Abstract
一种用于艾草皂包装塑封用的隔离保鲜纸,涉及艾草皂生产制备技术领域,由普通的纸张经过浸泡液的反复浸泡和煎炸然后晾干制备而成;其中浸泡液由艾草液、多脂剂、阴离子表面活性剂、抗氧剂、螯合剂、增白剂、硝酸盐、橄榄油、香樟提取液制备而成。本发明在制备过程中采用橄榄油对纸张进行塑封处理,能够提高纸张的防水防潮和防霉性能;然后再通过艾草液制备而成的浸泡液能够使艾草成分吸收在纸张内,当使用保鲜纸对艾草皂进行包裹塑封的时候能够提高艾草皂的保存时间和效用;将保鲜纸反复进行浸泡可以提升保鲜纸内艾草液和其它有效成分,使得纸张的吸收更加透彻。

技术领域:
本发明涉及艾草皂生产制备技术领域,具体涉及一种用于艾草皂包装塑封用的隔离保鲜纸。
背景技术:
艾草,别名:冰台、遏草、香艾、蕲艾、艾萧、艾蒿、艾蒿、蓬藁、艾﹑灸草﹑医草﹑黄草﹑艾绒等。多年生草本或略成半灌木状,植株有浓烈香气。茎单生或少数,褐色或灰黄褐色,基部稍木质化,上部萆质,并有少数短的分枝,叶厚纸质,上面被灰白色短柔毛,基部通常无假托叶或极小的假托叶;上部叶与苞片叶羽状半裂、头状花序椭圆形,花冠管状或高脚杯状,外面有腺点,花药狭线形,花柱与花冠近等长或略长于花冠。瘦果长卵形或长圆形。花果期9~10月。全草入药,有温经、去湿、散寒、止血、消炎、平喘、止咳、安胎、抗过敏等作用。广西巴马是世界五大长寿之乡中百岁老人分布率最高的地区,被誉为“世界长寿之乡·中国人瑞圣地”。广西巴马艾草具有悠灸的历史,巴马属亚热带季风气候区,巴马最高处海拔1216米,年平均气温20.4℃,年平均相对湿度78%,雨水旺盛,广西巴马艾草与普通艾草相较的独特之处在于,植株高,叶肥,产绒量高,纯天染,无污染,含挥发油较多,香气浓郁,不论是艾草的药用价值,保健功能还是燃烧等方面,都明显优于其它地区的艾草。只有农历端午前后采摘的艾草才称五月艾,此时的艾草是入药的最佳时期。
香皂是人们生活中常用的洗化产品,具有较好的清洁效果,为了丰富香皂的品类,人们将艾草与香皂相互结合生产出具有特殊功效的艾草皂,由于艾草皂中艾草的特性会散发出艾草的味道,为了防止艾草内药用效果成分的流失会在艾草皂表面进行保鲜纸的塑封,这样就能有效的保护住艾草皂的效用。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种具有防霉、防湿,有效保护艾草皂的塑封用保鲜纸,利用该保鲜纸对艾草皂进行塑封和包裹可以防止艾草皂中的艾草成分流失,还能有效的增加艾草皂的药用效果,充分激活艾草皂内的艾草及其相关成分,可以延长艾草皂的保存时间。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种用于艾草皂包装塑封用的隔离保鲜纸,由普通的纸张经过以下方法制备而成:
(1)首先将准备好的纸张放入事先调配好的浸泡液中进行第一次浸泡,然后将浸泡过的纸张进行低温烘干;
(2)烘干后再次放入浸泡液中进行第二次浸泡,第二次浸泡时间为1~2天,浸泡完成后取出纸张待用;
(3)将艾草粉均匀撒在纸张表面,然后将纸张入油锅中煎炸,煎炸20~30S后取出纸张;
(4)待纸张冷却后再次使用浸泡液进行第三次浸泡,浸泡5~10h后取出;
(5)待纸张自然晾干即得用于艾草皂包装塑封用的隔离保鲜纸。
其中上述步骤中的浸泡液由:艾草液、多脂剂、阴离子表面活性剂、抗氧剂、螯合剂、增白剂、硝酸盐、橄榄油、香樟提取液制备而成;
上述浸泡液各组分的含量按质量份数计为:艾草液2~5份、多脂剂1~3份、阴离子表面活性剂1~2份、抗氧剂0.05~0.1份、螯合剂0.1~0.5份、增白剂0.02~0.2份、硝酸盐0.5~0.8份、橄榄油0.5~0.8份、香樟提取液0.1~0.3份;
其中优选的方案为:艾草液3份、多脂剂2份、阴离子表面活性剂1份、抗氧剂0.08份、螯合剂0.3份、增白剂0.1份、硝酸盐0.5份、橄榄油0.8份、香樟提取液0.2份;
进一步技术,在保鲜纸制备的过程中浸泡液的温度在第一次浸泡时设定为40~45℃,第二次浸泡时温度设定为50~55℃,第三次浸泡的温度设定为35~40℃;
进一步技术,在制备的过程中入油锅煎炸时,油锅中的油采用植物油,并且油温控制在200~235℃;
进一步技术,所述的纸张选用平整无折痕和破损的宣纸进行制备;
上述浸泡液采用以下方法进行制备:
(1)将艾草液与多脂剂、阴离子表面活性剂、抗氧剂、螯合剂混合均匀,然后放入到80~100℃的油浴中保温;
(2)向步骤(1)的混合物中加入增白剂、硝酸盐、香樟提取液,搅拌均匀后加橄榄油,离心搅拌10~20分钟得到浸泡液。
为了展现该发明制备的保鲜纸的实际使用效果,对保鲜纸进行分组并进行以下相关检测,并将测得的结果列入下表
A、检测时将制备好的纸张完全没入清水中进行浸泡,对纸张变化进行观察:

通过上表对比分析后可以看出,采用本发制备的保鲜纸对艾皂的保存具有很好的保护作用,有效的提升了防霉、防水能力,有利于艾皂的保存;
本发明的有益效果是:在制备过程中采用橄榄油对纸张进行塑封处理,能够提高纸张的防水防潮和防霉性能;
然后再通过艾草液制备而成的浸泡液能够使艾草成分吸收在纸张内,当使用保鲜纸对艾草皂进行包裹塑封的时候能够提高艾草皂的保存时间和效用;
将保鲜纸反复进行浸泡可以提升保鲜纸内艾草液和其它有效成分,使得纸张的吸收更加透彻。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体示例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1:一种用于艾草皂包装塑封用的隔离保鲜纸,由普通的纸张经过处理以下方法制备而成:
(1)首先将准备好的纸张放入事先调配好的浸泡液中进行第一次浸泡,然后将浸泡过的纸张进行低温烘干;
(2)烘干后再次放入浸泡液中进行第二次浸泡,第二次浸泡时间为1天,浸泡完成后取出纸张待用;
(3)将艾草粉均匀撒在纸张表面,然后将纸张入油锅中煎炸,煎炸20S后取出纸张;

纸张选用平整无折痕和破损的宣纸进行制备;
上述浸泡液采用以下方法进行制备:
(1)将艾草液与多脂剂、阴离子表面活性剂、抗氧剂、螯合剂混合均匀,然后放入到100℃的油浴中保温;
(2)向步骤(1)的混合物中加入增白剂、硝酸盐、香樟提取液,搅拌均匀后加橄榄油,离心搅拌20分钟得到浸泡液。
实施例3一种用于艾草皂包装塑封用的隔离保鲜纸,由普通的纸张经过处理以下方法制备而成:
(1)首先将准备好的纸张放入事先调配好的浸泡液中进行第一次浸泡,然后将浸泡过的纸张进行低温烘干;
(2)烘干后再次放入浸泡液中进行第二次浸泡,第二次浸泡时间为1.5天,浸泡完成后取出纸张待用;
(3)将艾草粉均匀撒在纸张表面,然后将纸张入油锅中煎炸,煎炸25S后取出纸张;
(4)待纸张冷却后再次使用浸泡液进行第三次浸泡,浸泡8h后取出;
(5)待纸张自然晾干即得用于艾草皂包装塑封用的隔离保鲜纸。
其中上述步骤中的浸泡液由:艾草液、多脂剂、阴离子表面活性剂、抗氧剂、螯合剂、增白剂、硝酸盐、橄榄油、香樟提取液制备而成;
上述浸泡液各组分的含量按质量份数计为:艾草液5份、多脂剂3份、阴离子表面活性剂2份、抗氧剂0.1份、螯合剂0.5份、增白剂0.2份、硝酸盐0.5~0.8份、橄榄油0.8份、香樟提取液0.3份;
在保鲜纸制备的过程中浸泡液的温度在第一次浸泡时设定为43℃,第二次浸泡时温度设定为53℃,第三次浸泡的温度设定为38℃;
在制备的过程中入油锅煎炸时,油锅中的油采用植物油,并且油温控制在220℃;
纸张选用平整无折痕和破损的宣纸进行制备;
上述浸泡液采用以下方法进行制备:
(1)将艾草液与多脂剂、阴离子表面活性剂、抗氧剂、螯合剂混合均匀,然后放入到90℃的油浴中保温;
(2)向步骤(1)的混合物中加入增白剂、硝酸盐、香樟提取液,搅拌均匀后加橄榄油,离心搅拌15分钟得到浸泡液。
分别对实施例1、2、3制备的保鲜纸进行分组并进行以下相关检测,并将测得的结果列入下表
A、检测时将制备好的纸张完全没入清水中进行浸泡,对纸张变化进行观察:

(2)烘干后再次放入浸泡液中进行第二次浸泡,第二次浸泡时间为1~2天,浸泡完成后取出纸张待用;
(3)将艾草粉均匀撒在纸张表面,然后将纸张入油锅中煎炸,煎炸20~30S后取出纸张;
(4)待纸张冷却后再次使用浸泡液进行第三次浸泡,浸泡5~10h后取出;
(5)待纸张自然晾干即得用于艾草皂包装塑封用的隔离保鲜纸。
