Automatic classification garbage bin, its characterized in that: the garbage sorting device comprises a garbage outer barrel for putting garbage, a garbage sorting scanner for sorting the garbage, a plurality of inner storage barrels for containing the sorted garbage, a positioning device for determining that the garbage enters the corresponding inner storage barrels, a rotary pushing mechanism for pushing the sorted garbage to the corresponding inner storage barrels, a controller and a power supply, wherein the inner storage barrels, the positioning device, the rotary pushing mechanism, the power supply and the controller are arranged in an inner cavity of the garbage outer barrel; the bottom of the positioning device is detachably connected with the inner storage barrel, the power output end of the positioning device is connected with the driving end of the rotary pushing mechanism arranged at the top of the inner storage barrel, so that the rotary pushing mechanism is in running fit with the inner storage barrel, a garbage inlet of the rotary pushing mechanism is communicated with a garbage throwing port of the garbage outer barrel, and a garbage outlet of the rotary pushing mechanism is communicated with at most one garbage inlet of the inner storage barrel; the signal output end of the garbage classification scanner is electrically connected with the signal input end of the controller, and the control end of the positioning device and the control end of the rotary pushing mechanism are respectively electrically connected with the signal output end of the controller; the power transmission end of the garbage classification scanner, the power transmission end of the positioning device and the power transmission end of the controller are respectively electrically connected with corresponding power supply ends of the power supply;
the garbage outer barrel comprises a barrel body, a barrel cover and a side door, the barrel cover matched with the top opening of the barrel body is arranged at the top opening of the barrel body, and a garbage throwing port for throwing garbage is formed in the barrel cover; the side door is arranged on an inner storage barrel taking and placing window on the barrel wall of the barrel body, the side door is an arc-shaped plate capable of being matched with the barrel body, the side door is connected with the barrel body in a sliding mode, and a gap between two side edges of the arc-shaped plate is used as a passage for the inner storage barrel to enter and exit;

each inner storage barrel corresponds to one garbage category, and a garbage inlet is formed in the top of each inner storage barrel; the assembled side surfaces of the adjacent inner storage barrels are jointed and assembled into a cylinder body which can be placed in the inner cavity of the cylinder body, the cross section of the cylinder body is a closed figure with a recess, and an axial gap for part of accessories of the positioning device to pass through is reserved at the assembled position of the cylinder body;
the positioning device comprises a stepping motor for providing rotary driving force, a rotating shaft for transmitting the driving force and a ratchet mechanism for limiting the rotating angle of the rotating shaft, wherein the stepping motor is arranged in the barrel; the rotating shaft is inserted into a cylinder axial gap formed by splicing the inner storage barrels, and the upper part of the rotating shaft is connected with an output shaft of the stepping motor through a gear set; the guide piece of the ratchet mechanism is coaxially sleeved on the rotating shaft and is in key connection with the rotating shaft, and the clamping piece of the ratchet mechanism is fixedly connected with part of accessories of the rotating pushing mechanism; the power transmission end of the stepping motor is electrically connected with the corresponding power supply end of the power supply source to realize power supply to the positioning device; the ratchet mechanism comprises a clamping piece and a guide piece, wherein a plurality of clamping grooves are distributed on the bottom surface of the clamping piece, and the clamping grooves are positioned on the same base circle which takes the center of the bottom surface of the clamping piece as the circle center; the guide part is of a hollow circular structure, the inner ring and the outer ring of the guide part are interconnected through a plurality of radial connecting sections and are divided into guide areas which can be in one-to-one correspondence with the dividing areas of the rotary table, arc-shaped blocking sections which are positioned on the same basic circle are arranged between the inner ring and the outer ring of the guide part, one end of each arc-shaped blocking section is fixedly connected with the corresponding radial connecting section, a bulge used for being clamped into a clamping groove is arranged on the upper surface of the other end of each arc-shaped blocking section, the height of the bulge is gradually increased from the connecting part to the end part of the arc-shaped blocking section along the length direction of the arc-shaped blocking section, the rotating directions of the arc-shaped blocking sections are consistent, and the basic circle where the clamping groove is positioned is equal to the basic circle where the arc-shaped blocking sections are positioned; the guide piece is in key connection with the upper end of a rotating shaft of the positioning device, and the clamping piece is fixedly connected with the bottom end of a sleeve of the rotary pushing mechanism; when the rotating shaft rotates along one direction, the gap between the convex smooth curved surface of the guide piece and the guide piece clamping groove is gradually reduced until the end part of the protrusion of the guide piece is clamped into the corresponding clamping groove of the clamping piece, so that the rotating shaft, the clamping piece and the guide piece rotate synchronously without generating phase difference; when the rotating shaft rotates reversely, the protrusion of the guide part is separated from the guide part, the rotating shaft drives the pushing part at the top end to rotate synchronously, and the clamping part and the rotary disc are static;
the rotary pushing mechanism comprises a sleeve for realizing force transmission, a rotary disc for covering the inner storage barrel and blocking the pushing piece from being separated from the connecting rod, and a pushing piece for pushing garbage on the rotary disc to fall off, the sleeve is coaxially sleeved on the rotating shaft, the top end of the rotating shaft penetrates out of the upper end of the sleeve, the rotary disc is coaxially and fixedly installed at the upper end of the sleeve, and the lower end of the sleeve is coaxially and fixedly connected with the ratchet mechanism clamping piece; a gap for falling garbage is arranged on the turntable; the pushing piece comprises a plurality of vertical partition plates which are fixedly arranged at the top end of the rotating shaft along the circumferential direction of the rotating shaft and divide the rotating disc into areas which can be in one-to-one correspondence with the inner storage barrels;
the controller comprises a signal collector, a data transmitter and a data processor, wherein a signal input end of the signal collector is electrically connected with a signal output end of the garbage classification scanner, a signal output end of the signal collector is electrically connected with a signal input end of the data transmitter, and a signal output end of the data processor is electrically connected with a control end of the stepping motor; and the power transmission end of the data processor is electrically connected with the power supply end of the power supply to realize power supply to the controller.
