Abstract

本发明公开了一种羽绒服干洗剂及其使用方法,采用多种新型表面活性剂,去污力强,漂洗容易,对皮肤无刺激,当它涂在清洗物体表面时,能快速与污垢结合或融解,羽绒服清洁剂采用独特浓缩的中性配方,水性环保无异味,且不含腐蚀成份,可以彻底清除羽绒服表面的顽固污垢,不损布艺,羽绒服清洁剂特含有的表面活性去污成份除洗涤功效强外,还具有较好的渗透性及乳化性,起着保护层的作用,能有效地渗入污垢内部,释解污垢的胶着力,把污垢从衣物的纤维内分离出来,高效清除各种残留在布料表面的污渍。

一种羽绒服干洗剂及其使用方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及羽绒服清洁领域,特别涉及一种羽绒服干洗剂及其使用方法。
背景技术:
羽绒服内的禽类羽绒为蛋白质纤维,若使用肥皂或普通洗衣粉清洗(更不能使用加酶洗衣粉),因它具有较强的碱性,以免羽绒过分脱脂而脆损,使羽绒服失去柔润、弹性和光泽,变得干燥、发硬和老化,缩短羽绒服的使用寿命;同时也不能采用干洗来洗涤羽绒服,因为干洗剂中的四氯乙烯药水会破坏羽绒中的蛋白质,影响保暖性能,同时烘干工艺容使布料老化。目前市面上大多清洗织物产品大多采用阴离子表面活性剂(K12,LAS,皂基等),在水中偏碱性,pH在11左右。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种羽绒服干洗剂及其使用方法,稳定性好,价格低,耐硬水,分散性好,采用多种新型表面活性剂,去污力强,漂洗容易,对皮肤无刺激。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种羽绒服干洗剂及其使用方法,按其质量比分为:
配方一:FMEE,6.0%;LAS-Na,8.5%;葡萄糖酸钠,0.1%;EDTA-4Na, 0.2%;单乙醇胺,1.0%;香料,0.1%;染料,0.02%;水,余量,将上述原料均匀混合即可;
配方二:EO-7,10.0%;TX-10,25.0%;AES,10%;乙醇,5%;防腐剂, 0.1%;香料,0.1%;增稠剂,0.5%;水,余量,将上述原料均匀混合即可;
使用方法为:
1、先要找好污渍点的位置,因为羽绒服在暗的情况或者是角度的问题都是看不到污渍点的,所以先要标记一下;
2、带好手套,虽然干洗剂不是很伤手,但是比起洗衣粉还是更有害的,避免伤到手;
3、接着就喷干洗剂就可以;
4、喷了之后用准备好的软毛刷轻轻的刷,不要力气太大,太大会起毛;
5、之后就用洗毛巾轻轻的擦拭周边以及污渍处,一般要多擦拭几次才可以;
6、如果是污渍很久或者说很脏的话就再重复上面的步骤就可以,之后再用吸水纸或者其他吸水的毛巾擦拭吸水;
7、用吹风机开热风对着刚才的擦拭的地方吹,一般来说都是会很容易的干的,这样就完成了。

配方一:FMEE,6.0%;LAS-Na,8.5%;葡萄糖酸钠,0.1%;EDTA-4Na,0.2%;单乙醇胺,1.0%;香料,0.1%;染料,0.02%;水,余量,将上述原料均匀混合即可;
配方二:EO-7,10.0%;TX-10,25.0%;AES,10%;乙醇,5%;防腐剂,0.1%;香料,0.1%;增稠剂,0.5%;水,余量,将上述原料均匀混合即可;
使用方法为:
(1)先要找好污渍点的位置,因为羽绒服在暗的情况或者是角度的问题都是看不到污渍点的,所以先要标记一下;
