The cover shell output positioning process comprises a taking-out process of the cover shell (2) from the cover shell storage box (5012) through the cover shell output device (501), a process of transferring the cover shell (2) from the cover shell conveying table (5014) to the cover shell positioning device (502) through the cover shell suction longitudinal translation device (503), and a process of placing the cover shell (2) in the cover shell placing groove (50211) through the cover shell positioning device (502); the process of transferring the cover shell (2) to the bottom shell (1) comprises the process of sucking and conveying the cover shell (2) in a cover shell placing groove (50211) to the position right above the bottom shell (1) in the bottom shell placing groove (40211) through the cover shell sucking transverse translation device (504) and pressing the cover shell (2) on the bottom shell (1);
the test strip output positioning process comprises a process of taking out the test strip (3) from the test strip storage box (6012) through the test strip output device (601), a process of transferring the test strip (3) from the test strip conveying table (6014) to the test strip positioning device (602) through the test strip sucking longitudinal translation device (603), and a process of placing the test strip (3) in the test strip placing groove (60211) through the test strip positioning device (602); the process of transferring the detection strip (3) to the bottom shell (1) comprises the process of sucking and conveying the detection strip (3) in the detection strip placing groove (60211) to the position right above the bottom shell (1) in the bottom shell placing groove (40211) through the detection strip sucking transverse translation device (604) and pressing the detection strip (3) into the clamping groove (11) of the bottom shell (1);
After the detection strip absorbing transverse translation device (604) presses the detection strip (3) into the clamping groove (11) of the bottom shell (1), the cover shell absorbing transverse translation device (504) presses the cover shell (2) onto the bottom shell (1);
the bottom shell positioning device (402), the cover shell positioning device (502) and the detection strip positioning device (602) have the same structure, the bottom shell positioning device (402) comprises a plurality of bottom shell transverse positioning blocks (4022), the plurality of bottom shell transverse positioning blocks (4022) are jointly fixed on a positioning block fixing plate (4026), and the positioning block fixing plate (4026) is driven by a bottom shell transverse positioning cylinder (4024);
the bottom shell positioning device (402), the cover shell positioning device (502) and the detection strip positioning device (602) are identical in structure, in the bottom shell positioning device (402), the bottom shell positioning bottom plate (4021) is provided with an inductor installation groove (40212), and a proximity induction switch (4027) is installed in the inductor installation groove (40212).
