本发明公开一种带有充电桩的链条传动垂直旋转智能立体停车库,设置专用联动链条生成a相、b相、c相及0线电源电缆与泊位充电桩同步旋转,满足充电桩选择220V或380V充电,采用智能电表经无线发射功能模块10与操作平台E无线对接,对泊位充电计量传送实时数据。

技术领域
本发明涉及带有充电桩的链条传动垂直旋转智能立体停车库。
背景技术
电动车正在迅猛发展,停车库配套充电桩/充电设备应运而生,但目前较受青睐的链条传动垂直旋转智能立体停车库由于泊位移动电源电缆难布置到位,由于泊位移动也难以对充电计量进行实时管理,因而没能跟上时代步伐配套充电桩,国家已经陆续出台智能立体停车库与充电桩扶持政策及其发展规划,显然链条传动垂直旋转智能立体停车库急迫需要升级配置充电桩。因此解决电源电缆进入移动泊位以及移动泊位充电计量通讯具有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种带有充电桩的链条传动垂直旋转智能立体停车库,对其链条垂直旋转联动机构引入4线电源电缆,泊位配备充电桩供给驻车充电,且对泊位充电计量加以无线对接。
为实现上述目的,本发明由立体机架1、两组链条垂直旋转联动机构2、悬臂3、绞链4或和6、联动旋转梁5、泊车盘7、电气控制装置W和管理操作平台E组成,其特征在于所述链条垂直旋转联动机构2配备电源电缆17,所述泊车盘7配备充电桩/充电设备8、智能电表9与无线发射功能模块(10),充电桩8用导线接通电源电缆17,智能电表9经无线发射功能模块10与操作平台E无线对接;其特征在于所述链条垂直旋转联动机构2安装专用联动链条11、12,专用联动链条11、12其内链板13、外链板14分别向外侧折翻90度,制成同一平面,内链板13、外链板14折翻平面各自钻孔,折翻平面铺设绝缘板16,绝缘板16上安装软性带式电缆17,用绝缘螺栓18把软性带式电缆17与绝缘板16固定在链板折翻平面上,支架1-1经绝缘装置19安装滑触器装置或导电碳刷20,连接于外部电网的滑触器装置或导电碳刷20与软性带式电缆17单面滑触,专用联动链条11、12生成的四条软性带式电缆17构成a相、b相、c相及0线电源电缆,与泊位充电桩8同步旋转,充电桩8用导线选择接通a相、b相、c相及0线电源电缆17;其特征在于所述管理操作平台E安装通信模块T与触摸屏U。
由于采用上述装置与控制方式,所以具有以下的优点与效果:
1、链条垂直旋转联动机构2配备充电设备与链条传动同步旋转,使得移动泊位如同固定场所为驻车提供充电,适应电动车迅猛发展急迫需求,符合国家发展电动车产业方向。
2、设置专用联动链条生成a相、b相、c相及0线电源电缆与泊位充电桩8同步旋转,满足充电桩选择220V或380V充电需要。
3、采用智能电表9经无线发射功能模块10与操作平台E无线对接,对泊位充电计量传送实时数据。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示,本发明由立体机架1、两组链条垂直旋转联动机构2、悬臂3、绞链4或和6、联动旋转梁5、泊车盘7、电气控制装置W和管理操作平台E组成,链条垂直旋转联动机构2主动轴21安装专用联动链条11、12的下链轮11-1、12-1,链条垂直旋转联动机构2的悬壁梁被动轴 22安装专用联动链条11、12的上链轮11-2、12-2,因此专用联动链条11、12与链条垂直旋转联动机构2同步旋转。专用联动链条11、12采用特制链条,其中内链板13与外链板14由销轴15连接,销孔外周围互为半圆弧搭配,两侧外链板外向折翻90度,结构如图2所示;两侧内链板外向折翻90度,结构如图3所示。内链板13与外链板14分别向外侧折翻90度后,制成同一平面,内链板13、外链板14折翻平面各自钻孔,折翻平面铺设绝缘板16,绝缘板16上安装软性带式电缆17,用绝缘螺栓18把软性带式电缆17与绝缘板16固定在内、外链板折翻平面上生成电缆线,如图4所示。每组专用联动链条可生成2条电缆线,两组专用联动链条即生成4条电缆线。支架1-1经绝缘装置19安装滑触器装置或导电碳刷20,连接于外部电网的滑触器装置或导电碳刷20与软性带式电缆17单面滑触,专用联动链条11、12生成的四条软性带式电缆17构成a相、b相、c相及0线电源电缆,与泊位充电桩8同步旋转,充电桩8用导线选择接通a相、b相、c相及0线电源电缆17,如图1所示。
泊车盘7配备智能电表9与无线发射功能模块10,或者智能电表9自带/附加无线发射功能模10。管理操作平台E安装通信模块T,为无线接收功能模块。智能电表9经无线发射功能模块10与管理操作平台E无线对接,对泊位充电计量传送实时数据。
泊车时由触摸屏U发出指令将空余泊位按优选转向(顺时针旋转或逆时针旋转)到达地面泊位,进入泊位驻车,使用该泊位充电桩8用手工插接充电插座,使得驻车充电,由智能电表9计量并由无线发射功能模块10将充电信息传输给管理操作平台E。出车时经管理操作平台E办理计费确认后,由触摸屏U发出指令,经优选转向旋转到达地面泊位,拔除充电插接后驶出。

1.一种带有充电桩的链条传动垂直旋转智能立体停车库,由立体机架(1)、两组链条垂直旋转联动机构(2)、悬臂(3)、绞链(4)或和(6)、联动旋转梁(5)、泊车盘(7)、电气控制装置(W)和管理操作平台(E)组成,其特征在于所述链条垂直旋转联动机构(2)配备电源电缆(17),所述泊车盘(7)配备充电桩/充电设备(8)、智能电表(9)与无线发射功能模块(10),充电桩(8)用导线接通电源电缆(17),智能电表(9)经无线发射功能模块(10)与操作平台(E)无线对接。
2.根据权利要求1所说带有充电桩的链条传动垂直旋转智能立体停车库,其特征在于所述链条垂直旋转联动机构(2)安装专用联动链条(11)、(12),专用联动链条(11)、(12)其内链板(13)、外链板(14)分别向外侧折翻90度,制成同一平面,内链板(13)、外链板(14)折翻平面各自钻孔,折翻平面铺设绝缘板(16),绝缘板(16)上安装软性带式电缆(17),用绝缘螺栓(18)把软性带式电缆(17)与绝缘板(16)固定在链板折翻平面上,支架(1-1)经绝缘装置(19)安装滑触器装置或导电碳刷(20),连接于外部电源的滑触器装置或导电碳刷(20)与软性带式电缆(17)单面滑触,专用联动链条(11)、(12)生成的四条软性带式电缆(17)构成a相、b相、c相及0线电源电缆,与泊位充电桩(8)同步旋转,充电桩(8)用导线选择接通a相、b相、c相及0线电源电缆(17)。
3.根据权利要求1所说带有充电桩的链条传动垂直旋转智能立体停车库,其特征在于所述管理操作平台(E)安装通信模块(T)与触摸屏(U)。
