Abstract
本发明公开了一种多微孔生物材料置换去除衣物油渍的气雾干洗剂,采用喷射‑渗透‑置换‑融合‑包裹‑脱污的技术路线,无需洗涤、无需揉搓,即可在短时间(1‑5分钟)内,安全快速清除纤维表面油污,且不残留污物圈痕。由于多微孔生物材料可以置换吸附油污,再拍去干透的微粉,即可脱去油污,轻松实现了局部油污从织物纤维脱除,免除了整件衣物漂洗才可脱去油污从而洁净的麻烦。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于干洗剂技术领域,具体涉及一种采用多微孔生物材料渗透置换法去除油污的气雾干洗剂。
背景技术
干洗是相对于水洗而言的一种织物洗涤方式。干洗是用有机溶剂代替水来清洁织物。有机溶剂包括氟氯烃(氟利昂)溶剂、四氯乙烯、石油烃等,采用干洗机进行衣物清洁操作。目前,四氯乙烯仍然是大多数洗衣店所选择的溶剂。它具有很好的清洁能力,可以快速干燥以及可以安全地清洗大部分衣物。受环境保护主义者的推动,政府部门已经有很多年关注于四氯乙烯对人体健康的潜在威胁。干洗机必须在专业的方式下使用,以及配备所有的环境保护功能如活性碳吸附装置。这些装置必须得到维护并能保持有效工作。碳氢溶剂的清洗能力不象四氯乙烯那样好,要求更多的预去渍和后去渍。另外由于较弱的挥发性,洗衣时间会较长。
衣物的干洗大致分为三步:将衣物浸泡于溶剂中,通过滚搅使污渍与溶剂充分接触,并被带离织物;离心脱除干洗溶剂剂;加热80℃去除织物上残留的干洗溶剂。传统干洗剂清洗衣物存在必须使用专用的干洗设备,操作复杂,且有一定的有害物质。如果为去除衣物局部的油污,而需要将整件衣物投入干洗,费时费力。同时传统干洗剂含氟氯烃、四氯乙烯等污染环境物质,会有环境污染问题,产生有毒有害物质问题等。
发明内容
本发明公开了一种采用多微孔生物材料渗透置换法去除油污的气雾干洗剂产品。本发明采用:喷射-渗透-置换-融合-包裹-脱污的技术路线,无需洗涤、无需揉搓,即可在短时间(1-5分钟)内,安全快速清除纤维表面油污,且不残留污物圈痕。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
多微孔生物材料置换去除衣物油渍的气雾干洗剂,其特征在于,所述的气雾干洗剂按质量分数计由以下组分组成:
进一步地,所述的生物多微孔微粉(HZJZ)为海洋生物来源的硅藻土和/或壳聚糖与4A沸石和/或膨润土粉末的混合物,其混合物粒径为2μm~100μm。
所述硅藻土和/或壳聚糖与4A沸石和/或膨润土的比例为1:1~20:1;优选为1:2~10:1;更优选地1:5~10:1;进一步优选为1:6~8:1。
进一步地,所述的石油烃为沸点在30℃~120℃的石油烃。
进一步地,所述的短链有机溶剂为乙醇、丙二醇单甲醚、乙二醇单甲醚中的一种或两种组合物。
进一步地,所述的表面活性剂为:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基葡萄糖苷中的一种或两种组合物。
其中,所述的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚具有化学结构:
CnH2n+1O(CH2CH2O)5-9H,其中n=8-10。
其中,所述的烷基葡萄糖苷具有化学结构:

相对于普通气雾干洗剂,本发明的优点在于:
该气雾干洗剂主要采用以多微孔海洋生物来源的、具有吸附置换去除油污作用的多微孔性微粉,以吸附置换的方式,融合包裹油污,再脱去固体粉末,即可达到去除衣物纤维上的油污。多微孔生物材料(HZJZ)为海洋生物来源,属于可再生资源,取之不尽,用之不竭,且不会产生环境污染。由于多微孔生物材料可以置换吸附油污,再拍去干透的微粉,即可脱去油污,轻松实现了局部油污从织物纤维脱除,免除了整件衣物漂洗才可脱去油污从而洁净的麻烦。
本发明产品特别适合于羽绒服、毛呢大衣、化纤织物、丝绸以及混纺织物上的局部油污、污渍的快速干洗,可以去除常见的动物、植物、矿物油类、化妆品油、煤油、柴油和机油等,都可一喷即除。具有不损伤面料,不留痕。
现有的有机混合溶剂通常结合固体吸附剂,通过传统的溶解、增溶、吸附的方法去除织物纤维油渍。而本发明通过加入短链表面活性剂,可以降低表面张力,具有渗透、増溶、乳化和去污作用,其良好的渗透、强化清洁活性成分渗透效果和速度,増溶、乳化油性污垢,并与短链有机溶剂、石油烃的溶解作用配合,达到完全去除油性污垢。
本发明干洗剂呈喷射气雾状浸入织物表面,使被污面分离张力均匀。用量少、去油效果好。溶解力强,溶解速率高,深度分离彻底,除油率几乎百分之百。局部喷涂,少许时间变成粉末,一拍即脱离纤维。显效性不受油污污染时间长短的影响,对长期形成重垢油渍尤为有效。
本发明专利产品不含氟氯烃、四氯乙烯等污染环境物质,且不需要使用干洗机,不需要因局部污渍而将衣物全部进行干洗操作。方便实用,节约资源和能源,操作简单。

3.根据实施方式2所述的多微孔生物材料置换去除衣物油渍的气雾干洗剂,其特征在于:所述硅藻土和/或壳聚糖与4A沸石和/或膨润土的比例为1:1~20:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多微孔生物材料置换去除衣物油渍的气雾干洗剂,其特征在于:所述的石油烃为沸点在30℃~120℃的石油烃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多微孔生物材料置换去除衣物油渍的气雾干洗剂,其特征在于:所述的短链有机溶剂为乙醇、丙二醇单甲醚、乙二醇单甲醚中的一种或两种组合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的多微孔生物材料置换去除衣物油渍的气雾干洗剂,其特征在于所述的表面活性剂为:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基葡萄糖苷中的一种或两种组合物。
