本发明涉及一种羽绒服干洗剂及其制备方法。一种羽绒服干洗剂的制备方法,该方法包括以下的步骤:先将水加入配料罐中,开启搅拌,把三丙二醇甲醚和/或溶剂HEXASOL、二乙二醇丁醚和/或溶剂HEXASOL、乙醇和/或异丙醇、EDTA‑4Na、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和/或醇醚羧酸盐AEC、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚加入配料罐,用柠檬酸调节pH值到规定范围,最后加入香精和凯松,搅拌均匀后沉降24小时过滤。本发明专门用于羽绒服局部清洁的清洗剂,含有多种干洗溶解,清洁效果好,无需过水,干燥快。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种羽绒服干洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,羽绒服已经成为冬季必备的保暖服装。由于羽绒服的特殊性,经常洗涤或洗涤不当,会使面料褪色,使羽绒发板、绒毛硬化、保暖性变差。在穿着时难免造成小范围局部污染,不能把整件衣服拿去洗涤。人们需要一种能随时用于羽绒服局部洗涤清洁剂,解决羽绒服局部清洗问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明的第一个目的是提供一种羽绒服干洗剂,本发明的第二个目的是提供上述的羽绒服干洗剂的制备方法。本发明是专门用于羽绒服局部清洁的清洗剂,含有多种干洗溶解,清洁效果好,无需过水,干燥快。
为了实现上述的第一个目的,本发明采用了以下的技术方案:

上述的羽绒服干洗剂的制备方法,该方法包括以下的步骤:先将水加入配料罐中,开启搅拌,把三丙二醇甲醚和/或溶剂HEXASOL、二乙二醇丁醚和/或溶剂HEXASOL、乙醇和/或异丙醇、EDTA-4Na、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和/或醇醚羧酸盐AEC、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚加入配料罐,用柠檬酸调节pH值到规定范围,最后加入香精和凯松,搅拌均匀后沉降24小时过滤。
本发明由于采用上述的技术方案,专门用于羽绒服局部清洁的清洗剂,含有多种干洗溶解,清洁效果好,无需过水,干燥快。本发明配方具有良好的清洁能力,能有效清除羽绒服表面各种污迹,干燥快,不留痕迹。配方中采用的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,有抗静电和柔顺功能,洗后不影响羽绒保暖性能。配方中含三丙二醇甲醚、二乙二醇丁醚等多种干洗溶解,清洁效果好,无需过水,干燥快。

柠檬酸 10 酸碱调节
EDTA-4Na 0.8 金属离子螯合剂
凯松 0.2 防腐
香精 0.1 气味调节
余量 溶剂
