Abstract

本发明提出了一种喷雾型洗涤剂,包括双硫耦合聚乙二醇改性复合酶10‑15份、植物提取物3‑5份、表面活性剂5‑7份、膨润土15‑20份、沸石粉8‑15份、助剂3‑6份和去离子水60‑70份。本发明采用双硫耦合聚乙二醇(PEG‑SS‑PEG)改性复合酶,具有保持酶的稳定性,提高酶的生物相容性,从而有效分解污垢,达到去除污渍的效果。本发明所用采用复合酶、植物提取物以及氨基酸表面活性剂,不破坏衣服纤维,且长期使用本发明洗涤剂,衣物仍然能保持柔顺。将本发明喷雾型洗涤剂喷在衣服污渍处,待喷剂干透后,会留下部分膨润土或沸石粉,只需将其拍掉或用刷子刷掉即可得到干净的衣物。

有鉴于此,本发明提出了一种绿色环保,不破坏衣服纤维,且能保持面料柔顺,针对不同衣服的喷雾型洗涤剂。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:本发明提供了一种喷雾型洗涤剂,按照重量份数计算,包括双硫耦合聚乙二醇改性复合酶10-20份、表面活性剂5-9份、膨润土15-20份、沸石粉8-15份、助剂3-8份和去离子水60-80份。

本发明洗涤剂的使用方法:直接向有污渍的衣服表面喷洒本发明所述的喷雾洗涤剂,待喷剂干透后,用手拍打或用毛刷刷去表面干粉即可。
对比例一
以市场上常见的优洁士清洁剂为对比例,验证本发明洗涤剂的效果。
对比例二
以复合酶和大量有机表面活性剂为实施例二。即:一种喷雾型洗涤剂,按照重量份数计算,包括蛋白酶5份、纤维素酶5份、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸钠3份、月桂酰基谷氨酸钠3份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚3份和去离子水60份。
参照GB/T 13174-2008衣料用洗涤剂去污力及循环洗涤性能的测定方法检测本发明洗涤剂的去污力检测结果见表1。其中,去污力实验浓度为0.1%、标准洗衣液实验浓度为0.2%;JB-01——碳黑油污布;JB-02——蛋白污布;JB-03——皮脂污布。衣领去污力国标指标要求:JB-01、JB-02、JB-03三种污布均大于或等于标准洗衣液。

表1可知,本发明的喷雾洗涤剂在清洁去污效果上明显强于对照样品;经过稳定性实验后,产品效果也强于对照样品,达到高效去污目的。
对各实施例和对比例进行抑菌实验,作用2min即可对大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌、金黄色葡萄球菌达到99.9%的抑菌率(表2)。

对衣服进行50次喷雾洗涤实验,每个实施例和对比例中棉质、化纤类、皮质衣服均选择10件,测试衣服纤维损坏程度以及衣服柔软舒适度;征集90名志愿者,使用本喷雾型洗涤剂清洁衣服6个月后,调查是否有皮肤过敏现象,结果见表3。

表3数据所示:本发明洗涤剂在反复使用20次后,衣服纤维未受到损坏,柔软舒适度为8-9,且使用本喷雾型洗涤剂后6个月后,没有出现皮肤过敏现象,表明本发明的洗涤剂具有优良的洗护效果。
将本发明喷雾洗涤剂稀释10倍,然后对占有霉味、烟味、火锅味道的衣服进行喷雾,10min后检测衣服味道残留,并检测采用本洗涤剂清洁衣服后洗涤剂香味保留时间,检测结果见表4。

表4可知,本发明的洗涤剂可以去除衣服吸附的霉味、烟味、火锅味道等难闻味道,且香味可以保留20-30天,具有很好的除味和留香效果。

Claims (10)

1.一种喷雾型洗涤剂,其特征在于:按照重量份数计算,包括双硫耦合聚乙二醇改性复合酶10-20份、表面活性剂5-9份、膨润土15-20份、沸石粉8-15份、助剂3-8份和去离子水60-80份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种喷雾型洗涤剂,其特征在于:所述复合酶为蛋白酶、纤维素酶、过氧化氢酶和甘露聚糖酶中的两种或两种以上组合物。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种喷雾型洗涤剂,其特征在于:所述双硫耦合聚乙二醇改性复合酶的方法为:向反应釜中依次加入复合酶、双硫耦合聚乙二醇和柠檬酸钠缓冲液,在60-100℃条件下搅拌反应1-3小时,既得。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种喷雾型洗涤剂,其特征在于:所述双硫耦合聚乙二醇的结构式为:

5.如权利要求1所述的一种喷雾型洗涤剂,其特征在于:还包括植物提取物,所述植物提取物由无患子提取物、香附子提取物、清香木提取物、天竺葵提取物和留兰香提取物组成。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种喷雾型洗涤剂,其特征在于:所述无患子提取物:香附子提取物:清香木提取物:天竺葵提取物:留兰香提取物的质量比为(10-15)∶(6-8)∶(15-20)∶(5-8)∶(10-30)。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种喷雾型洗涤剂,其特征在于:按照重量份数计算,所述洗涤剂包括双硫耦合聚乙二醇改性复合酶10-15份、植物提取物3-5份、表面活性剂5-7份、膨润土15-20份、沸石粉8-15份、助剂3-6份和去离子水60-70份。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种喷雾型洗涤剂,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为N,N′-双月桂酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠、椰油酰基甘氨酸钾、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠和椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱中的一种或多种组合。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种喷雾型洗涤剂,其特征在于:所述助剂为透明质酸、壳聚糖和海藻酸钠中的一种或多种组合。
10.如权利要求1-9任一所述的一种喷雾型洗涤剂,其特征在于:所述洗涤剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1,将膨润土和沸石粉与水混合,搅拌均匀后离心,去除下层泥沙,留上层浆液;
S2,将去离子水加入反应釜中,然后将表面活性剂和助剂依次加入反应釜中,搅拌均匀得到混合液A;
S3,将植物提取物和双硫耦合聚乙二醇改性复合酶依次加入混合液A中,搅拌均匀得到混合液B;
S4,将步骤S1的浆液加入混合液B中,然后经滤膜过滤既得洗涤剂。
