(3) After rubbish is filled, lead screw seat, lead screw motor, lead screw slider and electric telescopic handle coordinated operation to control block rubber extrusion garbage bin upward movement, thereby the messenger fills up the garbage bin of rubbish and removes the earth's surface from the underground, is favorable to the better recovery of garbage truck to rubbish.
