我国的农作物播种面积居世界第一,是农业大国,每年约产农作物秸秆10亿吨,但目前秸秆被利用的仅占18%左右,大多数秸秆被直接焚烧,既造成严重的环境污染,资源浪费比较严重。如何解决秸秆的利用问题,将农业废弃秸秆作为原料制成布料,能有效地替代有机聚合物,变废为宝,减少环境污染,是解决布料生产对有机高聚物依赖的有效途径。
无纺布是一种直接利用高聚物切片、短纤维或长丝将纤维通过气流或机械成网,然后经过水刺,针刺,或热轧加固,最后经过后整理形成的无编织的布料。与传统的纺织布相比,具有工艺流程短、生产速度快、产量高、成本低、用途广等特点。它广泛应用于医疗卫生、家庭装饰、汽车工业、服装辅料等领域。目前仍存在许多现实问题,如高含量的有机聚合物、易燃、不易降解等问题。随着人们生活水平的提高和环保意识的增强,无纺布的绿色、环保、阻燃性越来越成为人们关注的焦点。

所述组分的重量份为:15-35份秸秆、23-38份高分子聚合物、3-9份稳定剂、10-15份粘合剂、5-10份阻燃剂。
优选的,所述组分的重量份为:22-24份秸秆、30-32份高分子聚合物、5.5-6.5份稳定剂、12-13份粘合剂、7-8份阻燃剂。
秸秆为:玉米秸秆、花生秸秆、小麦秸秆、稻谷秸秆、大豆秸秆中的至少一种。
高分子聚合物为:聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚四氟乙烯中的至少一种。
高分子聚合物研磨成细粉,优选小于100目。
稳定剂为:二氧化硅、硅酸钠、硝酸钙、氯化钠、氯化钾中的至少一种。
粘合剂为聚乙烯醇、羧甲基纤维素、丙烯酸树脂、氯化橡胶中的至少一种。
阻燃剂为:氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝、硼酸锌、聚磷酸铵、磷酸三苯酯、十溴二苯乙烷、硅酸钙中的至少一种。
所述的环保阻燃秸秆广告布还包含氮化钛-柠檬酸三丁酯。
所述的环保阻燃秸秆广告布包含的氮化钛-柠檬酸三丁酯的重量份为0.3-1.5。
一种环保阻燃秸秆广告布的制备方法,步骤包括:
1)按各组分重量份100水、15-35秸秆、23-38高分子聚合物、3-9稳定剂、10-15粘合剂、5-10阻燃剂配制成阻燃浆料:
2)将阻燃浆料倒入带有搅拌装置的浆料桶中,使无纺基布在压辊和上浆辊中通过,上浆辊将浆槽中的浆料透过网框转移至基布上;
3)把上过浆的无纺布置于压辊机的两个橡胶压辊之间进行挤压,除去多余的液体;
4)将上述无纺布烘干即得环保阻燃秸秆广告布。
所述的一种环保阻燃秸秆广告布的制备方法,无纺布挤压后的轧余率为60%-75%,烘干采用热风烘干,温度为100-150℃。
氮化钛-柠檬酸三丁酯的制备方法如下:
在150 mL三口烧瓶中,加入1 mmol柠檬酸、5 mmol正丁醇和0.1 mmol对甲苯磺酸催化剂,装上分水器和回流冷却装置,搅拌器搅拌下电炉加热(120 ℃),在沸腾状态下反应回流分水,待水分完后停止反应,冷却后过滤回收催化剂,取样,用标准碱溶液测定混合物的酸值,按下列计算反应的酯化率:酯化率(%)=(1-酸值/反应前酸值)X 100 %,计算酯含量后的反应混合物在常温下蒸馏出未反应的正丁醇,接着改换成减压蒸馏,收集170-172 ℃,133Pa的馏分,得淡黄色油状液体。
将上述的到的淡黄色油状液体加入烧瓶中,向其中加入40 mL甲苯、0.05 mmol氮化钛和0.01 mmol四氯化锡,在80 ℃下反应3 h,搅拌速度为200 rpm,反应结束后,常温下冷却,既得。
采用上述技术方案,本发明具有的有益效果是:
1.充分利用秸秆资源,减少布料中有机高聚物的使用;
2.阻燃性好,阻燃性能经测试达到国家的相关规定;
3.原料易的,工艺简单,可工业化操作,且具有良好的手感。

一种环保阻燃秸秆广告布的制备方法,步骤包括:
1)按各组分重量份100水、15玉米秸秆、23聚乙烯、3二氧化硅、10聚乙烯醇、5氢氧化镁配制成阻燃浆料:
2)将阻燃浆料倒入带有搅拌装置的浆料桶中,使无纺基布在压辊和上浆辊中通过,上浆辊将浆槽中的浆料透过网框转移至基布上;
3)把上过浆的无纺布置于压辊机的两个橡胶压辊之间进行挤压,除去多余的液体;
4)将上述无纺布烘干即得环保阻燃秸秆广告布。

一种环保阻燃秸秆广告布的制备方法,步骤包括:

4)将上述无纺布烘干即得环保阻燃秸秆广告布。

性能测试
阻燃性试验
采用垂直燃烧法测试实施例制备的广告布的燃烧性能。
利用特定点火源(火焰高度35±2 mm),在离实施例制备的材料底边22 mm中心处对固定在夹子上垂直材料进行试验,每一个实施例制备的材料进行5次试验。
实施例制备样品损毁长度为100 mm,
根据国家GB50222-199标准衡量实施例制备的广告布的阻燃性能。A、不燃材料;B1、难燃材料;B2、可燃材料;B3、易燃材料。
各实施例组成如下表1所示:

Claims (10)
1.一种环保阻燃秸秆广告布,其特征在于,包含以下组分:秸秆、高分子聚合物、稳定剂、粘合剂、阻燃剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保阻燃秸秆广告布,其特征在于,所述组分的重量份为:15-35份秸秆、23-38份高分子聚合物、3-9份稳定剂、10-15份粘合剂、5-10份阻燃剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的环保阻燃秸秆广告布,其特征在于,所述组分的重量份为:22-24份秸秆、30-32份高分子聚合物、5.5-6.5份稳定剂、12-13份粘合剂、7-8份阻燃剂。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的环保阻燃秸秆广告布,其特征在于,秸秆为:玉米秸秆、花生秸秆、小麦秸秆、稻谷秸秆、大豆秸秆等中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的环保阻燃秸秆广告布,其特征在于,高分子聚合物为:聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚四氟乙烯中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的环保阻燃秸秆广告布,其特征在于,粘合剂为聚乙烯醇、羧甲基纤维素、丙烯酸树脂、氯化橡胶中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的环保阻燃秸秆广告布,其特征在于,还包含氮化钛-柠檬酸三丁酯。
8.根据权利要求7所述的环保阻燃秸秆广告布,其特征在于,氮化钛-柠檬酸三丁酯的重量份为0.3-1.5。
9.一种环保阻燃秸秆广告布的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤包括:
1)按各组分重量份100水、15-35秸秆、23-38高分子聚合物、3-9稳定剂、10-15粘合剂、5-10阻燃剂配制成阻燃浆料:
2)将阻燃浆料倒入带有搅拌装置的浆料桶中,使无纺基布在压辊和上浆辊中通过,上浆辊将浆槽中的浆料透过网框转移至基布上;
3)把上过浆的无纺布置于压辊机的两个橡胶压辊之间进行挤压,除去多余的液体;
4)将上述无纺布烘干即得环保阻燃秸秆广告布。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种环保阻燃秸秆广告布的制备方法,其特征在于,无纺布挤压后的轧余率为60%-75%,烘干采用热风烘干,温度为100-150℃。
