本发明涉及一种面料的制备方法,特别是涉及一种桔红色警示性服装面料的制备方法。
背景技术:
目前,常用警示性服装主要以橘红色的普通荧光涂料涂层涤纶面料为主,质量参差不齐,普遍存在着基材面料荧光度不足、亮度系数低以及反光装饰材料可视性差等问题,即使新衣服的可视性能达到要求,但由于学习和工作性质关系,儿童和环卫人员往往会换洗较勤,而传统的荧光涂料普遍存在的反光度差、不耐洗、吸湿透气性差等缺点,致使其警示效果降低,甚至没有警示效果,从而易导致交通事故的发生,经测试:在正常洗涤15~20次后,其夜间的警示作用将明显降低;洗涤30次后,将几乎失去警示作用。此外,采用普通涂层和涤纶面料制成的警示性服装,往往因其吸湿性差、不透气、手感硬,而增加了服用者的生理和心理负担,服用舒适性能较差。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种警示效果好、同时兼具良好舒适性(耐水洗、吸湿性好、透气性好)的桔红色警示性服装面料的制备方法。
本发明为实现上述目的采取的技术方案如下:
一种桔红色警示性服装面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)、荧光桔红粉末的制备:
分别将氧化钆、氧化镝、碳酸锶、碳酸铈、氧化镧用硝酸溶解,得硝酸钆溶液、硝酸镝溶液、硝酸锶溶液、硝酸铈溶液和硝酸镧溶液;量取硝酸钆溶液、硝酸镝溶液、硝酸锶溶液、硝酸铈溶液和硝酸镧溶液并搅拌均匀;加入尿素并搅拌40min,在180℃下继续反应12h,然后冷却至室温,过滤后蒸馏水洗涤;将得到的产物在80℃烘箱内干燥5h,然后置于1000℃马弗炉中煅烧2h,自然冷却至室温得到荧光桔红粉末样品;
称取硅烷偶联剂KH-570和荧光桔红粉末样品,在pH值为3.5~4.0的水/乙醇溶液中充分水解,慢慢加入到圆底烧瓶中,30℃搅拌30min后静置反应24h,抽滤,洗涤;然后,利用卧式纳米砂磨机进行研磨,过滤即得到荧光桔红粉末;
(2)、荧光桔红涂料的制备:
配方:按质量百分比的下述组成:
制备方法:将丙烯酸树脂用乙醇稀释,在缓慢搅拌下加入荧光桔红粉末和纳米玻璃微珠,在40~50℃保温5~10min,冷却至室温,加入N-甲基-2吡咯烷酮、三羟基氨基甲烷、乙二醇充分混合后即成荧光桔红涂料;
(3)、制备桔红色警示性服装面料:
将荧光桔红涂料、粘合剂、与水按质量分数50%:20%:30%混合,加入增稠剂搅拌均匀,采用刮刀均匀涂布在纯棉梭织物上,然后80℃烘干5min,再110~150℃焙烘3min,即制得桔红色警示性服装面料。
进一步的设置在于:
步骤(1)中,所述硝酸钆溶液、硝酸镝溶液、硝酸锶溶液、硝酸铈溶液和硝酸镧溶液与尿素的体积比为1:1:1.2:1.2:1.2:2。
步骤(1)中,硅烷偶联剂与荧光桔红粉末、乙醇、水的质量百分含量为20~50%、20%、15%、15~45%。

本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明改进了荧光涂料的配方和制备工艺,以及荧光涂料在棉织物上的应用,所制备的桔红色警示性服装面料为双性能反射材料,较现有产品在警示效果、舒适性(耐水洗、吸湿性、透气性)等方面有明显提升,见表4、表5所示。
(1)、高可视、耐水洗荧光桔红涂料的制备:制备含有稀土元素的荧光桔红粉末,具有较高的发光强度;为了提高荧光粉的发光稳定性,采用硅烷偶联剂包膜技术,制备荧光桔红粉末,从而提高了荧光涂料的稳定性。
(2)、高可视耐水洗荧光桔红涂料在棉织物上的应用:采用印花工艺,将高可视耐水洗荧光桔红涂料应用在纯棉织物上。印花后棉织物为双性能反射材料,并且具有良好的吸湿透气性,同时满足《职业用高可视性警示服》桔红色标准要求,并可满足30次水洗要求。

(3)、荧光桔红涂料在棉织物上的应用:
将荧光桔红涂料、粘合剂、与水按质量分数50%:20%:30%混合,加入适量增稠剂搅拌均匀,采用刮刀均匀涂布在纯棉梭织物上,然后80℃烘干5min,再110~150℃焙烘3min。整理后桔红色荧光棉织物具有优异的耐水洗性,耐皂洗色牢度达到5级;而且具有良好的吸湿透气性能。此外,其色彩值、亮度系数β及反射系数R′能够达到《职业用高可视性警示服》桔红色标准要求,并可满足30次水洗要求。

制备方法同基本实施例,区别在于:调整步骤(1)荧光桔红粉末的配比和制备工艺,并检测硅烷偶联剂与荧光桔红粉末样品的质量配比对相对荧光强度的影响,如表1所示。

制备方法同基本实施例,区别在于:调整步骤(3)中荧光桔红涂料在棉织物上的印花工艺,并测试印花工艺对纯棉织物性能的影响,如表3所示。

注:表3中的反射系数测试条件为观测角12′入射角5°。
总结:
本发明改进了荧光涂料的配方和制备工艺,以及荧光涂料在棉织物上的应用,所制备的桔红色警示性服装面料为双性能反射材料,较现有产品在警示效果、舒适性(耐水洗、吸湿性、透气性)等方面有明显提升,见表4、表5所示。
(1)、高可视、耐水洗荧光桔红涂料的制备:制备含有稀土元素的荧光桔红粉末,具有较高的发光强度;为了提高荧光粉的发光稳定性,采用硅烷偶联剂包膜技术,制备荧光桔红粉末,从而提高了荧光涂料的稳定性。
(2)、高可视耐水洗荧光桔红涂料在棉织物上的应用:采用印花工艺,将高可视耐水洗荧光桔红涂料应用在纯棉织物上。印花后棉织物具有良好的吸湿透气性,具有较高的亮度系数和反射系数,是一种优良的双性能反射材料,同时满足《职业用高可视性警示服》桔红色标准要求,并可满足30次水洗要求。

Claims (5)

1.一种桔红色警示性服装面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)、制备荧光桔红粉末:
分别将氧化钆、氧化镝、碳酸锶、碳酸铈、氧化镧用硝酸溶解,得硝酸钆溶液、硝酸镝溶液、硝酸锶溶液、硝酸铈溶液和硝酸镧溶液;量取硝酸钆溶液、硝酸镝溶液、硝酸锶溶液、硝酸铈溶液和硝酸镧溶液并搅拌均匀;加入尿素并搅拌40min,在180℃下继续反应12 h,然后冷却至室温,过滤后蒸馏水洗涤;将得到的产物在80℃烘箱内干燥5h,然后置于1000℃马弗炉中煅烧2h,自然冷却至室温得到荧光桔红粉末样品;
称取硅烷偶联剂KH-570和荧光桔红粉末样品,在pH值为3.5~4.0的水/乙醇溶液中充分水解,慢慢加入到圆底烧瓶中,30℃搅拌30min后静置反应24h,抽滤,洗涤;然后,利用卧式纳米砂磨机进行研磨,过滤即得到荧光桔红粉末;
(2)、荧光桔红涂料的制备:
配方:按质量百分比的下述组成:
丙烯酸树脂 40~60%
荧光桔红粉末 30~50%
纳米玻璃微珠 5~20%
N-甲基-2吡咯烷酮 5%
三羟基氨基甲烷 1%
乙二醇 4%;
制备方法:将丙烯酸树脂用乙醇稀释,在缓慢搅拌下加入荧光桔红粉末和纳米玻璃微珠,在40~50℃保温5~10min,冷却至室温,加入N-甲基-2吡咯烷酮、三羟基氨基甲烷、乙二醇充分混合后即成荧光桔红涂料;
(3)、制备桔红色警示性服装面料:
将荧光桔红涂料、粘合剂、与水按质量分数50%:20%:30%混合,加入增稠剂搅拌均匀,采用刮刀均匀涂布在纯棉梭织物上,然后80℃烘干5min,再110~150℃焙烘3min,即制得桔红色警示性服装面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种桔红色警示性服装面料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中,所述硝酸钆溶液、硝酸镝溶液、硝酸锶溶液、硝酸铈溶液和硝酸镧溶液与尿素的体积比为1:1:1.2:1.2:1.2:2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种桔红色警示性服装面料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中,硅烷偶联剂与荧光桔红粉末、乙醇、水的质量百分含量为20~50%、20%、15%、15~45%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种桔红色警示性服装面料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中,荧光桔红涂料的配比为:丙烯酸树脂50%、荧光桔红粉末28%、纳米玻璃微珠12%、N-甲基-2吡咯烷酮5%、三羟基氨基甲烷1%、乙二醇4%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种桔红色警示性服装面料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中,焙烘温度为130℃。
