Abstract
本发明涉及农药技术领域,公开了一种防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药及其制备方法。该农药由以下重量份数的原料组成:庭菖蒲挥发油12~32份、氯氰菊酯9~19份、迷迭香提取物9~15份、香柠檬油11~23份、马齿苋6~17份、大葱4~15份、印楝树花4~12份、植物油30~45份、助溶剂8~15份及表面活性剂6~14份。本发明农药可以有效防治荔枝褶粉虱并提高荔枝产量。同时该农药药液残留期仅8~11天,对人畜安全。本发明还提供了所述防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药的制备方法。本发明所述防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药配伍合理,对荔枝褶粉虱防效高,杀灭时间短,绿色无公害,大大减少了为害虫口基数,在防治荔枝褶粉虱上具有巨大的优势。

技术领域
本发明涉及农药技术领域,尤其涉及一种防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药及其制备方法。
背景技术
荔枝(学名:Litchi chinensis Sonn.)无患子科,荔枝属常绿乔木,高约10米。果皮有鳞斑状突起,鲜红,紫红。成熟时至鲜红色;种子全部被肉质假种皮包裹。花期春季,果期夏季。果肉产鲜时半透明凝脂状,味香美,但不耐储藏。分布于中国的西南部、南部和东南部,广东和福建南部栽培最盛。亚洲东南部也有栽培,非洲、美洲和大洋洲有引种的记录。荔枝与香蕉、菠萝、龙眼一同号称“南国四大果品”。荔枝味甘、酸、性温,入心、脾、肝经;可止呃逆,止腹泻,是顽固性呃逆及五更泻者的食疗佳品,同时有补脑健身,开胃益脾,有促进食欲之功效。荔枝木材坚实,纹理雅致,耐腐,历来为上等名材。但是由于荔枝容易遭受病虫害的迫害,使得荔枝的产量不高,导致市场上荔枝的价格过高;目前我国荔枝的种植中常用的杀虫剂为化学合成杀虫剂,虽然这种杀虫剂杀虫效果明显,但是其容易残留在果实和土壤中,不仅影响荔枝的口味,也会对人体健康造成的危害,同时长期使用也会造成环境的污染。
荔枝褶粉虱以若虫和成虫聚在叶背,吸食嫩叶的汁液,为害严重时,叶面会出现黄色斑点。该虫的排泄物,糖分含量较高,常作为各种菌类的营养而诱发煤烟病,影响叶片光合作用。荔枝褶粉虱主要发生在通透性差的密闭果园,在通风透光良好的间伐果园,该虫则为害较轻。国内防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药多为传统的化学农药,使用这些农药很多时候仅仅从防效去考虑,其它包括环境污染、使用安全和抗药性的问题则很难兼顾。而专治荔枝褶粉虱而研制的农药目前还未见报道。
因此,迫切需要研制安全、环保,高效的农药来防治荔枝褶粉虱。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:针对上述存在的问题,提供一种配伍合理,对荔枝褶粉虱防效高,杀灭和残留时间短,绿色无公害,大大减少了为害虫口基数,在防治荔枝褶粉虱上具有巨大的优势的防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药及其制备方法。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药,由以下重量份数的原料组成:庭菖蒲挥发油12~32份、氯氰菊酯9~19份、迷迭香提取物9~15份、香柠檬油11~23份、马齿苋6~17份、大葱4~15份、印楝树花4~12份、植物油30~45份、助溶剂8~15份及表面活性剂6~14份。
进一步地,本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药,由以下重量份数的原料组成:庭菖蒲挥发油18~24份、氯氰菊酯12~16份、迷迭香提取物12~14份、香柠檬油16~20份、马齿苋11~15份、大葱8~12份、印楝树花8~10份、植物油37~41份、助溶剂10~12份及表面活性剂9~12份。
最佳优选地,本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药,由以下重量份数的原料组成:庭菖蒲挥发油21份、氯氰菊酯14份、迷迭香提取物13份、香柠檬油18份、马齿苋13份、大葱10份、印楝树花9份、植物油39份、助溶剂11份及表面活性剂10份。
作为优选,本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药的植物油为亚麻油、菜籽油、大豆油、樟树油、芝麻油的一种或多种;助溶剂为碘化钾、丙酮、环己酮、硼砂的一种或多种;表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钙、琥珀酸二辛酯碳酸钠、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯碳酸钠的一种或多种。
本发明还提供了上述防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)混合、搅拌:将马齿苋、印楝树花和大葱用植物粉碎机粉碎成细粉,置入具塞的容器内,加入氯氰菊酯和香柠檬油,搅拌均匀,密封塞好,浸泡2~8天,取出,过滤得滤液备用;
(2)蒸馏、分离:取新鲜的庭菖蒲切碎后置于多功能中药提取罐中,然后按重量份取1份原料加3份水的比例加入适量的水,通入水蒸气加热4~10小时,收集冷凝液,将冷凝液置于4~13℃以下的冷库中冷藏7~15小时以上,使油水充分分离,即得庭菖蒲挥发油;
(3)提取、制剂:称取迷迭香,过70~160目筛,按料液比1:4~19g/ml 加入植物油、助溶剂和表面活性剂,于40~120℃回流提取,过滤,即得迷迭香提取液;向迷迭香提取液中加入步骤(1)所得的滤液和步骤(2)所得的庭菖蒲挥发油,研磨,搅拌,即可制得本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱农药。
为了进一步说明本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱农药的配比合理性,下面对主要成分进行介绍:
庭菖蒲(学名:Sisyrinchium rosulatum),为鸢尾科庭菖蒲属下的一个植物种,一年生莲座丛状草本。须根纤细,黄白色,多分枝。茎纤细,高15-25厘米,中下部有少数分枝,节常呈膝状弯曲,沿茎的两侧生有狭的翅。叶基生或互生,狭条形,长6-9厘米,宽2-3毫米,基部鞘状抱茎,顶端渐尖,无明显的中脉。花序顶生;苞片5-7枚,外侧2枚狭披针形,边缘膜质,绿色,长2-2.5厘米,内侧3-5枚膜质,无色透明,内包含有4-6朵花;花淡紫色,喉部黄色,直径0.8-1厘米;花梗丝状,长约2.5厘米;花被管甚短。本种的茎较细弱,呈莲座丛状;茎基部的节处略膨大成膝盖状弯曲。原产北美洲,我国南方常引种用于装饰花坛,现已逸为半野生。庭菖蒲体内具有杀虫活性物质,可通过熏蒸作用对害虫消化系统产生影响,进而进一步的杀灭害虫。庭菖蒲挥发油与氯氰菊酯复配可增强庭菖蒲挥发油的杀虫活性,特别是高温或多雨天气。在本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药中加入庭菖蒲挥发油可以将入侵植物变废为宝,将对生态环境有影响的入侵植物加以重复利用,达到提高杀虫效果,延长持效期的作用,同时为庭菖蒲综合防治提供一个新的思路。
氯氰菊酯为棕红色至深红褐色黏稠液体,难溶于水,易溶于乙醇,在中性、酸性的环境中稳定。具有广谱杀虫活性,有触杀和胃毒作用,持效期长达1个月。氯氰菊酯与碱性物质混用,易分解失效。氯氰菊酯与庭菖蒲挥发油混合使用,可增加对荔枝褶粉虱的作用方式,在原来熏蒸作用的基础上增加了胃毒作用和触杀作用,从而使得本发明对荔枝褶粉虱的防治更加有效,与此同时为了防止氯氰菊酯遇碱失效,本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药中选用的溶剂和助溶剂都为像植物油,碘化钾等中性物质,保证了氯氰菊酯的持效不被破坏。
迷迭香(Rosmarinus officinalis)唇形科灌木。性喜温暖气候,原产欧洲地区和非洲北部地中海沿岸。远在曹魏时期就曾引种中国。现在园林中偶有应用。从迷迭香的花和叶子中能提取具有优良抗氧化性的抗氧化剂和迷迭香精油。迷迭香抗氧化剂。广泛用于医药、油炸食品、富油食品及各类油脂的保鲜保质;而迷迭香香精则用于香料、空气清新剂、驱蚁剂以及杀菌、杀虫等日用化工业。本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药制作迷迭香提取物可通过其所散发的味道来影响荔枝褶粉虱的神经系统,进而产生拒食性,进一步地提高本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱农药的杀虫活性,以此来达到协同增效的目的。
香柠檬(bergamot),唇形科薄荷属植物。香柠檬是酸的,它气味芬芳的皮可提炼出香柠檬油,这种油常用在伯爵茶中。它的精油则是芳香疗法中治疗忧郁症的其中一种成份。原产北美,亦称香蜂草、大红香蜂草、印第安羽毛,其叶可用作调味茶、潘趣饮料、柠檬水和其他冷饮的药草。在本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药中加入香柠檬油主要是因为其它组分例如迷迭香提取物,庭菖蒲挥发油等可能会产生一些刺鼻的气味,而人对这些味觉比较敏感,在喷药时和观察喷药结果时可能会产生不便,而香柠檬油可散发芳香的气味来掩盖可能存在的刺鼻味道,防止喷药前后带来的不便,同时香柠檬油可保持本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药在一个酸性的环境中,防止其中主要成分氯氰菊酯遇碱水解。
马齿苋(Portulaca oleracea L.)是我国古老的菜药兼用植物,属一年生草本植物。马齿苋的茎、叶含有许多具有生理活性的化合物,如生物碱、去甲肾上腺素和多巴胺还有黄酮类化合物等等。马齿苋提取物在医学上具有消炎止痛、抑菌和促进伤口愈合等作用。而在本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药中马齿苋与助溶剂丙酮、环己酮等混用可以增强对荔枝褶粉虱的胃毒作用,从而达到协同增效的目的。
大葱,学名:(Allium fistulosum L.var. giganteum Makion),是葱的一种,可分为普通大葱、分葱、胡葱和楼葱四个类型。大葱味辛,性微温,具有发表通阳,有解毒调味,发汗抑菌和舒张血管的作用。主要用于风寒感冒、恶寒发热、头痛鼻塞,阴寒腹痛,痢疾泄泻,虫积内阻,乳汁不通,二便不利等症状。大葱含有挥发油,油中主要成分为蒜素,又含有二烯内基硫醚、草酸钙。另外,还含有脂肪、糖类、胡萝卜素等、维生素B、维生素C、烟酸、钙、镁、铁等成分。为多年生草本植物,叶子圆筒形,中间空,脆弱易折,呈青色。本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药加入大葱的目的是为了减小配制后的药剂毒副作用,因为大葱具有解毒调和的作用,而庭菖蒲和氯氰菊酯都具有一定的毒性,而在本发明所做的毒性试验当中以本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药的成分来配制的实施例1~5对昆明小鼠表现出了低毒反应,进一步证明了大葱的解毒调和作用。
印楝是一种速生落叶乔木的名称,种子和树皮都可入药。印楝是2013年世界上公认的理想的杀虫植物。印楝素是一类高度氧化的柠檬素,带有许多相似的官能团。从印楝种子中曾分离出AZ-A至AZ-G7种活性化合物,其中A是最主要杀虫成分。印楝树花中提取的印楝素等成分是目前世界公认的广谱、高效、低毒、易降解、无残留的杀虫剂且没有抗药性,对室内臭虫跳蚤具有驱杀效果。本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药取材为印楝树花。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)配伍合理:本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药利用了科学配伍的原则,将庭菖蒲与氯氰菊酯复配使用可以克服庭菖蒲在高温或者多雨天气杀虫活性较低的缺点,同时氯氰菊酯可以增加庭菖蒲挥发油对荔枝褶粉虱的作用方式,在原来熏蒸作用的基础上增加胃毒作用和触杀作用,从而提高了对荔枝褶粉虱的防效。在庭菖蒲挥发油和氯氰菊酯的基础之上加入迷迭香提取物,通过迷迭香所散发的味道来影响荔枝褶粉虱的神经系统,进而产生拒食性,进一步地提高本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱农药的杀虫活性,以此来达到协同增效的目的。尽管迷迭香提取物和氯氰菊酯可以协同增效,但同时也可能会产生一些刺鼻的气味,而人对这些味觉比较敏感,在喷药时和观察喷药结果时可能会产生不便,为了解决这一问题而加入香柠檬油可散发芳香的气味来掩盖可能存在的刺鼻味道,防止喷药前后带来的不便,同时香柠檬油可保持本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药在一个酸性的环境中,防止其中主要成分氯氰菊酯遇碱水解。本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药加入大葱的目的是为了减小配制后的药剂毒副作用,因为大葱具有解毒调和的作用,因为庭菖蒲和氯氰菊酯都具有一定的毒性,而在本发明所做的毒性试验当中以本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药的成分来配制的实施例1~5对昆明小鼠表现出了低毒反应,进一步证明了大葱的解毒调和作用。除此之外,在本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药中马齿苋与助溶剂丙酮、环己酮等混用可以增强对荔枝褶粉虱的胃毒作用,亦可达到协同增效的目的。综上所述的几种优点可以体现出本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药实现了科学配伍的原则。
(2)低毒、环保。本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药中加入了大葱,大葱具有解毒调和的作用,在本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药中庭菖蒲和氯氰菊酯都具有一定的毒性,为了保证各组分协同增效同时又减小对人畜和环境的毒副作用而使用了大葱的解毒调和作用。而在本发明应用试验3中以本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药的成分来配制的实施例1~5对昆明小鼠表现出了低毒反应,相比于用敌百虫和氯氰菊酯急性经口的小鼠5天之内全部死亡表现出的高毒反应,证明了大葱发挥了解毒调和的功效,增强了使用本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药的安全系数,进而达到了低毒环保的目的。
(3)综合利用、变废为宝:庭菖蒲属于外来入侵物种,其大量繁殖会破坏农业生态系统的稳定性,庭菖蒲与氯氰菊酯复配使用可以克服庭菖蒲在高温或者多雨天气杀虫活性较低的缺点,同时氯氰菊酯可以增加庭菖蒲挥发油对荔枝褶粉虱的作用方式,在原来熏蒸作用的基础上增加胃毒作用和触杀作用,从而提高了对荔枝褶粉虱的防效。在本发明应用试验1中可发现以本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药的成分来配制的实施例1~5对荔枝褶粉虱的防治效力要高于市面上常用的药剂敌百虫和氯氰菊酯,分别提高了22.78%和21.05%,证明了庭菖蒲的使用起到了协同增效的作用。因此对庭菖蒲这类入侵生物,将其充分利用来防治农业生产上的一些危害,不仅提高了入侵生物的利用效率,变废为宝,而且也为日后入侵生物的防治提供了一个新的思路。
具体实施方式
为了更好的理解本发明的实质,下面结合实施例来详细说明发明的技术内容,但发明并不限于这些实施例
实施例1
一种防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药,由以下重量份数的原料组成:庭菖蒲挥发油12kg、氯氰菊酯19kg、迷迭香提取物9kg、香柠檬油23kg、马齿苋6kg、大葱15kg、印楝树花4kg、植物油45kg、助溶剂8kg及表面活性剂14kg。其中植物油为大豆油、助溶剂为环己酮、表面活性剂为琥珀酸二辛酯碳酸钠。
上述防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)混合、搅拌:将马齿苋、印楝树花和大葱用植物粉碎机粉碎成细粉,置入具塞的容器内,加入氯氰菊酯和香柠檬油,搅拌均匀,密封塞好,浸泡2天,取出,过滤得滤液备用;
(2)蒸馏、分离:取新鲜的庭菖蒲切碎后置于多功能中药提取罐中,然后按重量份取1份原料加3份水的比例加入适量的水,通入水蒸气加热10小时,收集冷凝液,将冷凝液置于4℃以下的冷库中冷藏15小时以上,使油水充分分离,即得庭菖蒲挥发油;
(3)提取、制剂:称取迷迭香,过70目筛,按料液比1:15g/ml 加入植物油、助溶剂和表面活性剂,于40℃回流提取,过滤,即得迷迭香提取液;向迷迭香提取液中加入步骤(1)所得的滤液和步骤(2)所得的庭菖蒲挥发油,研磨,搅拌,即可制得本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱农药。
实施例2
一种防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药,由以下重量份数的原料组成:庭菖蒲挥发油32kg、氯氰菊酯9kg、迷迭香提取物15kg、香柠檬油11kg、马齿苋17份、大葱4份、印楝树花12kg、植物油30kg、助溶剂15kg及表面活性剂6kg。其中植物油为菜籽油;助溶剂为重量比为1:1的丙酮和环己酮;表面活性剂为重量比为1:2:1的十二烷基苯磺酸钙、琥珀酸二辛酯碳酸钠、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚。
上述防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)混合、搅拌:将马齿苋、印楝树花和大葱用植物粉碎机粉碎成细粉,置入具塞的容器内,加入氯氰菊酯和香柠檬油,搅拌均匀,密封塞好,浸泡8天,取出,过滤得滤液备用;
(2)蒸馏、分离:取新鲜的庭菖蒲切碎后置于多功能中药提取罐中,然后按重量份取1份原料加3份水的比例加入适量的水,通入水蒸气加热4小时,收集冷凝液,将冷凝液置于5℃以下的冷库中冷藏7小时以上,使油水充分分离,即得庭菖蒲挥发油;
(3)提取、制剂:称取迷迭香,过160目筛,按料液比1:4g/ml 加入植物油、助溶剂和表面活性剂,于40℃回流提取,过滤,即得迷迭香提取液;向迷迭香提取液中加入步骤(1)所得的滤液和步骤(2)所得的庭菖蒲挥发油,研磨,搅拌,即可制得本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱农药。
实施例3
一种防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药,由以下重量份数的原料组成:庭菖蒲挥发油18kg、氯氰菊酯16kg、迷迭香提取物12kg、香柠檬油20kg、马齿苋11kg、大葱12kg、印楝树花8kg、植物油41kg、助溶剂10kg及表面活性剂12kg。其中植物油为重量比为1:2的菜籽油和芝麻油;助溶剂为重量比为2:1:1的碘化钾、环己酮、硼砂;表面活性剂为十二烷基磺酸钙。
上述防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)混合、搅拌:将马齿苋、印楝树花和大葱用植物粉碎机粉碎成细粉,置入具塞的容器内,加入氯氰菊酯和香柠檬油,搅拌均匀,密封塞好,浸泡6天,取出,过滤得滤液备用;
(2)蒸馏、分离:取新鲜的庭菖蒲切碎后置于多功能中药提取罐中,然后按重量份取1份原料加3份水的比例加入适量的水,通入水蒸气加热9小时,收集冷凝液,将冷凝液置于9℃以下的冷库中冷藏13小时以上,使油水充分分离,即得庭菖蒲挥发油;
(3)提取、制剂:称取迷迭香,过120目筛,按料液比1:11g/ml 加入植物油、助溶剂和表面活性剂,于90℃回流提取,过滤,即得迷迭香提取液;向迷迭香提取液中加入步骤(1)所得的滤液和步骤(2)所得的庭菖蒲挥发油,研磨,搅拌,即可制得本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱农药。
实施例4
一种防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药,由以下重量份数的原料组成:庭菖蒲挥发油24kg、氯氰菊酯12kg、迷迭香提取物14kg、香柠檬油16kg、马齿苋15kg、大葱8kg、印楝树花10kg、植物油37kg、助溶剂12kg及表面活性剂9kg。其中植物油为重量比为1:1的大豆油和樟树油;助溶剂为碘化钾;表面活性剂为重量比为1:1:2的聚氧乙烯碳酸钠、琥珀酸二辛酯碳酸钠、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚。
上述防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)混合、搅拌:将马齿苋、印楝树花和大葱用植物粉碎机粉碎成细粉,置入具塞的容器内,加入氯氰菊酯和香柠檬油,搅拌均匀,密封塞好,浸泡6天,取出,过滤得滤液备用;
(2)蒸馏、分离:取新鲜的庭菖蒲切碎后置于多功能中药提取罐中,然后按重量份取1份原料加3份水的比例加入适量的水,通入水蒸气加热6小时,收集冷凝液,将冷凝液置于6℃以下的冷库中冷藏11小时以上,使油水充分分离,即得庭菖蒲挥发油;
(3)提取、制剂:称取迷迭香,过80目筛,按料液比1:12g/ml 加入植物油、助溶剂和表面活性剂,于80℃回流提取,过滤,即得迷迭香提取液;向迷迭香提取液中加入步骤(1)所得的滤液和步骤(2)所得的庭菖蒲挥发油,研磨,搅拌,即可制得本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱农药。
实施例5
一种防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药,由以下重量份数的原料组成:庭菖蒲挥发油21kg、氯氰菊酯14kg、迷迭香提取物13kg、香柠檬油18kg、马齿苋13kg、大葱10kg、印楝树花9kg、植物油39kg、助溶剂11kg份及表面活性剂10kg。其中植物油为亚麻油;助溶剂为碘化钾;表面活性剂为聚氧乙烯碳酸钠
上述的防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)混合、搅拌:将马齿苋、印楝树花和大葱用植物粉碎机粉碎成细粉,置入具塞的容器内,加入氯氰菊酯和香柠檬油,搅拌均匀,密封塞好,浸泡5天,取出,过滤得滤液备用;
(2)蒸馏、分离:取新鲜的庭菖蒲切碎后置于多功能中药提取罐中,然后按重量份取1份原料加3份水的比例加入适量的水,通入水蒸气加热7小时,收集冷凝液,将冷凝液置于8℃以下的冷库中冷藏12小时以上,使油水充分分离,即得庭菖蒲挥发油;
(3)提取、制剂:称取迷迭香,过100目筛,按料液比1:7g/ml 加入植物油、助溶剂和表面活性剂,于80℃回流提取,过滤,即得迷迭香提取液;向迷迭香提取液中加入步骤(1)所得的滤液和步骤(2)所得的庭菖蒲挥发油,研磨,搅拌,即可制得本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱农药。
下面通过三个应用试验对本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药效果进行进一步的说明:
试验1:将上述实施例1~5制备的防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药进行荔枝褶粉虱的防效和荔枝增产试验。
地点:广西玉林市博白县新田镇,地势、长势及常年荔枝褶粉虱为害较为一致的荔枝园200亩,丘陵山地,种植规格8m×8m。
对照:对照例1:800倍敌百虫;对照例2:1000倍氯氰菊酯。对照例1和2为市面上常用的防治荔枝褶粉虱的药剂。
试验设计:共设7个处理,每个实施例处理面积为20亩,按实施例1~5的剂量配置好药剂在各自处理区域对荔枝树进行喷洒,每月喷洒两次,为了便于观察,选择早上10点左右进行药液的喷洒。以不喷洒任何防虫杀虫剂的荔枝树作为参照,评价本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药对荔枝褶粉虱的防治效力以及荔枝产量的影响,同时以喷洒对照例1和2的荔枝树区域作为对比。
其中防治效力的评价方法:连续喷药2个月之后,在各自处理区域随机选取50棵荔枝树,观察50棵荔枝树上荔枝褶粉虱的总量。防治效力的计算公式为:防治效力=(不喷药的荔枝树的荔枝褶粉虱总数量-喷药荔枝树的荔枝褶粉虱总数量)÷不喷药的荔枝树的荔枝褶粉虱总数量×100%。
其中荔枝增产率的评价方法为:荔枝成熟后适时的采收,称重。荔枝增产率的计算公式为:荔枝增产率=(喷药的荔枝平均亩产量-不喷药荔枝平均亩产量)÷不喷药的荔枝平均亩产量×100%。
试验结果如表1所示:

在实施例的试验过程中,申请人发现当对荔枝褶粉虱为害的荔枝树喷洒本发明实施例1~5的防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药后,荔枝褶粉虱5分钟内开始在叶片上乱跑,2h内80%以上的荔枝褶粉虱停止跑动,12h内荔枝褶粉虱的死亡率为91%以上。表明本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药可有效杀死荔枝褶粉虱,且见效快。
同时,由表1可知,比较实施例1~5与对照例1和对照例2对荔枝褶粉虱的防治效力和对荔枝产量的影响,本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药对荔枝褶粉虱的防治效力相比对照例1提高了22.78%,相比对照例2提高了21.05%,而相比对照例平均提高了21.91%,,荔枝的增产率相比对照例1提高了13.41%,相比对照例2提高了13.53%,相比两个对照例平均提高了13.47%。表明本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药其各组分原料配比合理,达到了协同增效的作用,其效果优于传统化学防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药。此外,比较实施例1~5对荔枝褶粉虱的防治效力和对荔枝产量的影响可知,实施例5与实施例1~4相比,其对荔枝褶粉虱的防治效力提高了6.96%,对荔枝的增产率提高了10.99%,表明本发明所述的防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药中实施例5所述的防治荔枝褶粉虱农药为本发明的最佳实施方案。
试验2:将上述实施例1~5制备的防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药进行药液残留期试验 :将本发明实施例1~5所述的防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药分别喷洒在荔枝叶子上,喷洒量为5kg/ 叶。分别在不同时间采摘喷药后的荔枝叶片,制备荔枝叶提取液,采用薄层 - 比色法测定检测荔枝叶提取液中印楝素的残留量,所用试剂均为分析纯、印楝素对照品为色谱纯,其结果如表 2 所示:

由表2可知,本发明所述防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药中印楝素的含量仅9天左右,亦即是说本发明所述防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药残留期短,仅9天左右。而目前市面上常用的防治荔枝褶粉虱的化学农药,例如氯氰菊酯,敌百虫等残留期长,有时在投入市场后荔枝上依然存在农药残留,这使得人们食用极为不安全。因此相比传统化学防治用的农药,本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药对人畜毒副作用小,不会因残留时间过长而对生态环境产生负面影响,因此能够安全使用。
试验3:将上述实施例1~5制备的防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药进行动物毒性试验:取昆明种小鼠70只,雌雄皆用,体重20~30g,随机分为7组,每组10只,第一~五组分别急性经口实施例1~5本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药1500mg/kg;第六组和第七组分别急性经口对照例1和2,用量为500mg/kg,分别观察5天内小鼠的死亡情况,以此评价本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药和市面常用化学防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药对昆明种小鼠的毒性。其试验结果见表3:

由表3数据可知,根据本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药配制的实施例1~5对昆明小鼠表现出的是低毒反应,在5天的时间里各自分组里急性经口的小鼠没有出现死亡的情况,不过在实施例1和实施例2的试验小组里面分别3只昆明小鼠在5天的时间里表现出轻度不适的症状,但随着时间的推移,这几只小鼠在15天后身体恢复了正常,总体来说还是表现出低毒反应。
对照例1和2使用的是市面上常用化学防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药,结果发现第六组和第七组急性经口的小鼠在试验5天的时间内全部死亡,表现出的是高毒反应。综上可知本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药区别与传统化学防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药例如敌百虫,氯氰菊酯等,传统的化学防治农药尽管有一定效果,但同时也带来了很多毒副作用,而本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药对人畜毒副作用很小,几乎没有造成负面的安全问题,可以放心安全使用。
Claims (5)
1.一种防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料组成:庭菖蒲挥发油12~32份、氯氰菊酯9~19份、迷迭香提取物9~15份、香柠檬油11~23份、马齿苋6~17份、大葱4~15份、印楝树花4~12份、植物油30~45份、助溶剂8~15份及表面活性剂6~14份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料组成:庭菖蒲挥发油18~24份、氯氰菊酯12~16份、迷迭香提取物12~14份、香柠檬油16~20份、马齿苋11~15份、大葱8~12份、印楝树花8~10份、植物油37~41份、助溶剂10~12份及表面活性剂9~12份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料组成:庭菖蒲挥发油21份、氯氰菊酯14份、迷迭香提取物13份、香柠檬油18份、马齿苋13份、大葱10份、印楝树花9份、植物油39份、助溶剂11份及表面活性剂10份。
4.根据权利要求1—3任一项所述的一种防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药,其特征在于所述植物油为亚麻油、菜籽油、大豆油、樟树油、芝麻油的一种或多种;所述助溶剂为碘化钾、丙酮、环己酮、硼砂的一种或多种;所述表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钙、琥珀酸二辛酯碳酸钠、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯碳酸钠的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1—3任一项所述的一种防治荔枝褶粉虱的农药的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)混合、搅拌:将马齿苋、印楝树花和大葱用植物粉碎机粉碎成细粉,置入具塞的容器内,加入氯氰菊酯和香柠檬油,搅拌均匀,密封塞好,浸泡2~8天,取出,过滤得滤液备用;
(2)蒸馏、分离:取新鲜的庭菖蒲切碎后置于多功能中药提取罐中,然后按重量份取1份原料加3份水的比例加入适量的水,通入水蒸气加热4~10小时,收集冷凝液,将冷凝液置于4~13℃以下的冷库中冷藏7~15小时以上,使油水充分分离,即得庭菖蒲挥发油;
(3)提取、制剂:称取迷迭香,过70~160目筛,按料液比1:4~19g/ml 加入植物油、助溶剂和表面活性剂,于40~120℃回流提取,过滤,即得迷迭香提取液;向迷迭香提取液中加入步骤(1)所得的滤液和步骤(2)所得的庭菖蒲挥发油,研磨,搅拌,即可制得本发明防治荔枝褶粉虱农药。
