本发明公开一种食品包装袋及其制备方法,属于塑料制品加工领域,由以下重量份的原料组成:聚乙烯醇35‑48份、聚乳酸30‑40份、壳聚糖22‑30份、玉米淀粉17‑24份、葛根粉8‑15份、纳米膨润土3‑8份、轻质碳酸钙1‑7份、木质素5‑10份、茶多酚2‑7份、环氧大豆油0.5‑3份。本发明的食品包装袋,无毒无污染,安全卫生;以聚乙烯醇、聚乳酸和壳聚糖为主要原料,并添加玉米淀粉、葛根粉、茶多酚等原料,制备的食品包装袋不仅具有可降解的特性,而且具有高机械强度和抗拉伸性能,添加的壳聚糖、葛根粉和茶多酚具有抗菌抑菌功效,安全环保。

技术领域
本发明属于塑料制品加工领域,具体涉及一种食品包装袋及其制备方法。
背景技术
食品包装袋在生活中给人们带来很大的方便,按照材质分类可以分为塑料食品袋和纸质食品袋。纸质食品袋虽然具有易降解的特性,但是纸质食品袋遇水和油等流体后极易变形甚至是降解,进而污染盛装的食品。而塑料食品包装袋可以克服遇到流体后变形的缺陷,因此塑料食品包装袋得到广泛的应用。
虽然塑料食品包装袋适用范围更广,但是在较高或者较低温度下,塑料食品包装袋的性能就会受到极大的挑战,可能变软也有可能变脆,进而影响塑料食品包装袋的使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可降解且具有高机械强度和抗拉伸强度的食品包装袋及其制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,采用如下技术方案:

一种食品包装袋的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
称取相应重量份的各原料,混合搅拌20min,然后将混合料在350℃条件下熔融,时间为2h,将熔融后的混合料通过螺杆挤出机的圆形口模头挤出吹塑、牵引冷却而形成薄膜,最后分切、制袋和打包,螺杆挤出机的温度分为4个区,第一区温度为170℃,第二区温度为210℃,第三区温度为220℃,第四区温度为240℃。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的食品包装袋,无毒无污染,安全卫生;以聚乙烯醇、聚乳酸和壳聚糖为主要原料,并添加玉米淀粉、葛根粉、茶多酚等原料,制备的食品包装袋不仅具有可降解的特性,而且具有高机械强度和抗拉伸性能,添加的壳聚糖、葛根粉和茶多酚具有抗菌抑菌功效,安全环保。

下面对本发明的实施例作详细说明,本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例。
实施例1
一种食品包装袋,由以下重量份的原料组成:聚乙烯醇35份、聚乳酸30份、壳聚糖22份、玉米淀粉17份、葛根粉8份、纳米膨润土3份、轻质碳酸钙1份、木质素5份、茶多酚2份、环氧大豆油0.5份。
一种食品包装袋的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
称取相应重量份的各原料,混合搅拌20min,然后将混合料在350℃条件下熔融,时间为2h,将熔融后的混合料通过螺杆挤出机的圆形口模头挤出吹塑、牵引冷却而形成薄膜,最后分切、制袋和打包,螺杆挤出机的温度分为4个区,第一区温度为170℃,第二区温度为210℃,第三区温度为220℃,第四区温度为240℃。

一种食品包装袋,由以下重量份的原料组成:聚乙烯醇42份、聚乳酸38份、壳聚糖28份、玉米淀粉22份、葛根粉13份、纳米膨润土7份、轻质碳酸钙5份、木质素9份、茶多酚6份、环氧大豆油2份。

一种食品包装袋,由以下重量份的原料组成:聚乙烯醇40份、聚乳酸35份、壳聚糖27份、玉米淀粉20份、葛根粉12份、纳米膨润土6份、轻质碳酸钙3份、木质素8份、茶多酚5份、环氧大豆油1份。
