技术领域
本发明属于一种具有抗再沉积功能的透明液体洗涤剂组合物及制备方法。
背景技术
液体洗涤剂始于二十世纪四十年代末;七、八十年代得到较快发展和普及;到了九十年代,伴随着科学技术的进步,液体洗涤剂的品种和功能不断变化,在洗涤用品中所占的比例快速上升。液体洗涤剂由活性成分和辅助成分构成。活性成分一般为表面活性剂,是洗涤过程中去除污垢的主要成分;而辅助成分主要由各种助剂组成,如螯合剂、增稠剂、防腐剂、酶制剂和抗再沉积剂等,主要起到降低水中Ca2+和Mg2+的浓度、稳定洗涤液的pH值和调节洗涤液的粘稠度等作用。
织物多次洗涤后由于污垢在织物表面的沉积使得织物表面硬化、色泽暗淡以及织物的使用寿命降低,在洗涤剂中添加抗再沉积剂能够有效的解决这些问题。抗再沉积剂是指能够防止洗涤下来的污垢再次沉淀于被洗物上,将污垢悬浮于洗涤剂中的物质。抗再沉积剂有两个作用:一是抗污垢沉积,抗再沉积剂能够将污垢包围起来,分散在水中,防止了污垢和织物的吸附接触;二是抗无机盐沉积,抗再沉积剂能够螯合无机盐离子,减少了无机盐晶核的形成和晶体的生长,从而降低了不溶性无机盐在织物表面的沉积。因此开发具有抗再沉积性能的洗涤剂,对于洗涤后织物的颜色、织物的手感及织物的使用寿命都具有重要的现实意义。
现有技术将抗再沉积剂加入到液体洗涤剂中,洗涤剂的溶解性和透明性变差,致使洗涤剂分层。
发明内容
本发明提供一种加入抗再沉积剂的洗涤剂溶解性和透明性无变化,洗涤剂无分层的具有抗再沉积功能的透明液体洗涤剂组合物及制备方法。
本发明是包含一种抗再沉积剂的液体洗涤剂组合物,其液体洗涤剂组合物外观浅黄色透明、具有优异的抗再沉积性能。
本发明具有抗再沉积功能的透明液体洗涤剂组合物,其重量百分比组成如下:
a)阴离子表面活性剂11.0~16.0wt%;
b)非离子表面活性剂4.0~8.0wt%;
c)抗再沉积剂0.5~3.0wt%;
d)洗涤助剂0.5~5.0wt%;
e)荧光增白剂0.01~0.1wt%;
f)防腐剂0.01~0.1wt%;
g)洗涤用酶0.01~1.0wt%;
h)其余为水。
如上所述的阴离子表面活性剂包括:烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐(MES)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐(AES)、α-烯基磺酸盐(AOS)或脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐(AEC)中的两种。
如上所述的的非离子表面活性剂包括:烷基糖苷APG(C12-14)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO7或AEO9)、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物(FMEE)或改性油脂乙氧基化物中的一种。
如上所述的抗再沉积剂包括:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)、羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)、聚丙烯酸钠(PAA)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)、改性淀粉中的任意两种组成的混合物。
如上所述的洗涤助剂包括柠檬酸钠、碳酸钠、层状硅酸钠、单乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA)中的一种或两种组成的混合物。
本发明制备方法包括如下步骤:
在30~80℃下,将洗涤助剂和抗再沉积剂加入水中,充分搅拌至上述物料全部溶解,然后在300~1000r/min的搅拌速度下,加入非离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂,搅拌均匀后,加入荧光增白剂,继续搅拌30~50min,冷却至室温,加入洗涤用酶和防腐剂,继续搅拌60~240min,至产品呈均匀透明状态,即得到所要的液体洗涤剂组合物。
本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点:
1.本发明的液体洗涤剂的溶解性和透明性好、不分层,储存稳定性好。
2.复配抗再沉积剂的抗再沉积性能优于单一抗再沉积剂。
具体实施方式
实施例1
a)阴离子表面活性剂LAS占8.0wt%,MES占3.0wt%;
b)非离子表面活性剂AEO7占4.0wt%;
c)聚乙烯醇PVA占0.5wt%;
d)羧甲基纤维素钠CMC占0.5wt%;
e)碳酸钠占0.4wt%;
f)柠檬酸钠占0.1wt%;
g)荧光增白剂占0.01wt%;
h)防腐剂占0.03wt%;
i)洗涤用酶占0.5wt%;
j)其余为水。
制备方法为:30℃下,将洗涤助剂和抗再沉积剂加入水中,充分搅拌至上述物料全部溶解,然后在400r/min的搅拌速度下,加入非离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂,搅拌均匀后,加入荧光增白剂,继续搅拌45min,冷却至室温,加入洗涤用酶和防腐剂,继续搅拌240min,至产品呈均匀透明状态,即得到所要的液体洗涤剂组合物。
实施例2

制备方法为:55℃下,将洗涤助剂和抗再沉积剂加入水中,充分搅拌至上述物料全部溶解,然后在600r/min的搅拌速度下,加入非离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂,搅拌均匀后,加入荧光增白剂,继续搅拌50min,冷却至室温,加入洗涤用酶和防腐剂,继续搅拌200min,至产品呈均匀透明状态,即得到所要的液体洗涤剂组合物。
实施例4
a)阴离子表面活性剂LAS占7.0wt%,AEC占5.0wt%;
b)非离子表面活性剂FMEE占5.0wt%;
c)聚乙烯吡咯烷酮PVP占2.5wt%;
d)改性淀粉占0.5wt%;
e)碳酸钠占1.0wt%;
f)单乙醇胺占0.5wt%;
g)荧光增白剂占0.1wt%;
h)防腐剂占0.05wt%;
i)洗涤用酶占0.7wt%;
j)其余为水。
制备方法为:40℃下,将洗涤助剂和抗再沉积剂加入水中,充分搅拌至上述物料全部溶解,然后在1000r/min的搅拌速度下,加入非离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂,搅拌均匀后,加入荧光增白剂,继续搅拌40min,冷却至室温,加入洗涤用酶和防腐剂,继续搅拌120min,至产品呈均匀透明状态,即得到所要的液体洗涤剂组合物。
实施例5
a)阴离子表面活性剂MES占9.0wt%,AEC占5.0wt%;
b)非离子表面活性剂改性油脂乙氧基化物占7.0wt%;
c)羧甲基纤维素钠CMC占0.4wt%;
d)改性淀粉占0.1wt%;
e)碳酸钠占1.5wt%;
f)三乙醇胺占2.0wt%;
g)荧光增白剂占0.05wt%;
h)防腐剂占0.1wt%;
i)洗涤用酶占1.0wt%;
j)其余为水。
制备方法为:80℃下,将洗涤助剂和抗再沉积剂加入水中,充分搅拌至上述物料全部溶解,然后在300r/min的搅拌速度下,加入非离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂,搅拌均匀后,加入荧光增白剂,继续搅拌30min,冷却至室温,加入洗涤用酶和防腐剂,继续搅拌60min,至产品呈均匀透明状态,即得到所要的液体洗涤剂组合物。

Claims (7)

1.一种具有抗再沉积功能的透明液体洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于重量百分比组成如下:
a)阴离子表面活性剂11.0~16.0wt%;
b)非离子表面活性剂4.0~8.0wt%;
c)抗再沉积剂0.5~3.0wt%;
d)洗涤助剂0.5~5.0wt%;
e)荧光增白剂0.01~0.1wt%;
f)防腐剂0.01~0.1wt%;
g)洗涤用酶0.01~1.0wt%;
h)其余为水。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种具有抗再沉积功能的透明液体洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于所述的阴离子表面活性剂为烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、α-烯基磺酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐中的两种。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种具有抗再沉积功能的透明液体洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于所述的的非离子表面活性剂包括:烷基糖苷APG、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物或改性油脂乙氧基化物中的一种。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种具有抗再沉积功能的透明液体洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于所述的烷基糖苷为C12-14的烷基糖苷、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为AEO7或AEO9
5.如权利要求1所述的一种具有抗再沉积功能的透明液体洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于所述的抗再沉积剂为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、羧甲基纤维素钠、聚丙烯酸钠、聚乙烯醇、改性淀粉中的任意两种组成的混合物。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种具有抗再沉积功能的透明液体洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于所述的洗涤助剂为柠檬酸钠、碳酸钠、层状硅酸钠、单乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、乙二胺四乙酸二钠中的一种或两种组成的混合物。
7.如权利要求1-6任一项所述的一种具有抗再沉积功能的透明液体洗涤剂组合物的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
在30~80℃下,将洗涤助剂和抗再沉积剂加入水中,充分搅拌至上述物料全部溶解,然后在300~1000r/min的搅拌速度下,加入非离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂,搅拌均匀后,加入荧光增白剂,继续搅拌30~50min,冷却至室温,加入洗涤用酶和防腐剂,继续搅拌60~240min,至产品呈均匀透明状态,即得到所要的液体洗涤剂组合物。
