Abstract
一种真皮清洁膏及其制备方法,属于精细化工技术领域,所述清洁膏含有下列重量百分比的组分:烷基糖苷3‑8%,醇醚羧酸盐4‑8%,脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物5‑8%,乙二胺四乙酸二钠盐0.1‑0.4%,聚乙二醇0.5‑4%,椰油基二乙醇酰胺2‑3%,苯乙烯与丙烯酸共聚物0.2‑1%,防腐剂0.05‑0.2%,氯化钠盐0.5‑1%,去离子水70‑80%。该清洁膏不含磷,与皮肤接触不刺激,对天然皮革无腐蚀。对于难以去除的污垢有着较强的润湿、分散作用,去污效果显著。

技术领域
本发明属于精细化工技术领域,具体涉及一种真皮清洁膏及其制备方法。
背景技术
皮具,如皮包,皮衣,真皮沙发等,一般在自然条件下都是很容易沾灰的,灰尘,汗渍,油污,茶水等沾到皮层上面后,如长期不做清洁不清除的话,容易造成皮层的霉烂,开裂,褶皱。采用洗衣粉、洗洁精去清洁,香蕉皮、牙膏清洁,之后再用湿毛巾擦拭的话,不仅达不到理想的清洁效果,反而会让您心爱的皮具寿命减少,皮具长期基础水分,会加减速皮层的老化。所以一般皮具保养宜选用清洁膏进行清洁。
而现有清洁膏类产品大多含有磷酸盐,其在使用时会对环境产生很大的破坏,而且其产品在长期对皮革制品使用后会是皮革板结。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出一种清洁膏,该清洁膏含有下列重量百分比的组分:烷基糖苷3-8%,醇醚羧酸盐4-8%,脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物5-8%,乙二胺四乙酸二钠盐0.1-0.4%,聚乙二醇0.5-4%,椰油基二乙醇酰胺2-3%,苯乙烯与丙烯酸共聚物0.2-1%,凯松0.05-0.2%,氯化钠盐0.5-1%,去离子水70-80%。该清洁膏不含磷,与皮肤接触不刺激,对天然皮革无腐蚀。对于难以去除的污垢有着较强的润湿、分散作用,去污效果显著。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种清洁膏,所述清洁膏含有下列重量百分比的组分:烷基糖苷3-8%,醇醚羧酸盐4-8%,脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物5-8%,乙二胺四乙酸二钠盐0.1-0.4%,聚乙二醇0.5-4%,椰油基二乙醇酰胺2-3%,苯乙烯与丙烯酸共聚物0.2-1%,防腐剂0.05-0.2%,氯化钠盐0.5-1%,去离子水70-80%。
所述的一种清洁膏,所述清洁膏原料为水70-80%,PEG-0810 3-8%,AES 4-8%,尼纳尔4-7%,PEG-8000 0.5-4%,EDTA-2Na 0.1-0.4%,NaCl0.5-1%,苯乙烯与丙烯酸共聚物0.2-1%,防腐剂 0.05-0.2%,香精0.01-0.1%。
进一步地,所述防腐剂为凯松。
进一步地,所述香精为水溶或油溶。
所述的清洁膏的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下制备步骤:
1)按配方要求准确称量物料;
2)将配方量的水加入合成釜;
3)水进行加热,使水温达到60℃,将称量好的PEG-0810、AES、尼纳尔、PEG-8000、EDTA-2Na依次加入合成釜,反应10-50min;
4)将称量好的NaCl缓慢加入,反应5-10min;
5)对物料进行冷却降温,当温度达到40℃时加入防腐剂和遮光剂,反应3-5min,继续降温至30℃时加入香精,反应1-3min,继续降温至25℃,使物料温度均匀。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明清洁膏为高浓缩产品,安全可靠,生态环保,不含磷,与皮肤接触不刺激,对天然皮革无腐蚀。对于难以去除的污垢有着较强的润湿、分散作用,去污效果显著。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步解释。
实施例1
称取原料:水386kg,PEG-0810 25 kg,AES 50 kg,6501 30 kg,PEG-8000 5 kg,EDTA-2Na 0.5 kg,NaCl 3 kg,遮光剂 0.5 kg,防腐剂 0.5 kg,香精 0.3 kg,合计500 kg。
按如下制备方法制备:
一、称量
按配方要求准确称量物料
要求:称量完成后反复核对,以免漏称。
投料与混合
按照配方称量好水并加入加热釜。
打开无色出料阀,使水全部流入合成釜,开启合成釜搅拌器(变频器数显40)关闭无色出料阀。
开启合成釜进气阀,对水进行加热,使水温达到60℃,关闭进气阀。将称量好的物料依次加入合成釜,开启循环阀后开启循环按钮,循环10分钟,关闭循环按钮。保持30分钟。
将称量好的NaCl缓慢加入合成釜,开启循环按钮,循环5分钟,关闭循环按钮。
降温
开启出水阀后开启进水阀,对物料进行冷却降温,当温度达到40℃时加入防腐剂和遮光剂,并开启循环按钮,循环3分钟,关闭循环按钮。继续降温至30℃时加入香精,并开启循环按钮,循环2分钟,关闭循环按钮。继续降温至物料温度均匀,温度达到25℃后关闭出水阀。
放料
1、打开移动罐进料阀,开启循环按钮,缓慢关闭循环阀,待物料完全打入移动罐后,关闭合成釜搅拌器,关闭移动罐进料阀。

1.一种清洁膏,其特征在于,所述清洁膏含有下列重量百分比的组分:烷基糖苷3-8%,醇醚羧酸盐4-8%,脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物5-8%,乙二胺四乙酸二钠盐0.1-0.4%,聚乙二醇0.5-4%,椰油基二乙醇酰胺2-3%,苯乙烯与丙烯酸共聚物0.2-1%,防腐剂0.05-0.2%,氯化钠盐0.5-1%,去离子水70-80%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种清洁膏,其特征在于,所述清洁膏原料为水70-80%,PEG-0810 3-8%,AES 4-8%,尼纳尔4-7%,PEG-8000 0.5-4%,EDTA-2Na 0.1-0.4%,NaCl0.5-1%,苯乙烯与丙烯酸共聚物0.2-1%,防腐剂 0.05-0.2%,香精0.01-0.1%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种清洁膏,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为凯松。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种清洁膏,其特征在于,所述香精为水溶或油溶。
5.一种如权利要求2-4任一所述的清洁膏的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下制备步骤:
1)按配方要求准确称量物料;
2)将配方量的水加入合成釜;
3)水进行加热,使水温达到60℃,将称量好的PEG-0810、AES、尼纳尔、PEG-8000、EDTA-2Na依次加入合成釜,反应10-50min;
4)将称量好的NaCl缓慢加入,反应5-10min;
5)对物料进行冷却降温,当温度达到40℃时加入防腐剂和遮光剂,反应3-5min,继续降温至30℃时加入香精,反应1-3min,继续降温至25℃,使物料温度均匀。
