技术领域
本发明属于一种等速万向节驱动轴总成。
背景技术
汽车驱动轴是把两个轴线不重合的轴连接起来,并使两轴以相同的角速度传递运动的机构,其作用是将发动机的动力从变速器传递到汽车轮,满足车辆传动轴外端转角的要求。现有的汽车驱动轴通常会包括三球销式万向节、球笼式万向节及中间轴,三球销式万向节包括三球销万向节壳体、及三球销防尘罩,球笼式万向节包括球笼万向节壳体、球笼总成及球笼防尘罩,三球销防尘罩和球笼防尘罩一端分别搭接于三球销万向节壳体和球笼万向节壳体,另一端分别固定于中间轴上,其中,三球销式万向节可实现轴向移动,而球笼式万向节可实现角度的转动,然而,现有技术中球笼式万向节对转动角度的控制性较差,不能满足对汽车轮更好的驱动控制;球笼式万向节加工精度高,尤其是钢球和星形套的接触应力大,回转方向间隙大会造成很大的噪音和振动,影响车辆行驶的舒适性
发明内容
发明目的:本发明提供一种结构合理,成本低,且减震的等速万向节驱动轴总成。
技术方案:一种等速万向节驱动轴总成,包括三球销式万向节、球笼式万向节及中间轴,所述三球销式万向节包括三球销万向节壳体及三球销防尘罩,所述球笼式万向节包括球笼万向节壳体及球笼防尘罩,所述三球销防尘罩和球笼防尘罩一端分别搭接于三球销万向节壳体和球笼万向节壳体,另一端分别固定于中间轴上,所述在三球销万向节壳体与三球销防尘罩连接处设有加重块,在球笼万向节壳体与球笼防尘罩连接处设有加重块;所述在中间轴分别与三球销防尘罩和球笼防尘罩连接处分别设有加重块;所述中间轴在三球销式万向节及球笼式万向节连接处的中段内部设有减震槽。
具体地,所述加重块为方形。
具体地,所述加重块与三球销万向节壳体和球笼万向节壳体为焊接连接。
具体地,所述加重块与中间轴两端为焊接连接。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:增加了加重块,重量分别设在三球销万向节壳体和球笼万向节壳体以及中间轴上,减少机器自身的振动;且在中间轴中段设有减震槽,改变震动传递的方向。

如图1所示,一种等速万向节驱动轴总成,包括三球销式万向节2、球笼式万向节1、中间轴9、加重块7及减震槽8,三球销式万向节2包括三球销万向节壳体4及三球销防尘罩6,球笼式万向节1包括球笼万向节壳体3及球笼防尘罩5,三球销防尘罩6和球笼防尘罩5一端分别搭接于三球销万向节壳体4和球笼万向节壳体3,另一端分别固定于中间轴9上,在三球销万向节壳体4与三球销防尘罩6连接处设有加重块7,在球笼万向节壳体3与球笼防尘罩5连接处设有加重块7;在中间轴9分别与三球销防尘罩6和球笼防尘罩5连接处分别设有加重块7,加重块7为方形,加重块7与三球销万向节壳体2和球笼万向节壳体3为焊接连接,加重块7与中间轴9两端为焊接连接;中间轴9在三球销式万向节2及球笼式万向节1连接处的中段内部设有减震槽8。

1.一种等速万向节驱动轴总成,包括三球销式万向节、球笼式万向节及中间轴,所述三球销式万向节包括三球销万向节壳体及三球销防尘罩,所述球笼式万向节包括球笼万向节壳体及球笼防尘罩,所述三球销防尘罩和球笼防尘罩一端分别搭接于三球销万向节壳体和球笼万向节壳体,另一端分别固定于中间轴上,其特征在于:所述在三球销万向节壳体与三球销防尘罩连接处设有加重块,在球笼万向节壳体与球笼防尘罩连接处设有加重块;所述在中间轴分别与三球销防尘罩和球笼防尘罩连接处分别设有加重块;所述中间轴在三球销式万向节及球笼式万向节连接处的中段内部设有减震槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种等速万向节驱动轴总成,其特征在于:所述加重块为方形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种等速万向节驱动轴总成,其特征在于:所述加重块与三球销万向节壳体和球笼万向节壳体为焊接连接。
