Abstract
蛋壳胶乳是一种白色或微黄色的胶乳,它可以用
蛋壳粉加水、加乳酸或柠檬酸搅拌制得,用蛋壳胶乳
配制成护肤霜具有消退老年斑色素、增白、防皱、防晒
及防脱皮屑的功效。蛋壳胶乳含有人体所需的常量
和微量元素,并易为人体或动物体所吸收,可作为食
品或饲料的添加剂。
Description
本发明是一种蛋壳制品。
禽蛋是重要的蛋白质来源,是重要的营养食品之一,被人们大量的食用,蛋壳中也含有钙、镁、钾、锌、铜、铁、锰、磷等多种对人体有益的元素及十多种氨基酸,具有很高的营养价值。可是这些物质形成坚硬的外壳,难以利用,大量的蛋壳被作为废物丢弃而污染环境,即使少量的蛋壳被利用,也只是用机械的方法将其磨碎,这种方法不能充分利用蛋壳的营养成份。
本发明的目的是将蛋壳制成人体和动物容易吸收的胶乳,并将其用作护肤化妆品或牙膏的组分,或用作食品饲料添加剂。
本发明的技术方案是将蛋壳洗净、风干,磨成粉状加水,然后加入乳酸、或柠檬酸、或乳酸和柠檬酸,搅拌,即得到白色或微黄色的蛋壳胶乳。
蛋蛋壳胶乳的具体制法是:将蛋壳用水洗净至无嗅味,去除蛋壳内膜。将洗净的蛋壳风干,磨成细粉,加水,煮沸15分钟,冷却,待温度降至80℃以下时,加入乳酸,或柠檬酸,或乳酸和柠檬酸,不停地搅拌,温度保持在室温~80℃之间,直至呈均匀的白色或微黄色的胶乳,一般需8~24小时,加入碳酸钠水溶液,使PH至6~7。
一般情况下,100份(重量,以下同)干蛋壳粉加水300~700份,加乳酸35~100份,或柠檬酸35~100份,或乳酸0~100份和柠檬酸0~100份。总量为35~100份,搅拌温度一般维持在40~60℃。
蛋壳胶乳因呈液态胶乳状,其营养成份容易被人体或动物体吸收,因此有广泛的用途。将其作为一个组分,配制成护肤霜,经130名试用者试用1~2个月,结果表明,用蛋壳胶乳配制成的护胶霜具有消退老年斑色素、增白、防皱、防晒及防脱皮屑的功效,在130名试用者中,无一例有不适感或过敏现象。
用蛋壳胶乳配制成牙膏,有明显的洁齿作用。
蛋壳胶乳含有丰富的钙质和多种人体所需的微量元素,并且所含的这些元素容易为人体吸收,因此可作为钙和人体所需的微量元素添加剂加到食品中,如可添加到面包中,添加蛋壳胶乳制成的面包更为松软,所以它是很好的保健食品添加剂。
蛋壳胶乳加入到饲料中,有促进动物生长的作用。例如用蛋壳胶乳喂养鲤鱼苗20天,与对照组相比,促生长增重率为4.5~6.2%,增长率为1.8~2.6%。
因此本发明的蛋壳胶乳制造方法简单,营养成份易被人体和动物体吸收,是充分利用蛋壳营养的极好方式。将其作为护肤化妆品组分,有明显的护肤和营养皮肤的作用,将其配制成牙膏有洁齿作用,将其添加到食品中,有补充钙质和人体所需微量元素的作用。将其添加到饲料中,能起到促进动物生长的作用。
以下是本发明的实施例:
1、蛋壳胶乳的制法:将蛋壳用水洗净到无嗅味,去除蛋壳内膜,将洗净的蛋壳风干,磨成细粉,秤取蛋壳粉100克,加水300克,煮沸15分钟灭菌,冷却,待温度降至80℃以下时,分批加入乳酸20克,不停地搅拌,然后分批加入柠檬酸25克,保持温度在40~60℃之间,继续搅拌10小时后,加碳酸钠水溶液,调节pH至6~7,得到均匀的白色或微黄色蛋壳胶乳。
2、蛋壳胶乳的制取、方法同实施例1。秤取100克蛋壳粉,加水500克,煮沸15分钟后,冷却至室温,分批加入乳酸35克,不停地搅拌一昼夜,用碳酸钠水溶液调节pH至6~7,得到均匀的白色或微黄色蛋壳胶乳。
3、蛋壳胶乳的制取:方法同实施例1。秤取100克蛋壳粉,加水700克,煮沸15分钟后,冷却,待温度降至80℃以下时,分批加入柠檬酸100克,维持温度在60~80℃之间,不停地搅拌8小时后,加碳酸钠水溶液调节pH至6~7,得到均匀的白色或微黄色蛋壳胶乳。
4、用蛋壳胶乳配制护肤美容霜
取蛋壳胶乳10克,加入60毫升,搅拌均匀,加热煮沸,并不停地搅拌,停止加热,加入正十八醇6.5克,K124克,白油6.5克,甘油4克,防腐剂适量,不停地搅拌至均匀,在搅拌下冷却至室温,得护肤美容霜。
5、蛋壳胶乳在食品中的应用,将100克干蛋壳粉制成蛋壳胶乳,将其加到10~20公升面粉中,然后制成面包,得钙强化面包。
Claims (6)
1、蛋壳胶乳,其特征是用蛋壳粉加水,加柠檬酸(或乳酸或柠檬酸和乳酸的混合物)不停搅拌制得的白色或微黄色的胶乳。
2、根据权利要求1所述的蛋壳胶乳的制备方法其特征是:将蛋壳粉加水,在室温~80以下,加入乳酸,不停地搅拌,直至呈白色或微黄色的蛋壳胶乳。
3、根据权利要求2所述的蛋壳胶乳制备方法,其特征是100份蛋壳粉。加水300~700份,加乳酸35~100份,搅拌8~24小时。
4、根据权利要求2和3所述的蛋壳胶乳制备方法,其特征是乳酸可用柠檬酸或任何比例的乳酸和柠檬酸的混合物代替。
5、根据权利要求1所述的蛋壳胶乳其特征是可以用来配制成护肤化妆品。
6、根据权利要求1所述的蛋壳胶乳其特征是可以用作食品或饲料的添加剂。
