本发明属于织物助剂技术领域,具体涉及一种棉毛织物用防蛀柔软型洗涤剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,经济水平的提高,大型轻化工企业特别是纺织企业数量大量增加。纺织品品种繁多,多数易发生霉变,如棉、麻、毛、维尼龙、尼龙、腈纶喷丝等。因而纺织产品和原料的贮存也成为这些企业的难题。为了防治纺织产品霉变,许多工厂不得不加强从原料到产品加工整个过程的卫生管理。但是在很多情况下,控制微生物的初始污染量或者设置种种不利于微生物生长的环境条件通常是不可能做到的,还需要使用防蛀剂以控制有害物对生产环境、材料、产品的污染和损害。目前使用的保养方法一般是使用樟脑丸和防蛀剂,长期使用会对人体和环境造成一定的伤害。
织物洗涤剂在人们日常生活中扮演着不可缺少的角色,现有的织物洗涤剂除了具有去污功能外,还具有柔顺、抗皱等多种功能。而对于洗涤后的织物,人们往往通过专门整理和杀菌消毒等过程对织物进行单独处理,并且所用原料中大多使用了含磷组分,这种方式不仅操作繁琐,还容易造成环境污染。因此,有必要开发新型的具有防蛀功能的洗涤剂产品。
发明内容
为了解决以上现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种棉毛织物用防蛀柔软型洗涤剂及其制备方法,从而减少现有织物防蛀方法对人体和环境造成的伤害。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种棉毛织物用防蛀柔软型洗涤剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:石菖蒲提取物10~30份、吴茱萸提取物5~20份、檀香提取物10~30份、硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯5~15份、油酸聚乙二醇酯5~12份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮10~18份、聚乙二醇5~10份、柠檬酸钠3~10份、二甲基硅油烷基咪唑氯代盐5~15份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3~8份、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵2~5份。
优选的,本发明所述的一种棉毛织物用防蛀柔软型洗涤剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:石菖蒲提取物15份、吴茱萸18份、檀香13份、硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯10份、油酸聚乙二醇酯8份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮13份、聚乙二醇8份、柠檬酸钠6份、二甲基硅油烷基咪唑氯代盐12份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5份、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵3份。
本发明所述的防蛀柔软型洗涤剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取石菖蒲、吴茱萸、檀香,将其进行洗涤,晾干,然后用粉碎机进行粉碎,筛选出50~150目的粉体;
(2)向粉体中加入10~30倍体积的去离子水,在100℃的条件下煎煮2~6h,将煎煮液自然冷却,然后将煎煮液使用真空泵抽滤去除药渣,得到原料提取物;
(3)将原料提取物经活性炭吸附2~3次,去除溶液颜色,得到无色的原料提取物,再将其进行纯化后浓缩5倍;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的浓缩提取物与硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯、油酸聚乙二醇酯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙二醇、柠檬酸钠、二甲基硅油烷基咪唑氯代盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵进行混合,再在室温条件下以100~200r/min的转速搅拌20~40min,即得防蛀柔软型织物洗涤剂。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中将步骤(2)得到的原料提取物通过恒流泵以1mL/min的速度流入活性炭内。

将聚酰胺树脂装入10×200的分离层析柱中,在室温下将提取液以0.5mL/min的速度加入聚酰胺树脂中,吸附20~50min后,对层析柱进行洗脱,洗脱条件为先采用蒸馏水进行水洗,再用体积分数为50~70%的乙醇洗脱,洗脱流速为0.5~2mL/min,收集乙醇洗脱液,得到纯化后的提取液。
有益效果:本发明提供了一种棉毛织物用防蛀柔软型洗涤剂及其制备方法,该洗涤剂使用石菖蒲提取物、吴茱萸提取物、檀香提取物、硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯、油酸聚乙二醇酯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙二醇、柠檬酸钠、二甲基硅油烷基咪唑氯代盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵复配而成,具有杀菌防蛀和柔软整理等多种功能,该洗涤剂性能温和、对环境友好、对人体无刺激性、敏感性等特点,因此,可广泛应用于各种衣物、家庭用品、床上用品等洗涤,特别适用于高档的真丝、棉麻等天然织物的洗涤整理。本发明方法所得防蛀柔软型织物洗涤剂具有功能显著、绿色环保、配方合理、制备工艺简单等特点。

下面结合具体实施例来进一步描述本发明,但实施例仅是范例性的,并不对本发明的范围构成任何限制。本领域技术人员应该理解的是,在不偏离本发明的精神和范围下可以对本发明技术方案的细节和形式进行修改或替换,但这些修改和替换均落入本发明的保护范围内。
实施例1
一种棉毛织物用防蛀柔软型洗涤剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:石菖蒲提取物15份、吴茱萸18份、檀香13份、硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯10份、油酸聚乙二醇酯8份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮13份、聚乙二醇8份、柠檬酸钠6份、二甲基硅油烷基咪唑氯代盐12份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5份、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵3份。
本发明所述的防蛀柔软型洗涤剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取石菖蒲、吴茱萸、檀香,将其进行洗涤,晾干,然后用粉碎机进行粉碎,筛选出100目的粉体;
(2)向粉体中加入20倍体积的去离子水,在100℃的条件下煎煮4h,将煎煮液自然冷却,然后将煎煮液使用真空泵抽滤去除药渣,得到原料提取物;
(3)将原料提取物经活性炭吸附2~3次,去除溶液颜色,得到无色的原料提取物,再将其进行纯化后浓缩5倍;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的浓缩提取物与硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯、油酸聚乙二醇酯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙二醇、柠檬酸钠、二甲基硅油烷基咪唑氯代盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵进行混合,再在室温条件下以100~200r/min的转速搅拌30min,即得防蛀柔软型织物洗涤剂。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中将步骤(2)得到的原料提取物通过恒流泵以1mL/min的速度流入活性炭内。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中无色的原料提取物的纯化步骤为:
将聚酰胺树脂装入10×200的分离层析柱中,在室温下将提取液以0.5mL/min的速度加入聚酰胺树脂中,吸附30min后,对层析柱进行洗脱,洗脱条件为先采用蒸馏水进行水洗,再用体积分数为60%的乙醇洗脱,洗脱流速为1mL/min,收集乙醇洗脱液,得到纯化后的提取液。
实施例2
一种棉毛织物用防蛀柔软型洗涤剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:石菖蒲提取物10份、吴茱萸提取物5份、檀香提取物10份、硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯5份、油酸聚乙二醇酯5份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮10份、聚乙二醇5份、柠檬酸钠3份、二甲基硅油烷基咪唑氯代盐5份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3份、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵2份。
本发明所述的防蛀柔软型洗涤剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取石菖蒲、吴茱萸、檀香,将其进行洗涤,晾干,然后用粉碎机进行粉碎,筛选出50目的粉体;
(2)向粉体中加入10倍体积的去离子水,在100℃的条件下煎煮2h,将煎煮液自然冷却,然后将煎煮液使用真空泵抽滤去除药渣,得到原料提取物;
(3)将原料提取物经活性炭吸附2~3次,去除溶液颜色,得到无色的原料提取物,再将其进行纯化后浓缩5倍;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的浓缩提取物与硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯、油酸聚乙二醇酯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙二醇、柠檬酸钠、二甲基硅油烷基咪唑氯代盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵进行混合,再在室温条件下以100~200r/min的转速搅拌20min,即得防蛀柔软型织物洗涤剂。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中将步骤(2)得到的原料提取物通过恒流泵以1mL/min的速度流入活性炭内。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中无色的原料提取物的纯化步骤为:

一种棉毛织物用防蛀柔软型洗涤剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:石菖蒲提取物30份、吴茱萸提取物20份、檀香提取物30份、硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯15份、油酸聚乙二醇酯12份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮18份、聚乙二醇10份、柠檬酸钠10份、二甲基硅油烷基咪唑氯代盐15份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚8份、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵5份。
本发明所述的防蛀柔软型洗涤剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取石菖蒲、吴茱萸、檀香,将其进行洗涤,晾干,然后用粉碎机进行粉碎,筛选出150目的粉体;
(2)向粉体中加入30倍体积的去离子水,在100℃的条件下煎煮6h,将煎煮液自然冷却,然后将煎煮液使用真空泵抽滤去除药渣,得到原料提取物;
(3)将原料提取物经活性炭吸附2~3次,去除溶液颜色,得到无色的原料提取物,再将其进行纯化后浓缩5倍;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的浓缩提取物与硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯、油酸聚乙二醇酯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙二醇、柠檬酸钠、二甲基硅油烷基咪唑氯代盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵进行混合,再在室温条件下以100~200r/min的转速搅拌40min,即得防蛀柔软型织物洗涤剂。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中将步骤(2)得到的原料提取物通过恒流泵以1mL/min的速度流入活性炭内。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中无色的原料提取物的纯化步骤为:
将聚酰胺树脂装入10×200的分离层析柱中,在室温下将提取液以0.5mL/min的速度加入聚酰胺树脂中,吸附50min后,对层析柱进行洗脱,洗脱条件为先采用蒸馏水进行水洗,再用体积分数为70%的乙醇洗脱,洗脱流速为2mL/min,收集乙醇洗脱液,得到纯化后的提取液。
实施例4
一种棉毛织物用防蛀柔软型洗涤剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:石菖蒲提取物20份、吴茱萸提取物12份、檀香提取物18份、硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯8份、油酸聚乙二醇酯6份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮14份、聚乙二醇7份、柠檬酸钠6份、二甲基硅油烷基咪唑氯代盐9份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4份、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵3份。
本发明所述的防蛀柔软型洗涤剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取石菖蒲、吴茱萸、檀香,将其进行洗涤,晾干,然后用粉碎机进行粉碎,筛选出120目的粉体;
(2)向粉体中加入18倍体积的去离子水,在100℃的条件下煎煮3h,将煎煮液自然冷却,然后将煎煮液使用真空泵抽滤去除药渣,得到原料提取物;
(3)将原料提取物经活性炭吸附2~3次,去除溶液颜色,得到无色的原料提取物,再将其进行纯化后浓缩5倍;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的浓缩提取物与硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯、油酸聚乙二醇酯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙二醇、柠檬酸钠、二甲基硅油烷基咪唑氯代盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵进行混合,再在室温条件下以100~200r/min的转速搅拌25min,即得防蛀柔软型织物洗涤剂。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中将步骤(2)得到的原料提取物通过恒流泵以1mL/min的速度流入活性炭内。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中无色的原料提取物的纯化步骤为:
将聚酰胺树脂装入10×200的分离层析柱中,在室温下将提取液以0.5mL/min的速度加入聚酰胺树脂中,吸附350min后,对层析柱进行洗脱,洗脱条件为先采用蒸馏水进行水洗,再用体积分数为55%的乙醇洗脱,洗脱流速为1.5mL/min,收集乙醇洗脱液,得到纯化后的提取液。
洗涤剂防蛀性能测试:
以黑皮蠹为供试虫种,测定实施例1~4制备的洗涤剂的防蛀效果,同时以未经处理的棉布样品作为对照,目测不同处理样品的受损情况,结果如表1所示,从表1中得出,经洗涤剂处理的棉布具有明显的防蛀效果,样品基本没有被蛀食,并且增加各组分的含量,可有效改善防蛀效果。

洗涤剂柔软度性能测试:
通过测定实施例1~4处理的样品的弯曲刚度和褶皱回复角的大小,判定洗涤剂对棉布的柔软效果,并将未经处理的棉布作为空白对照,测定结果如表2所示,从表2中得出,未经洗涤剂处理的样品的柔软度明显小于经过处理的样品的柔软度,而不同实施例制备的洗涤剂处理的样品的柔软度基本相同。

Claims (5)
1.一种棉毛织物用防蛀柔软型洗涤剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:石菖蒲提取物10~30份、吴茱萸提取物5~20份、檀香提取物10~30份、硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯5~15份、油酸聚乙二醇酯5~12份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮10~18份、聚乙二醇5~10份、柠檬酸钠3~10份、二甲基硅油烷基咪唑氯代盐5~15份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3~8份、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵2~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉毛织物用防蛀柔软型洗涤剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:石菖蒲提取物15份、吴茱萸18份、檀香13份、硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯10份、油酸聚乙二醇酯8份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮13份、聚乙二醇8份、柠檬酸钠6份、二甲基硅油烷基咪唑氯代盐12份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5份、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵3份。
3.一种权利要求1或2任一项所述的防蛀柔软型洗涤剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取石菖蒲、吴茱萸、檀香,将其进行洗涤,晾干,然后用粉碎机进行粉碎,筛选出50~150目的粉体;
(2)向粉体中加入10~30倍体积的去离子水,在100℃的条件下煎煮2~6h,将煎煮液自然冷却,然后将煎煮液使用真空泵抽滤去除药渣,得到原料提取物;
(3)将原料提取物经活性炭吸附2~3次,去除溶液颜色,得到无色的原料提取物,再将其进行纯化后浓缩5倍;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的浓缩提取物与硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯、油酸聚乙二醇酯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙二醇、柠檬酸钠、二甲基硅油烷基咪唑氯代盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵进行混合,再在室温条件下以100~200r/min的转速搅拌20~40min,即得防蛀柔软型织物洗涤剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防蛀柔软型洗涤剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中将步骤(2)得到的原料提取物通过恒流泵以1mL/min的速度流入活性炭内。
5.根据权利要求3所述的防蛀柔软型洗涤剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中无色的原料提取物的纯化步骤为:
将聚酰胺树脂装入10×200的分离层析柱中,在室温下将提取液以0.5mL/min的速度加入聚酰胺树脂中,吸附20~50min后,对层析柱进行洗脱,洗脱条件为先采用蒸馏水进行水洗,再用体积分数为50~70%的乙醇洗脱,洗脱流速为0.5~2mL/min,收集乙醇洗脱液,得到纯化后的提取液。
