Abstract
本发明公开了一种泥鳅的人工繁殖方法,包括:亲鳅培育池的整理、亲鳅强化、人工催产、孵化、育苗、放养。有益效果为:较低的密度和全面的营养条件有利于泥鳅性腺的成熟,中草药组合汤药有利于亲鳅发育成熟;强化后的丰年虫体内含有较高含量的多不饱和脂肪酸,适合作为泥鳅的开口饵料,投喂给泥鳅幼苗后有利于提高泥鳅幼体的免疫能力、应激能力、抗菌抗病能力,提高其成活率与生长发育速度;本发明方法操作简单、安全易控,并且使用发酵农家肥作为丰年虫强化饵料的主要原材料,不仅降低了成本,而且对环境友好,份发明方法的泥鳅幼苗的孵化率高、成活率高、幼体活力强,又适合工业化发展,因此具有较高的应用前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及水产繁殖领域,尤其是涉及一种泥鳅的人工繁殖方法。
技术背景
泥鳅属鳅科,形体小,细长,只有三、四寸,且它体形圆,身短,皮下有小鳞片,颜色青黑,浑身沾满了自身的粘液,因而滑腻无法握住,前段略呈圆筒形,后部侧扁,腹部圆,头小、口小、下位,马蹄形,眼小,无眼下刺,须5对,鳞极其细小,圆形,埋于皮下,体背部及两侧灰黑色,全体有许多小的黑斑点,头部和各鳍上亦有许多黑色斑点,背鳍和尾鳍膜上的斑点排列成行,尾柄基部有一明显的黑斑,其他各鳍灰白色。泥鳅广泛分布于亚洲沿岸的中国、日本、朝鲜、俄罗斯及印度等地。在中国分布各地,南方分布较多,北方不常见。全年都可采收,夏季最多,泥鳅捕捉后,可鲜用或烘干用,可食用、入药,泥鳅被称为“水中之参”,生活在湖池,是营养价值很高的一种鱼,它和其它的鱼不相同,无论外表,体形,生活习性都不同,是一种特殊的鳅类。
泥鳅是近年来最为热门的养殖品种,其不仅营养价值可观,还具有一定的药用价值,所以市场需求量日益增加,养殖效益非常可观。我国传统养殖的泥鳅包括了泥鳅和大鳞副泥鳅,分属花鳅亚科中的泥鳅属和副泥鳅属。造成泥鳅价格居高不下的原因除了其本身品质较高外,还由于泥鳅养殖业产业链的不完善。尽管泥鳅的规模化人工繁殖已经取得了成功,但其产业链在苗种培育这一阶段出现了短板,泥鳅在苗种培育阶段的成活率很低,无法形成一个完整、连续、充满活力的产业链条,这成为了限制泥鳅养殖业发展的瓶颈。
关于泥鳅的人工繁殖技术有很多方法,现有技术如授权公众号为
CN 104542398 B的中国发明专利,公开了一种泥鳅春秋双季繁殖方法,该发明方法介绍了春秋双季节的泥鳅的人工繁殖,但是其春季繁殖的亲鳅采用自然排卵,以蛋黄水和虾粉作为幼苗的开口饵料,秋季繁殖的亲鳅采用往池塘中施入绒毛膜促性腺激素的方法来催产,而后幼苗的开口饵料选择草履虫或稚鳖料,该方法中亲鳅的产卵率不高,受精卵质量不均衡,导致其孵化率不高,而且泥鳅幼苗的开口饵料无法起到提高幼苗免疫力、应激反应能力的目的,因此会导致幼苗的成活率下降,产量降低。
发明内容
本方法的目的在于提供一种利用幼苗开口饵料经过强化后的泥鳅的人工繁殖方法。
本发明所用微生物及其所购买企业为:光合细菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、纳豆芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌、酵母菌,沧州旺发生物技术研究所;双歧杆菌,陕西森弗天然制品有限公司。
本发明针对背景技术中提到的问题,采取的技术方案为:一种泥鳅的人工繁殖方法,包括:亲鳅培育池的整理、亲鳅强化、人工催产、孵化、育苗、放养,具体包括以下步骤:
亲鳅培育池的整理:选取靠近水源、无污染、水质优良、排灌方便、环境安静的地方搭建亲鳅培育池,池塘面积为0.5-3亩、池深为0.8-1.5米、水深0.4-0.8米,池底与四周铺上厚度为0.3-0.5mm的塑料薄膜,塑料薄膜延伸至池坝外侧,池底铺软腐泥20-30cm,进排水口都要蒙上70-90目的筛绢网;用生石灰80-150kg/亩进行干法消毒,进水10-25cm,再次施生石灰20-50kg/亩化水后全池泼洒,加水至0.4-0.8米后施用腐熟的农家肥50-90kg/亩肥水,待池水呈浅绿色时先用几尾泥鳅入池养殖2-3天测试毒性,无恙后方可大规模培育亲鳅;亲鳅培养期间,控制水温为15-17℃,pH为6.5-8.5,每隔10-15 天可使用50-100g益生菌作为微生态制剂向池内泼洒1次,以调节水质;对培育池进行消毒、肥水、试养,有利于亲鳅的强化培养;
亲鳅强化:选取雌泥鳅要腹部膨大,有弹性,将其肚皮向上,颜色微红用手触摸肋骨明显,体重40-60g,体长20-25cm;雄泥鳅选取标准为个体较大,体质健壮,活动能力强,体重35-50g,体长15-20cm;强化密度为200-250kg/亩,强化期间以蚯蚓10-15份、蝇蛆10-15份、禽畜下脚料20-30份、鱼粉5-10份、豆粕30-40份、麦麸30-40份、酵母粉5-10份、维生素C1-2份、维生素A1-2份、浮萍20-25份、碎菜叶30-40份混合均匀作为强化饲料,日投喂量为泥鳅体重的6-10%,每天投喂2-3次;取北沙参1-2份、川贝母1-2份、白及2-3份、紫河车1-2份、巴戟天2-3份、熟地黄3-5份、菟丝子2-3份、淫羊藿1-1.5份混合后放于水中煎煮,将得到的中草药组合汤药泼洒在亲鳅培育池中;较低的密度和全面的营养条件有利于泥鳅性腺的成熟,中草药组合汤药有利于亲鳅发育成熟,为人工催产做准备;
人工催产:以注射催产素的方法进行人工催产,注射之前采用MS-222进行麻醉,注射部位为胸腔,扎针2-3毫米,注射方向与体轴腹面成30-45°角,雌鳅注射药液0.15-0.2ml、雄鳅0.08-0.1ml,注射时可用湿纱布包住亲鳅露出注射部位进行注射;亲鳅注射催产素后,按雌雄比例1∶2-3放入悬挂在鱼池水中用40-60目筛绢制成的网箱内,箱中放养水草并用棕片或杨柳根须做成鱼巢,在25-28℃水温条件下,注射后的亲鳅经8-10小时便开始发情,表现为亲鳅在水中激烈翻腾,继而雄鳅卷住雌鳅身体产卵、排精,卵产于鱼巢上,产卵过程约20-30分钟,产卵后要及时取出粘有卵粒的鱼巢另池孵化,以防亲鳅吞食卵粒;先行麻醉后进行胸腔注射催产素可以促进亲鳅排卵排精,胸腔注射不会对亲鳅造成伤害;
孵化:将受精卵转移至微流水孵化箱中进行孵化,孵化箱水体溶氧6-10 mg/L,pH为7.0-7.5,水深0.4-0.5米,放卵密度为每升水体400-600粒,在水温为24-26℃时约30-35小时即可孵出鳅苗;在微流水孵化箱中进行孵化可以保证仔鳅的孵化率与成活率可达到90%以上,生产效率极高;
育苗:育苗池面积为1-2亩,池底平整无杂草,水深0.3-0.5米,进水口架设60-90目拦网,放苗前7-10天以15-20kg/亩漂白粉进行清池,然后进行浮网和试水操作;将鳅苗以30-40万尾/亩的密度进行培育,选择强化后的丰年虫作为幼体的开口饵料,丰年虫的强化饵料为裂壶藻10-15份、小球藻10-15份、卵磷脂脂质体20-25份、鱼内脏油20-25 份、鱼蛋白水解物28-33份、尿素20-23份、硝酸铵18-20份、磷酸钙15-20份、发酵农家肥60-80份、活性多肽1-2份充分混合均匀后粉碎成10-45微米大小的颗粒,强化喂养丰年虫8-10小时即可投喂给鳅苗;日投喂量为3-5kg/亩,幼苗长至3-5cm时育苗结束;活性多肽的氨基酸序列为:SCASRCKSRCRARRCRARRCGRFYFGKRCICKCFRC;活性多肽可以促进丰年虫对强化饵料的消化吸收,提高强化效率,经过强化后的丰年虫体内多不饱和脂肪酸的含量较高,适合作为泥鳅的开口饵料,该育苗条件有利于提高泥鳅幼体的免疫能力、应激能力、抗菌抗病能力,提高其成活率与生长发育速度;
放养:泥鳅幼苗长至3-5cm时即可售卖或者放养,放养密度为2-3.5万尾/亩,在泥鳅池中可适当搭养中上层鱼类,如草、鲢、鳙等夏花鱼种,放养时间在9-10月,养殖时间8-9个月。
作为优选,益生菌为光合细菌或枯草芽孢杆菌或纳豆芽孢杆菌或乳酸菌或酵母菌或双歧杆菌的至少3种混合菌群;益生菌有利于改善培育池的水质,促进亲鳅的生长发育。
作为优选,催产素为比例为2-3:2-3:100的促黄体素释放素类似物与绒毛膜促性腺激素与地欧酮;催产素有利于促进亲鳅排卵排精,提高产量。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:1)较低的密度和全面的营养条件有利于泥鳅性腺的成熟,中草药组合汤药有利于亲鳅发育成熟,先行麻醉后进行胸腔注射催产素可以促进亲鳅排卵排精,胸腔注射不会对亲鳅造成伤害;2)强化后的丰年虫体内含有较高含量的多不饱和脂肪酸,适合作为泥鳅的开口饵料,投喂给泥鳅幼苗后有利于提高泥鳅幼体的免疫能力、应激能力、抗菌抗病能力,提高其成活率与生长发育速度;3)本发明方法操作简单、安全易控,并且使用发酵农家肥作为丰年虫强化饵料的主要原材料,不仅降低了成本,而且对环境友好,份发明方法的泥鳅幼苗的孵化率高、成活率高、幼体活力强,又适合工业化发展,因此具有较高的应用前景。

1)搭建面积0.5亩、池深0.8米、水深0.4米的培育池,池底与四周铺上厚度为0.3mm的塑料薄膜,池底铺软腐泥20cm,进排水口都要蒙上70目的筛绢网;用生石灰80kg/亩进行干法消毒,进水10cm,再次施生石灰20kg/亩化水后全池泼洒,加水至0.4米后施用腐熟的农家肥50kg/亩肥水,待池水呈浅绿色时测试毒性;亲鳅培养期间,控制水温为15℃,pH为6.5,每隔10天可使用10g光合细菌、20g枯草芽孢杆菌、20g乳酸菌混合制剂向池内泼洒1次,以调节水质;对培育池进行消毒、肥水、试养,有利于亲鳅的强化培养;2)选取雌泥鳅体重40g,体长20cm,雄泥鳅体重35g,体长15cm;强化密度为200kg/亩,强化期间以蚯蚓10份、蝇蛆10份、禽畜下脚料20份、鱼粉5份、豆粕30份、麦麸30份、酵母粉5份、维生素C 1份、维生素A 1份、浮萍20份、碎菜叶30份混合均匀作为强化饲料,日投喂量为泥鳅体重的6%,每天投喂2次;另取北沙参1份、川贝母1份、白及2份、紫河车1份、巴戟天2份、熟地黄3份、菟丝子2份、淫羊藿1份混合后放于水中煎煮,将得到的中草药组合汤药泼洒在亲鳅培育池中;较低的密度和全面的营养条件有利于泥鳅性腺的成熟,中草药组合汤药有利于亲鳅发育成熟,为人工催产做准备;3)以注射催产素的方法进行人工催产,催产素为比例为2:2:100的促黄体素释放素类似物与绒毛膜促性腺激素与地欧酮,注射之前进行麻醉,注射部位为胸腔,扎针2毫米,注射方向与体轴腹面成30°角,雌鳅注射药液0.15ml、雄鳅0.08ml,注射时可用湿纱布包住亲鳅露出注射部位进行注射;亲鳅注射催产素后,按雌雄比例1∶2放入悬挂在鱼池水中用40目筛绢制成的网箱内,箱中放养水草并用棕片或杨柳根须做成鱼巢,在25℃水温条件下,注射后的亲鳅经8小时便开始发情,表现为亲鳅在水中激烈翻腾,继而雄鳅卷住雌鳅身体产卵、排精,卵产于鱼巢上,产卵过程约20分钟,产卵后要及时取出粘有卵粒的鱼巢另池孵化,以防亲鳅吞食卵粒;先行麻醉后进行胸腔注射催产素可以促进亲鳅排卵排精,胸腔注射不会对亲鳅造成伤害;4)将受精卵转移至微流水孵化箱中进行孵化,孵化箱水体溶氧6 mg/L,pH为7.0,水深0.4米,放卵密度为每升水体400粒,在水温为24℃时约30小时即可孵出鳅苗;在微流水孵化箱中进行孵化可以保证仔鳅的孵化率与成活率可达到90%以上,生产效率极高;5)育苗池面积为1亩,池底平整无杂草,水深0.3米,进水口架设60目拦网,放苗前7天以15kg/亩漂白粉进行清池,然后进行浮网和试水操作;将鳅苗以30万尾/亩的密度进行培育,选择强化后的丰年虫作为幼体的开口饵料,丰年虫的强化饵料为裂壶藻10份、小球藻10份、卵磷脂脂质体20份、鱼内脏油20份、鱼蛋白水解物28份、尿素20份、硝酸铵18份、磷酸钙15份、发酵农家肥60份、活性多肽1份充分混合均匀后粉碎成10微米大小的颗粒,强化喂养丰年虫8小时即可投喂给鳅苗;日投喂量为3kg/亩,幼苗长至3cm时育苗结束即可售卖;活性多肽的氨基酸序列为:SCASRCKSRCRARRCRARRCGRFYFGKRCICKCFRC;活性多肽可以促进丰年虫对强化饵料的消化吸收,提高强化效率。
实施例2:
一种泥鳅的人工繁殖方法,包括以下步骤:
1)亲鳅培育池的整理:搭建面积为3亩、池深为1.5米、水深0.8米的培育池,池底与四周铺上厚度为0.5mm的塑料薄膜,池底铺软腐泥30cm,进排水口都要蒙上90目的筛绢网;用生石灰150kg/亩进行干法消毒,进水25cm,再次施生石灰50kg/亩化水后全池泼洒,加水至0.8米后施用腐熟的农家肥90kg/亩肥水,待池水呈浅绿色时先用几尾泥鳅入池养殖3天测试毒性,无恙后方可大规模培育亲鳅;亲鳅培养期间,控制水温为17℃,pH为8.5,每隔15 天可使用20g光合细菌、20g枯草芽孢杆菌、20g纳豆芽孢杆菌、20g乳酸菌、20g酵母菌混合制剂作为微生态制剂向池内泼洒1次,以调节水质;对培育池进行消毒、肥水、试养,有利于亲鳅的强化培养;
2)亲鳅强化:选取雌泥鳅体重60g,体长25cm;选取雄泥鳅体重50g,体长20cm;强化密度为250kg/亩,强化期间以蚯蚓15份、蝇蛆15份、禽畜下脚料30份、鱼粉10份、豆粕40份、麦麸40份、酵母粉10份、维生素C 2份、维生素A 2份、浮萍25份、碎菜叶40份混合均匀作为强化饲料,日投喂量为泥鳅体重的10%,每天投喂3次;取北沙参2份、川贝母2份、白及3份、紫河车2份、巴戟天3份、熟地黄5份、菟丝子3份、淫羊藿1.5份混合后放于水中煎煮,将得到的中草药组合汤药泼洒在亲鳅培育池中;较低的密度和全面的营养条件有利于泥鳅性腺的成熟,中草药组合汤药有利于亲鳅发育成熟,为人工催产做准备;

5)育苗:育苗池面积为2亩,池底平整无杂草,水深0.5米,进水口架设90目拦网,放苗前10天以20kg/亩漂白粉进行清池,然后进行浮网和试水操作;将鳅苗以40万尾/亩的密度进行培育,选择强化后的丰年虫作为幼体的开口饵料,丰年虫的强化饵料为裂壶藻15份、小球藻15份、卵磷脂脂质体25份、鱼内脏油25 份、鱼蛋白水解物33份、尿素23份、硝酸铵20份、磷酸钙20份、发酵农家肥80份、活性多肽2份充分混合均匀后粉碎成45微米大小的颗粒,强化喂养丰年虫10小时即可投喂给鳅苗;日投喂量为5kg/亩,幼苗长至5cm时育苗结束即可售卖;活性多肽的氨基酸序列为:SCASRCKSRCRARRCRARRCGRFYFGKRCICKCFRC;经过强化后的丰年虫体内多不饱和脂肪酸的含量较高,适合作为泥鳅的开口饵料,该育苗条件有利于提高泥鳅幼体的免疫能力、应激能力、抗菌抗病能力,提高其成活率与生长发育速度。
实施例3:
一种泥鳅的人工繁殖方法,包括:亲鳅培育池的整理、亲鳅强化、人工催产、孵化、育苗、放养,具体包括以下步骤:
亲鳅培育池的整理:选取靠近水源、无污染、水质优良、排灌方便、环境安静的地方搭建亲鳅培育池,池塘面积为2亩、池深为1.2米、水深0.6米,池底与四周铺上厚度为0.4mm的塑料薄膜,塑料薄膜延伸至池坝外侧,池底铺软腐泥25cm,进排水口都要蒙上80目的筛绢网;用生石灰100kg/亩进行干法消毒,进水15cm,再次施生石灰30kg/亩化水后全池泼洒,加水至0.6米后施用腐熟的农家肥60kg/亩肥水,待池水呈浅绿色时先用几尾泥鳅入池养殖3天测试毒性,无恙后方可大规模培育亲鳅;亲鳅培养期间,控制水温为17℃,pH为7.0,每隔15天可使用20g枯草芽孢杆菌、20g乳酸菌、20g双歧杆菌混合生物制剂向池内泼洒1次,以调节水质;对培育池进行消毒、肥水、试养,有利于亲鳅的强化培养;
亲鳅强化:选取雌泥鳅要腹部膨大,有弹性,将其肚皮向上,颜色微红用手触摸肋骨明显,体重50g,体长20cm;雄泥鳅选取标准为个体较大,体质健壮,活动能力强,体重40g,体长15cm;强化密度为200kg/亩,强化期间以蚯蚓14份、蝇蛆12份、禽畜下脚料25份、鱼粉6份、豆粕35份、麦麸30份、酵母粉5份、维生素C 1份、维生素A 2份、浮萍24份、碎菜叶35份混合均匀作为强化饲料,日投喂量为泥鳅体重的8%,每天投喂2次;取北沙参1份、川贝母2份、白及2份、紫河车2份、巴戟天3份、熟地黄5份、菟丝子3份、淫羊藿1.5份混合后放于水中煎煮,将得到的中草药组合汤药泼洒在亲鳅培育池中;较低的密度和全面的营养条件有利于泥鳅性腺的成熟,中草药组合汤药有利于亲鳅发育成熟,为人工催产做准备;

放养:泥鳅幼苗长至5cm时即可放养,放养密度为3万尾/亩,在泥鳅池中可适当搭养中上层鱼类,如草、鲢、鳙等夏花鱼种,放养时间一般在9月,养殖时间8个月。

1.一种泥鳅的人工繁殖方法,包括:亲鳅培育池的整理、亲鳅强化、人工催产、孵化、育苗、放养,其特征在于,所述的育苗步骤为将鳅苗进行培育,将丰年虫强化喂养8-10小时即可投喂给鳅苗,日投喂量为3-5kg/亩,幼苗长至3-5cm时育苗结束。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种泥鳅的人工繁殖方法,其特征在于:所述的亲鳅培育池的整理步骤为:选取靠近水源、无污染、水质优良、排灌方便、环境安静的地方搭建亲鳅培育池,池塘面积为0.5-3亩、池深为0.8-1.5米、水深0.4-0.8米,池底与四周铺上厚度为0.3-0.5mm的塑料薄膜,塑料薄膜延伸至池坝外侧,池底铺软腐泥20-30cm,进排水口都要蒙上70-90目的筛绢网;用生石灰80-150kg/亩进行干法消毒,进水10-25cm,再次施生石灰20-50kg/亩化水后全池泼洒,加水至0.4-0.8米后施用腐熟的农家肥50-90kg/亩肥水,待池水呈浅绿色时先用几尾泥鳅入池养殖2-3天测试毒性,无恙后方可大规模培育亲鳅;亲鳅培养期间,控制水温为15-17℃,pH为6.5-8.5,每隔10-15 天可使用50-100g益生菌作为微生态制剂向池内泼洒1次,以调节水质。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种泥鳅的人工繁殖方法,其特征在于:所述的亲鳅培育池的整理步骤中的益生菌为光合细菌或枯草芽孢杆菌或纳豆芽孢杆菌或乳酸菌或酵母菌或双歧杆菌的至少3种混合菌群。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种泥鳅的人工繁殖方法,其特征在于:所述的亲鳅强化步骤为:选取雌泥鳅要腹部膨大,有弹性,将其肚皮向上,颜色微红用手触摸肋骨明显,体重40-60g,体长20-25cm;雄泥鳅选取标准为个体较大,体质健壮,活动能力强,体重35-50g,体长15-20cm;强化密度为200-250kg/亩,强化期间以蚯蚓10-15份、蝇蛆10-15份、禽畜下脚料20-30份、鱼粉5-10份、豆粕30-40份、麦麸30-40份、酵母粉5-10份、维生素C1-2份、维生素A1-2份、浮萍20-25份、碎菜叶30-40份混合均匀作为强化饲料,日投喂量为泥鳅体重的6-10%,每天投喂2-3次;取北沙参1-2份、川贝母1-2份、白及2-3份、紫河车1-2份、巴戟天2-3份、熟地黄3-5份、菟丝子2-3份、淫羊藿1-1.5份混合后放于水中煎煮,将得到的中草药组合汤药泼洒在亲鳅培育池中。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种泥鳅的人工繁殖方法,其特征在于:所述的人工催产步骤为:以注射催产素的方法进行人工催产,注射之前采用MS-222进行麻醉,注射部位为胸腔,扎针2-3毫米,注射方向与体轴腹面成30-45°角,雌鳅注射药液0.15-0.2ml、雄鳅0.08-0.1ml,注射时可用湿纱布包住亲鳅露出注射部位进行注射;亲鳅注射催产素后,按雌雄比例1∶2-3放入悬挂在鱼池水中用40-60目筛绢制成的网箱内,箱中放养水草并用棕片或杨柳根须做成鱼巢,在25-28℃水温条件下,注射后的亲鳅经8-10小时便开始发情,产卵过程20-30分钟。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种泥鳅的人工繁殖方法,其特征在于:所述的人工催产步骤中的催产素为:比例为2-3:2-3:100的促黄体素释放素类似物与绒毛膜促性腺激素与地欧酮。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种泥鳅的人工繁殖方法,其特征在于:所述的孵化步骤为:将受精卵转移至微流水孵化箱中进行孵化,孵化箱水体溶氧6-10 mg/L,pH为7.0-7.5,水深0.4-0.5米,放卵密度为每升水体400-600粒,在水温为24-26℃时约30-35小时即可孵出鳅苗。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种泥鳅的人工繁殖方法,其特征在于:所述的育苗步骤为:育苗池面积为1-2亩,池底平整无杂草,水深0.3-0.5米,进水口架设60-90目拦网,放苗前7-10天以15-20kg/亩漂白粉进行清池,然后进行浮网和试水操作;将鳅苗以30-40万尾/亩的密度进行培育,选择强化后的丰年虫作为幼体的开口饵料,丰年虫的强化饵料为裂壶藻10-15份、小球藻10-15份、卵磷脂脂质体20-25份、鱼内脏油20-25 份、鱼蛋白水解物28-33份、尿素20-23份、硝酸铵18-20份、磷酸钙15-20份、发酵农家肥60-80份、活性多肽1-2份充分混合均匀后粉碎成10-45微米大小的颗粒,强化喂养丰年虫8-10小时即可投喂给鳅苗;日投喂量为3-5kg/亩,幼苗长至3-5cm时育苗结束。

10.根据权利要求1所述的一种泥鳅的人工繁殖方法,其特征在于:所述的放养步骤为:泥鳅幼苗长至3-5cm时即可售卖或者放养,放养密度为2-3.5万尾/亩,在泥鳅池中可适当搭养中上层鱼类,如草、鲢、鳙等夏花鱼种,放养时间在9-10月,养殖时间8-9个月。
