Abstract

本发明公开一种无臭渔网的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:(1)将艾叶、藿香、三桠苦、吴茱萸晒干后,加入至乙醇溶液中,加热回流提取2小时,将提取液过滤,滤过液回收乙醇后,制得中药提取液;(2)将树脂母粒、十二胺、四水偏硼酸钠、三氯乙基硅烷、3‑氨基邻苯二甲酰亚胺、偶联剂、增塑剂混合后,向其中加入中药提取液,混合搅拌均匀后,加入至塑料挤出机中,进行基础,牵伸,定型,纺织制得成品。本发明提供的无臭渔网的制备方法,操作简单,制得的无臭渔网,各项力学性能优异,耐腐蚀性能好,尤其是制得的渔网,无有机塑料的气味,使用后,鱼腥味也不易在渔网上残留,极大地延长了渔网的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明属于渔网制备技术领域,具体涉及一种无臭渔网的制备方法。
背景技术
我国渔网材料自六十年代初期逐步试用合成纤维材料以来,经过几十年的推广应用,基本上代替了原来棉麻材料,从目前国内外使用的渔网材料来看,品种分有聚酰胺(PA)、聚酯(PES)、聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP),聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)、聚偏二氯乙烯(PVD)七类,从纤维形式来分:有单丝、复丝、裂膜纤维等,其品种和规格都比较齐全,纤维的强度指标与国外同类产品相比,除涤纶纤维差距较大以外,其他都比较接近。目前市售的普通渔网,在使用过程中,均存在着塑料气味较重和鱼腥味较重的现象,导致渔网在储存的过程中,易被微生物附着,进而加速了渔网的老化进程。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种无臭渔网的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种无臭渔网的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将等重的艾叶、藿香、三桠苦、吴茱萸晒干后,加入至乙醇溶液中,加热回流提取2小时,将提取液过滤,滤过液回收乙醇后,制得中药提取液;
(2)按重量份计,将48-52份树脂母粒、11-15份十二胺、四水偏硼酸钠3-6份、三氯乙基硅烷2-5份、3-氨基邻苯二甲酰亚胺4-8份、偶联剂1-3份、增塑剂2-5份混合后,向其中加入步骤(1)所得的中药提取液,混合搅拌均匀后,加入至塑料挤出机中,进行基础,牵伸,定型,纺织制得成品。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中的树脂母粒为聚酰胺树脂母粒、聚乙烯树脂母粒、聚氯乙烯树脂母粒、聚氯乙烯树脂母粒中的任意一种。
具体地,上述偶联剂为钛酸酯偶联剂TMC-201、钛酸酯偶联剂TMC-102、钛酸酯偶联剂TMC-101中的任意一种。
具体地,上述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二仲辛酯中的任意一种。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中中药提取液的添加量为树脂母粒质量的1-3%。
由以上的技术方案可知,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的无臭渔网的制备方法,操作简单,制得的无臭渔网,各项力学性能优异,耐腐蚀性能好,尤其是制得的渔网,无有机塑料的气味,使用后,鱼腥味也不易在渔网上残留,极大地延长了渔网的使用寿命。其中,本发明提供的中药提取液,可有效的提升渔网的抗菌性能,并且其中的有效成分协同作用后,具有加速渔网上残留的鱼尸体分解速度的效果,可有效的避免鱼腥味物质在渔网表面残留;三氯乙基硅烷、3-氨基邻苯二甲酰亚胺协同作用后,可有效的避免渔网在使用过程中,渔网中有机塑料气味的散发,对其气味有特异性的吸附效果,进而有效的提升了渔网的品质。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下实施例对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施方例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
一种无臭渔网的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将等重的艾叶、藿香、三桠苦、吴茱萸晒干后,加入至乙醇溶液中,加热回流提取2小时,将提取液过滤,滤过液回收乙醇后,制得中药提取液;
(2)按重量份计,将48份树脂母粒、11份十二胺、四水偏硼酸钠3份、三氯乙基硅烷2份、3-氨基邻苯二甲酰亚胺4份、偶联剂1份、增塑剂2份混合后,向其中加入步骤(1)所得的中药提取液,混合搅拌均匀后,加入至塑料挤出机中,进行基础,牵伸,定型,纺织制得成品。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中的树脂母粒为聚酰胺树脂母粒。
具体地,上述偶联剂为钛酸酯偶联剂TMC-201。
具体地,上述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中中药提取液的添加量为树脂母粒质量的1%。
实施例2
一种无臭渔网的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将等重的艾叶、藿香、三桠苦、吴茱萸晒干后,加入至乙醇溶液中,加热回流提取2小时,将提取液过滤,滤过液回收乙醇后,制得中药提取液;
(2)按重量份计,将50份树脂母粒、13份十二胺、四水偏硼酸钠5份、三氯乙基硅烷3份、3-氨基邻苯二甲酰亚胺6份、偶联剂2份、增塑剂3份混合后,向其中加入步骤(1)所得的中药提取液,混合搅拌均匀后,加入至塑料挤出机中,进行基础,牵伸,定型,纺织制得成品。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中的树脂母粒为聚乙烯树脂母粒。
具体地,上述偶联剂为钛酸酯偶联剂TMC-102。
具体地,上述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中中药提取液的添加量为树脂母粒质量的2%。
实施例3
一种无臭渔网的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将等重的艾叶、藿香、三桠苦、吴茱萸晒干后,加入至乙醇溶液中,加热回流提取2小时,将提取液过滤,滤过液回收乙醇后,制得中药提取液;
(2)按重量份计,将52份树脂母粒、15份十二胺、四水偏硼酸钠6份、三氯乙基硅烷5份、3-氨基邻苯二甲酰亚胺8份、偶联剂3份、增塑剂5份混合后,向其中加入步骤(1)所得的中药提取液,混合搅拌均匀后,加入至塑料挤出机中,进行基础,牵伸,定型,纺织制得成品。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中的树脂母粒为聚氯乙烯树脂母粒中。
具体地,上述偶联剂为钛酸酯偶联剂TMC-101。
具体地,上述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二仲辛酯。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中中药提取液的添加量为树脂母粒质量的3%。
分别用各实施例提供的方法制得渔网,并将制得的渔网和市售普通的渔网进行5次捕鱼操作后,清洗干净并晒干后进行储存,在储存的过程中查看渔网是否散发出刺激性气味,试验结果如表1所示:

由表1可知,本发明提供的无臭渔网的制备方法,制得的渔网,在储存的过程中不易散发出鱼的腥臭味和刺激性的塑料味。

Claims (5)

1.一种无臭渔网的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将等重的艾叶、藿香、三桠苦、吴茱萸晒干后,加入至乙醇溶液中,加热回流提取2小时,将提取液过滤,滤过液回收乙醇后,制得中药提取液;
(2)按重量份计,将48-52份树脂母粒、11-15份十二胺、四水偏硼酸钠3-6份、三氯乙基硅烷2-5份、3-氨基邻苯二甲酰亚胺4-8份、偶联剂1-3份、增塑剂2-5份混合后,向其中加入步骤(1)所得的中药提取液,混合搅拌均匀后,加入至塑料挤出机中,进行基础,牵伸,定型,纺织制得成品。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种无臭渔网的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中的树脂母粒为聚酰胺树脂母粒、聚乙烯树脂母粒、聚氯乙烯树脂母粒、聚氯乙烯树脂母粒中的任意一种。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的一种无臭渔网的制备方法,其特征在于,上述偶联剂为钛酸酯偶联剂TMC-201、钛酸酯偶联剂TMC-102、钛酸酯偶联剂TMC-101中的任意一种。
4.根据权利要求1中所述的一种无臭渔网的制备方法,其特征在于,上述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二仲辛酯中的任意一种。
5.根据权利要求1中所述的一种无臭渔网的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(2)中中药提取液的添加量为树脂母粒质量的1-3%。
