本发明属于面料的生产技术领域,具体涉及超柔抗起毛起球面料的整理工艺。
背景技术
目前高档家纺拉绒类品种深受广大消费者的青睐,既保暖又贴身,是秋冬季床品的必备选择;但因拉绒类品种普遍易起毛起球且有脱毛问题,造成服用不舒服;因此有必要提高布面起毛起球的级数和减少脱毛。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种超柔抗起毛起球面料的整理工艺。
为实现上述技术效果,本发明的技术方案为:超柔抗起毛起球面料的整理工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)退浆;退浆酶15g/L: 非离子渗透剂1-2g/L,温度 :55-60度两浸两轧后,轧余率80-120%,堆置1-2小时 后水洗烘干;
2)烧毛:车速:120米/分钟,两正两反烧毛;
3)预定型;车速:60米/分钟,温度:160-170度;
4)打卷;
5)多道轻拉绒;顺针:22,逆针:27,车速:32米/分钟;
6)浸轧:采用浸轧法对织物进行该性整理;
起毛起球助剂LT-100,35g/l,汽巴公司;膨松柔软剂SSP,5g/l,盖德公司;硅油1g/l,盖德公司;
浸轧温度,室温;烘干温度,80-90度;车速,45米/分钟;定型温度,150-160度;轧压为2kg/m2, 轧余率为40-50%;
7)预缩成件;车速:35米/分钟,缩率控制在5%-6%,缩水率控制在3%以内。
有益效果:本发明提供的超柔抗起毛起球面料的整理工艺,布面超级柔软,绒感强而丰满;起毛起球助剂,定量控制,即确保了起毛起球,又不影响整个布面的手感。

6)浸轧:采用浸轧法对织物进行该性整理;
