背景技术
茶叶味甘,苦,微寒,是我国传统的天然保健饮料,适度饮茶对人体有一定的医疗保健作用。它能提精神、去疲劳、助消化、能消炎杀菌、防治肠道传染病,能防暑降温,解渴生津。茶叶在中国从古代开始就一直很受追捧,到了现代,喝茶已成为大多数中国人的一种生活习惯,茶叶种植已走向规模化。
在茶叶种植过程中,茶园发生的主要虫害有茶小绿叶蝉、茶毛虫、茶黄螨、茶蚜、黑刺粉虱、茶尺蠖、卷叶蛾、茶椰园蚧、茶蓑蛾等,其中以茶小绿叶蝉、茶毛虫发生普遍且为害严重;主要病害有白星病、赤星病、茶饼病、茶芽枯病、茶煤病、茶云纹叶枯病,其中以茶白星病发生面积大,损害重,严重威胁春茶和早夏茶生产。
茶园区大多在边远山区,茶农的食品安全意识较差,再者化学农药是目前防治茶叶病虫害中最有效的方法,所以茶农在防治病虫时经常单纯依靠化学农药,施药频率偏高,用药量偏大。据调查,茶叶使用化学农药的主要品种为甲胺磷,三氯杀螨醇、拟除虫菊脂类等高毒、高残留农药,造成天敌被大批杀伤,茶园生态遭受严重破环,茶叶的农药污染严重,残留量大,危害消费者的健康。
茶园在防病杀菌方面经常会使用到铜制剂,铜制剂会损害芽枝霉、韦伯虫座孢菌、多毛菌等有益微生物,不利于抑制黑刺粉虱、蚧壳虫、害螨等害虫的种群数量,进而茶叶发病,影响茶叶的产量和品质。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:针对上述存在的问题,提供一种茶叶专用杀虫剂及其制备方法,以各种植物作为原料,采用水、乙醇等常见易得的溶剂进行提取有杀虫作用的有效成分,操作过程简单,可行性高;制成的杀虫剂对茶叶的病虫害防治效果好,而且对茶叶害虫的天敌危害小,同时不会把有害物质残留在茶叶里,能提高茶叶的品质,是一种安全有效的杀虫剂。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种茶叶专用杀虫剂,由如下重量份数的原料制成:茵陈蒿10-20份、巴豆15-18份、蓖麻子8-13份、烟梗18-25份、菖蒲15-20份、刺桐12-17份、苦木7-10份、黑芝麻5-8份、乙醇150-170份和水360-400份。
进一步地,所述的茶叶专用杀虫剂,由如下重量份数的原料制成:茵陈蒿16份、巴豆17份、蓖麻子10份、烟梗22份、菖蒲16份、刺桐13份、苦木9份、黑芝麻6份、乙醇160份和水380份。
上述的茶叶专用杀虫剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将茵陈蒿、烟梗、菖蒲、刺桐、苦木切成段状,混合均匀,得到混合物A;
(2)将巴豆和蓖麻子碾压至裂开,混合均匀,得混合物B;
(3)将混合物A和混合物B一起加入水中煎煮,煎煮时间为40-50min,过滤,得到煎煮液和滤渣;
(4)将步骤(3)中的滤渣烘干,粉碎成100-200目的滤渣粉末;
(5)将黑芝麻磨成粉末,加入乙醇中搅拌均匀,静置15-20min后,再加入滤渣粉末,混合均匀,回流提取8-10h,提取温度为70-80℃,过滤后,得到提取液;
(6)将步骤(3)制得的煎煮液和步骤(5)制得的提取液混合均匀,即可得到茶叶专用杀虫剂。
进一步地,步骤(1)中,所述混合物A的各段状原料的长度为4-6cm。
进一步地,步骤(3)中,所述煎煮为先用文火煎煮10min后,改用武火煎煮20min,再用文火煎煮15min。
进一步地,步骤(5)中,所述乙醇是体积分数为75%的乙醇。

茵陈蒿,又称因陈蒿、因尘、野兰蒿、细叶青蒿、绒蒿、婆婆蒿。茵陈蒿含具利胆作用的有效成分蒿属香豆精。茵陈蒿具有清热利湿的功效,用于湿热黄疸、小便不利、风痒疮疥。含氯原酸,香豆精,咖啡酸等,为治肝、胆疾患的主要成分;还含有菌陈二烯酮、茵陈滞及茵陈素等,对多种杆菌、球菌有抑制作用,有抗霉菌的作用,对多种植物病原菌有杀菌作用,杀虫的有效成分是茵陈二炔。
巴豆又称为双眼龙、江子、猛子树、八百力、芒子等,为大戟科巴豆属植物巴豆树的干燥成熟果实。巴豆是一种常用的中草药,其味辛性热,有下泻毒性。巴豆含脂肪油,油中含巴豆树脂,系巴豆醇、甲酸、丁酸及巴豆油酸结合而成的酯。此外,含蛋白质约18%,其中包括一种毒性球蛋白,称巴豆毒素。另含有巴豆甙1-3.8%、精氨酸、赖氨酸、解脂酶及一种类似蓖麻碱的生物碱。
蓖麻子,大戟科植物蓖麻的种子。蓖麻子含蛋白质,脂肪油,碳水化合物,酚性物质,蓖麻毒蛋白及蓖麻碱。脂肪油的组成绝大部分为三酸甘油及甘油酯,还有少量的甾醇,磷脂,游离脂肪酸,碳氢化合物及蜡,甘油酯的脂肪酸中蓖麻油酸,油酸亚油酸,硬脂酸,棕榈酸;磷脂含量,其中磷脂酸乙醇胺及其降解产物,磷脂酰胆碱,其他磷脂;磷脂的脂肪酸组成为:棕榈酸,硬脂酸,油酸,亚油酸而不含蓖麻油酸;游离脂肪酸,其中蓖麻油酸,十八碳二烯酸,十八碳烯酸;蓖麻毒蛋白有蓖麻毒蛋白D,酸性蓖麻毒蛋白,碱性蓖麻毒蛋白,蓖麻毒蛋白E及蓖麻毒蛋白T等。其中,能起到杀虫作用的组分为蓖麻毒蛋白。
烟梗是烟草工业的副产物,烟梗即是烟叶之粗硬叶脉,约占叶重25%~30%,烟梗含有烟碱、茄呢醇、烟酸、果胶、植物蛋白等成分。其中的烟碱可以抑制茶叶的部分病菌孢子的发芽和生长。作为烟草生产大国,我国每年约有数十万吨烟梗废弃物被弃置浪费,既造成环境污染,同时也是对自然资源的浪费。
菖蒲,别名臭蒲(唐本草注)、水菖蒲、泥菖蒲、大叶菖蒲、白菖蒲。有毒植物,其毒性为全株有毒,根茎毒性较大。含α-细辛醚、β-细辛醚、顺甲基异丁香酚、甲基丁香酚、菖蒲烯二醇、菖蒲螺烯酮、水菖蒲酮、菖蒲螺酮、菖蒲大牯牛儿酮、菖蒲酮、异菖蒲酮等。菖蒲能可有效防治飞虱、叶蝉、螟蛉、蚜虫、红蜘蛛等虫害。
刺桐,别称山芙蓉,狗头芙蓉、千面美人、妖精花,含有生物碱下箴刺桐碱、刺桐灵、甜菜碱、胆碱、紫檀素,有杀菌作用。
苦木,为苦木科植物苦木的干燥枝及叶,夏、秋二季采收,干燥。性味苦寒;有小毒。具有清热,祛湿,解毒之功效,用于风热感冒,咽喉肿痛,腹泻下痢,湿疹,疮疖,毒蛇咬伤。苦木中含有苦木素,是杀虫的主要有效成分。

一种茶叶专用杀虫剂,由如下原料制成:茵陈蒿0.16kg、巴豆0.17kg、蓖麻子0.10kg、烟梗0.22kg、菖蒲0.16kg、刺桐0.13kg、苦木0.09kg、黑芝麻0.06kg、乙醇1.60kg和水3.80kg。
上述的茶叶专用杀虫剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将茵陈蒿、烟梗、菖蒲、刺桐、苦木切成段状,长度为4-6cm,混合均匀,得到混合物A;
(2)将巴豆和蓖麻子碾压至裂开,混合均匀,得混合物B;
(3)将混合物A和混合物B一起加入水中煎煮,先用文火煎煮10min后,改用武火煎煮20min,再用文火煎煮15min,过滤,得到煎煮液和滤渣;
(4)将步骤(3)中的滤渣烘干,粉碎成200目的滤渣粉末;
(5)将黑芝麻磨成粉末,加入体积分数为75%的乙醇中搅拌均匀,静置20min后,再加入滤渣粉末,混合均匀,回流提取9h,提取温度为72℃,过滤后,得到提取液;
(6)将步骤(3)制得的煎煮液和步骤(5)制得的提取液混合均匀,即可得到茶叶专用杀虫剂。
实施例2
一种茶叶专用杀虫剂,由如下原料制成:茵陈蒿1kg、巴豆1.5kg、蓖麻子0.8kg、烟梗1.8kg、菖蒲1.5kg、刺桐1.2kg、苦木0.7kg、黑芝麻0.5kg、乙醇15kg和水36kg。
上述的茶叶专用杀虫剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将茵陈蒿、烟梗、菖蒲、刺桐、苦木切成段状,长度为4-6cm,混合均匀,得到混合物A;
(2)将巴豆和蓖麻子碾压至裂开,混合均匀,得混合物B;
(3)将混合物A和混合物B一起加入水中煎煮,文火煎煮时间为50min,过滤,得到煎煮液和滤渣;
(4)将步骤(3)中的滤渣烘干,粉碎成100目的滤渣粉末;

(2)将巴豆和蓖麻子碾压至裂开,混合均匀,得混合物B;
(3)将混合物A和混合物B一起加入水中煎煮,文火煎煮30min后武火煎煮10min,过滤,得到煎煮液和滤渣;
(4)将步骤(3)中的滤渣烘干,粉碎成120目的滤渣粉末;
(5)将黑芝麻磨成粉末,加入体积分数为75%的乙醇中搅拌均匀,静置15min后,在加入滤渣粉末,混合均匀,回流提取8h,提取温度为80℃,过滤后,得到提取液;
(6)将步骤(3)制得的煎煮液和步骤(5)制得的提取液混合均匀,即可得到茶叶专用杀虫剂。
在茶园用实施例1-3制备所得的茶叶专用杀虫剂进行试验,依次为试验组1、试验组2、试验组3,选择同一片长势大致相同的茶树,每个实施例用在1亩茶树上,茶叶专用杀虫剂按1:1.5的比例用水稀释,每半个月喷洒一次,每次喷洒至茶叶植株有水珠滴落即可;同时设置对照组,对照组按照日常方法使用甲胺磷对茶树进行喷施,其他与实施例相同,试验周期为从上一次采茶完毕后至茶叶再次能采摘收获为止。
茶叶采收后进行重量统计及相关指标分析,具体的试验结果数据见表1。

在试验过程中,经过观察,试验组和对照组的茶树遭到害虫侵害的情况均较少,茶叶能够正常生长。从表1可以看出,试验组1-3所收获的茶叶重量与对照组收获的茶叶相差不大,而从农残指标看,差别却很大。对照组因为使用甲胺磷对茶树进行喷洒,所以农残多,对身体危害大。而试验组仅使用本发明的茶叶专用杀虫剂进行喷洒,因本茶叶专用杀虫剂均以植物作为原料进行制备生产,所以不会有农药富集在茶叶的现象,能保证茶叶的健康安全,提高茶叶品质。
上述说明是针对本发明较佳可行实施例的详细说明,但实施例并非用以限定本发明的专利申请范围,凡本发明所提示的技术精神下所完成的同等变化或修饰变更,均应属于本发明所涵盖专利范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种茶叶专用杀虫剂,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:茵陈蒿10-20份、巴豆15-18份、蓖麻子8-13份、烟梗18-25份、菖蒲15-20份、刺桐12-17份、苦木7-10份、黑芝麻5-8份、乙醇150-170份和水360-400份。
2.如权利要求1所述的茶叶专用杀虫剂,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:茵陈蒿16份、巴豆17份、蓖麻子10份、烟梗22份、菖蒲16份、刺桐13份、苦木9份、黑芝麻6份、乙醇160份和水380份。
3.权利要求1或2所述的茶叶专用杀虫剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将茵陈蒿、烟梗、菖蒲、刺桐、苦木切成段状,混合均匀,得到混合物A;
(2)将巴豆和蓖麻子碾压至裂开,混合均匀,得混合物B;
(3)将混合物A和混合物B一起加入水中煎煮,煎煮时间为40-50min,过滤,得到煎煮液和滤渣;
(4)将步骤(3)中的滤渣烘干,粉碎成100-200目的滤渣粉末;
(5)将黑芝麻磨成粉末,加入乙醇中搅拌均匀,静置15-20min后,再加入滤渣粉末,混合均匀,回流提取8-10h,提取温度为70-80℃,过滤后,得到提取液;
(6)将步骤(3)制得的煎煮液和步骤(5)制得的提取液混合均匀,即可得到茶叶专用杀虫剂。
4.如权利要求3所述的茶叶专用杀虫剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中,所述混合物A的各段状原料的长度为4-6cm。
5.如权利要求3所述的茶叶专用杀虫剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中,所述煎煮为先用文火煎煮10min后,改用武火煎煮20min,再用文火煎煮15min。
6.如权利要求3所述的茶叶专用杀虫剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(5)中,所述乙醇是体积分数为75%的乙醇。
7.如权利要求3所述的茶叶专用杀虫剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(5)中,所述回流提取时间为9h,提取温度为72℃。
