本发明公开了一种装饰用水性铝颜料,其特征是由下述重量份的原料组成:片状铝粉40-60,正硅酸乙酯8-10,硅烷偶联剂A-151?0.1-0.3,白炭黑1-2,聚乙二醇3-5,海藻酸钠1-2,海藻酸丙二醇酯0.2-0.4,茶树油0.2-0.4,辛烯基琥珀酸铝淀粉0.1-0.2,三乙醇胺0.2-0.4,聚丙烯酸钠0.1-0.2,异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯0.1-0.2,复合助剂0.5-1。本发明的铝颜料具有抗菌驱虫、清新空气的功效,附着力好,色泽明亮,适用于家居装饰装潢;在水性介质中分散性高,性质稳定,适用于水性体系。

一种装饰用水性铝颜料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及金属颜料领域,具体涉及一种装饰用水性铝颜料及其制备方法。
背景技术
现今随着工业化的发展,地球环境不断恶化,环保问题日益得到重视。传统金属颜料具有明亮的金属光泽和高遮盖力,兼具高装饰性和高保护性的优点,用途广泛,市场巨大。然而传统的溶剂型金属颜料在应用中使用大量有机溶剂,在涂装过程中排放到环境中,容易造成污染。而水性金属颜料由于绝大部分的有机溶剂都被水取代,大大降低了涂装过程中的污染排放,因此采用水性金属颜料替代溶剂型金属颜料是实现低公害、低污染的重要措施之一,也是顺应国际潮流的一种趋势。
目前水性金属颜料也存在着一些问题,比如金属颜料在水性体系中分散性较差、稳定性较差等。这些问题如果能得到更好的解决,将有利于水性金属颜料得到更广泛的应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种分散性高、稳定性好的装饰用水性铝颜料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种装饰用水性铝颜料,其由下述重量份的原料制成:
片状铝粉40-60,正硅酸乙酯8-10,硅烷偶联剂A-1510.1-0.3,白炭黑1-2,聚乙二醇3-5,海藻酸钠1-2,海藻酸丙二醇酯0.2-0.4,茶树油0.2-0.4,辛烯基琥珀酸铝淀粉0.1-0.2,三乙醇胺0.2-0.4,聚丙烯酸钠0.1-0.2,异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯0.1-0.2,复合助剂0.5-1;
复合助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:
剑麻渣50-60,凹凸棒土30-40,柠檬酸4-8,柠檬酸钠4-8,十四烷基三甲基氯化铵1-2,十二烷基苯磺酸钠2-4,水30-40;
复合助剂的制备方法:
将剑麻渣60-80℃过夜烘干后粉碎,加入柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、十四烷基三甲基氯化铵、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和水搅拌处理2-4h后升温至40-60℃搅拌1-2h,冷却过滤浓缩得滤液;将凹凸棒土300-400℃煅烧2-4h后加入所述的滤液80-90℃搅拌3-5h,过滤,将滤饼干燥后精磨至1500-2000目,即得。
一种装饰用水性铝颜料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)配制氨水、蒸馏水和乙醇的混合溶剂作为A组分,用乙醇稀释正硅酸乙酯作为B组分;将片状铝粉加入适量无水乙醇中,加入硅烷偶联剂A-151,氮气保护下搅拌0.5-1h后,以同时分别滴加A组分和B组分,边滴加边搅拌,滴加完毕后40-45℃反应6-8h,抽滤后用无水乙醇洗涤,真空干燥,所述的A组分中氨水、蒸馏水和乙醇的重量比=1:2:5,所述的氨水浓度为25%,所述的B组分中乙醇和正硅酸乙酯的重量比=1:2;
(2)将(1)中处理后的铝粉加入反应容器,加入适量二氯亚砜并通入氮气,反应2-3h后除去溶剂,反复洗涤后加入聚乙二醇和适量乙醇,超声分散均匀后共同加入反应容器并在氮气保护下搅拌反应3-6h,过滤除去溶剂,用无水乙醇洗涤数次,真空干燥;
(3)将白炭黑与三乙醇胺、茶树油混合后高速搅拌0.5-1h,再与(2)中处理后的铝粉和其余原料混合后常温搅拌混合均匀,即得。
本发明的优点是:
1.对铝粉表面进行二氧化硅和聚乙二醇双层包覆处理,增强了其在在水性体系中的分散性和稳定性,水性体系相容性及流平性好;易于储存,具有良好的耐候性,不影响金属光泽,表面效果及金属感好;
2.通过配方和工艺的改进,使铝颜料具有抗菌驱虫、清新空气的功效,附着力好,色泽明亮,适用于家居装饰装潢。
具体实施方式
本发明非限定实施例如下:
实施例1
一种装饰用水性铝颜料,由下列重量(kg)的组分原料制备而成:
片状铝粉50,正硅酸乙酯9,硅烷偶联剂A-1510.2,白炭黑1.5,聚乙二醇4,海藻酸钠1.5,海藻酸丙二醇酯0.3,茶树油0.3,辛烯基琥珀酸铝淀粉0.15,三乙醇胺0.3,聚丙烯酸钠0.15,异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯0.15,复合助剂0.8;
其中,复合助剂由下列重量(kg)的原料制成:
剑麻渣55,凹凸棒土35,柠檬酸6,柠檬酸钠6,十四烷基三甲基氯化铵1.5,十二烷基苯磺酸钠3,水35;
复合助剂的制备方法:
将剑麻渣80℃过夜烘干后粉碎,加入柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、十四烷基三甲基氯化铵、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和水搅拌处理3h后升温至50℃搅拌2h,冷却过滤浓缩得滤液;将凹凸棒土400℃煅烧2h后加入所述的滤液80℃搅拌4h,过滤,将滤饼干燥后精磨至2000目,即得。
本实施例所用白炭黑为2000目。
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)配制氨水、蒸馏水和乙醇的混合溶剂作为A组分,用乙醇稀释正硅酸乙酯作为B组分;将片状铝粉加入适量无水乙醇中,加入硅烷偶联剂A-151,氮气保护下搅拌0.5h后,同时分别滴加A组分和B组分,边滴加边搅拌,滴加完毕后40℃反应8h,抽滤后用无水乙醇洗涤,真空干燥,所述的A组分中氨水、蒸馏水和乙醇的重量比=1:2:5,所述的氨水浓度为25%,所述的B组分中乙醇和正硅酸乙酯的重量比=1:2;
(2)将(1)中处理后的铝粉加入反应容器,加入适量二氯亚砜并通入氮气,反应3h后除去溶剂,反复洗涤后加入聚乙二醇和适量乙醇,超声分散均匀后共同加入反应容器并在氮气保护下搅拌反应5h,过滤除去溶剂,用无水乙醇洗涤数次,真空干燥;
(3)将白炭黑与三乙醇胺、茶树油混合后高速搅拌0.5h,再与(2)中处理后的铝粉和其余原料混合后常温搅拌混合均匀,即得。
经检验,本实施例的铝颜料在水性体系中分散性好,分布均匀,形成漆膜表面平整,光泽度高。

Claims (2)

1.一种装饰用水性铝颜料,其特征在于其由下述重量份的原料制成:
片状铝粉40-60,正硅酸乙酯8-10,硅烷偶联剂A-1510.1-0.3,白炭黑1-2,聚乙二醇3-5,海藻酸钠1-2,海藻酸丙二醇酯0.2-0.4,茶树油0.2-0.4,辛烯基琥珀酸铝淀粉0.1-0.2,三乙醇胺0.2-0.4,聚丙烯酸钠0.1-0.2,异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯0.1-0.2,复合助剂0.5-1;
所述复合助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:
剑麻渣50-60,凹凸棒土30-40,柠檬酸4-8,柠檬酸钠4-8,十四烷基三甲基氯化铵1-2,十二烷基苯磺酸钠2-4,水30-40;
所述复合助剂的制备方法是:
将剑麻渣60-80℃过夜烘干后粉碎,加入柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、十四烷基三甲基氯化铵、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和水搅拌处理2-4h后升温至40-60℃搅拌1-2h,冷却过滤浓缩得滤液;将凹凸棒土300-400℃煅烧2-4h后加入所述的滤液80-90℃搅拌3-5h,过滤,将滤饼干燥后精磨至1500-2000目,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装饰用水性铝颜料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)配制氨水、蒸馏水和乙醇的混合溶剂作为A组分,用乙醇稀释正硅酸乙酯作为B组分;将片状铝粉加入适量无水乙醇中,加入硅烷偶联剂A-151,氮气保护下搅拌0.5-1h后,以同时分别滴加A组分和B组分,边滴加边搅拌,滴加完毕后40-45℃反应6-8h,抽滤后用无水乙醇洗涤,真空干燥,所述的A组分中氨水、蒸馏水和乙醇的重量比=1:2:5,所述的氨水浓度为25%,所述的B组分中乙醇和正硅酸乙酯的重量比=1:2;
(2)将(1)中处理后的铝粉加入反应容器,加入适量二氯亚砜并通入氮气,反应2-3h后除去溶剂,反复洗涤后加入聚乙二醇和适量乙醇,超声分散均匀后共同加入反应容器并在氮气保护下搅拌反应3-6h,过滤除去溶剂,用无水乙醇洗涤数次,真空干燥;
(3)将白炭黑与三乙醇胺、茶树油混合后高速搅拌0.5-1h,再与(2)中处理后的铝粉和其余原料混合后常温搅拌混合均匀,即得。
