本发明涉及一种高韧性的蔬菜地膜,包括下列组分,高密度聚乙烯45份,己二酸2份,聚氯乙烯54份,冰醋酸增溶剂2份,软化剂3份,着色剂份,乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯5份,纤维素12份,亚磷酸脂类稳定剂1份,润滑剂1份。本发明高韧性塑料薄膜,具有较高的韧性,不易撕裂,充分满足农业生产需求。有利于蔬菜的生长发育,提高蔬菜产量,并能实现一膜两用,减少田间操作步骤,节省投资,增加蔬菜生产效益,改善蔬菜品质。本产品生产工艺简单,应用方便,适于蔬菜大棚保护栽培,有良好的推广应用前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种化工产品,尤其是一种高韧性的蔬菜地膜。
背景技术
我国是农业大国,因此对农用塑料棚膜的需求量是巨大的。聚氯乙烯是世界第二大通用树脂,聚氯乙烯塑料薄膜一般用压延的方法生产,对于空气的渗透率较低,对又累和脂肪有良好的防腐作用。任何事物都有双重性,有利必有弊。聚乙烯薄膜也不例外。聚氯乙烯薄膜主要用于农业、工业和包装业。为了能够令生产出的塑料薄膜成本降低,功能增强,许多厂家都在研究新的配方。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种高韧性的蔬菜地膜。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的高韧性的蔬菜地膜,包括下列组分,高密度聚乙烯45份,己二酸2份,聚氯乙烯54份,冰醋酸增溶剂2份,软化剂3份,着色剂份,乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯5份,纤维素12份,亚磷酸脂类稳定剂1份,润滑剂1份。
其还包括过氧化二异丙苯1份。
本发明高韧性塑料薄膜,具有较高的韧性,不易撕裂,充分满足农业生产需求。有利于蔬菜的生长发育,提高蔬菜产量,并能实现一膜两用,减少田间操作步骤,节省投资,增加蔬菜生产效益,改善蔬菜品质。本产品生产工艺简单,应用方便,适于蔬菜大棚保护栽培,有良好的推广应用前景。

1.一种高韧性的蔬菜地膜,其特征在于:包括下列组分,高密度聚乙烯45份,己二酸2份,聚氯乙烯54份,冰醋酸增溶剂2份,软化剂3份,着色剂份,乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯5份,纤维素12份,亚磷酸脂类稳定剂1份,润滑剂1份。
2.按照权利要求1所述的高韧性的蔬菜地膜,其特征在于:其还包括过氧化二异丙苯1份。
