC含量随着从作为洁厕纸100的基材的原纸片材的厚度方向内侧朝向表面和背面而增加的状态,能够在使药液含浸于该原纸片材时设为在该原纸片材的内部封入大量药液的状态。
因此,通过在擦拭操作时对洁厕纸100加压而向对象物放出大量的含有除菌剂的药液,因此可以适当地杀灭并除去附着于该对象物的菌,能够提高该对象物的除菌效果。
以上,基于实施方式对本发明进行了具体说明,但本发明不限定于上述实施方式,能够在不脱离其主旨的范围内进行变更。
在对本发明的实施方式等进行说明时,例示了鼓起部PR21具有曲面形状的压花EM11和鼓起部PR22具有平面形状的压花EM12,但未必限定于该形状,例如压花EM11和压花EM12的鼓起部也可以是高度不同的平面的形状。另外,例如,也可以压花EM11的鼓起部为平面形状,压花EM12的鼓起部为曲面形状。
换言之,只要是鼓起部的形状并非相同形状的2种压花(第1压花和第2压花)且在第1压花周围配置有第2压花,则各压花的鼓起部的形状可以是任一种。
另外,在对本发明的实施方式等进行说明时,鼓起部为平面的压花EM12配置在鼓起部为曲面的压花EM11之间,但压花EM11也可以相互交叉。
另外,在对本发明的实施方式等进行说明时,全部的压花EM11和EM12向图1的图面向外方向凸起,但也可以将向图面向外方向凹陷的压花EM11和EM12与向图面向外方向凸起的压花EM11和EM12交替地配置。
例如,如图8所示,通过将图8的向图面向外方向凹陷的压花EM11和EM12(虚线部分)与图8的向图面向外方向凸起的压花EM11和EM12(实线部分)交替地配置,能够提供一种因压花加工而提高水解性片材的表面强度且在洁厕纸100两面中的任一面擦拭性能都高的水解性片材。
另外,在对本发明的实施方式等进行说明时,通过使压花EM11的鼓起部PR21与EM12的鼓起部PR22接近并密合,从而形成为连成的压花EM21,但压花EM11的鼓起部PR21和EM12的鼓起部PR22也可以仅接近而不密合。
另外,在对本发明的实施方式进行说明时,作为压花EM11的形状,例示了圆形或椭圆形的形状,但压花的形状也可以为方形、多边形等任意形状。
另外,图3中的压花EM11和EM12的鼓起部的高度HT21和HT22例如优选为0.40mm~0.75mm。压花的鼓起部的高度可以通过利用Keyence制的数码显微镜对表面进行3D测定而测定。
例如,如果高度小于0.40mm,则擦拭时的摩擦变强而难以擦拭,另外,如果高度超过0.75mm,则在包装时压花EM11和EM12的形状容易压扁,外观变差。
另外,洁厕纸的压花图案不限于上述图案。图9是仅变更了洁厕纸100的压花图案的洁厕纸101的俯视图,图10是图9的A-A部分放大图,图11A是图10的B-B切断部端面图,图11B是图10的C-C切断部端面图。
在图9~图11中,凹部e2是将凸部e1反转而成的形状。凸部e1与凹部e2交替地配置成一列,形成将该列以多列且相邻的列的凸部e1与凹部e2相互错开半个间距的方式排列而成的压花图案。这样,通过在纵向和横向都交替地形成凸部e1和凹部e2,从而与凸部彼此或凹部彼此排列成一列的压花图案相比能够提高污垢的擦拭性。应予说明,凸部e1和凹部e2的形状没有特别限定,可使用圆形、椭圆形、多边形等。也可以组合各形状。
此外,关于洁厕纸1的细部构成,也可以在不脱离本发明主旨的范围内适当地变更。
产业上的可利用性
本发明能够在水解性片材的制造领域很好地使用。

Claims (10)
1.一种水解性片材,其特征在于,在含有纸浆和水溶性粘结剂的实质上可水分散的多个层片的原纸片材中含浸有水性药剂,
多个层片的单位面积重量为30~150gsm,
为所述水溶性粘结剂的含量随着朝向表面和/或背面而增加的状态。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水解性片材,其特征在于,在所述水解性片材形成有压花。
3.根据权利要求2所述的水解性片材,其特征在于,在所述水解性片材整面形成有第1压花和配置于所述第1压花的周围且鼓起部的形状与所述第1压花不同的第2压花。
4.根据权利要求3所述的水解性片材,其特征在于,所述第1压花排列成菱形格子。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的水解性片材,其特征在于,所述第2压花排列在2个所述第1压花之间。
6.根据权利要求3~5中任一项所述的水解性片材,其特征在于,形成所述第1压花与所述第2压花相接而连成的压花。
7.根据权利要求2所述的水解性片材,其特征在于,在所述水解性片材形成有格子状的压花图案,所述格子状的压花图案是凸部和将所述凸部反转而成的形状的凹部交替地配置成一列而成的列以多列且相邻的列的凸部与凹部相互错开半个间距的方式排列而成的。
8.根据权利要求1~7中任一项所述的水解性片材,其特征在于,所述水解性片材的针叶树纸浆相对于阔叶树纸浆的配合比小于1/1。
9.根据权利要求1~8中任一项所述的水解性片材,其特征在于,所述水性药剂含有使所述水溶性粘结剂发生交联反应的交联剂、以及除菌剂,
含浸有相对于所述原纸片材的重量为150~300重量%的所述水性药剂。
10.根据权利要求9所述的水解性片材,其特征在于,所述除菌剂包含选自苯扎氯铵、葡萄糖酸氯已定、聚维酮碘、乙醇、苯扎铵鲸蜡醇磷酸酯盐、三氯生、氯二甲苯酚、异丙基甲基苯酚中的至少任一种药品。
