按重量份数计,将15份聚乙二醇和6份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯搅拌均匀后,缓慢加入1.5份二丁基二月桂酸锡,然后在65℃下搅拌反应,得预聚体;将预聚体滴加到70份羟烷基硅油中,28℃滴加完成后,升温至75℃后反应2h,得A组份;将A组份和B组份在80℃下混合均匀,得整理剂,B组份包括:五倍子、苦参和蒲公英的混合提取物150份,A组份和B组份的质量比为1:4;在羊毛和帚尾袋貂毛上喷涂上述整理剂形成的涂层,然后将羊毛、帚尾袋貂毛和腈纶以及聚酯纤维加捻结合而成复合丝,使用该复合丝制作成成衣面料。
五倍子、苦参和蒲公英的混合提取物通过以下方法制备:用水萃取五倍子、苦参和蒲公英,过滤后,浓缩滤液,得五倍子提取物。其中,五倍子、苦参和蒲公英的质量比为:1:2.2:1.1。提取物中,鞣酸的重量百分比为10%。
所得复合丝柔顺、容易打理,面料柔软舒适,成衣面料蓬松度好,透气性佳,将面料按照国家标准进行防蛀和抗菌性能检测,结果发现,面料的防蛀和抗菌性能均符合标准,且本实施例面料的防蛀时间超过国家标准2.5倍。
对比例
按重量份数计,将五倍子、苦参和蒲公英的混合提取物喷涂在羊毛和帚尾袋貂毛上,然后将羊毛、帚尾袋貂毛和腈纶以及聚酯纤维加捻结合而成复合丝,使用该复合丝制作成成衣面料。
五倍子提取物、苦参取物和蒲公英提取物通过以下方法制备:用水萃取五倍子、苦参和蒲公英,过滤后,浓缩滤液,得五倍子提取物。其中,五倍子、苦参和蒲公英的质量比为:1:2.2:1.1。提取物中,鞣酸的重量百分比为10%。
所得复合丝较为柔顺,容易打理,面料舒适性较差,成衣面料蓬松度较差,透气性一般,将面料按照国家标准进行防蛀和抗菌性能检测,结果发现,面料的防蛀不符合标准,但抗菌性能符合标准。
根据本发明实施例的复合丝的其他结构和制备方法对于本领域技术人员而言都是可以理解并且容易实现的,因此不再详细描述。

Claims (10)

1.一种防蛀、易整理复合丝,其特征在于,所述复合丝包括动物纤维和合成纤维,所述动物纤维和所述合成纤维中的至少一种表面形成有整理剂形成的涂层,所述整理剂由A组份和B组份组成,其中,按重量份数计,所述A组份包括:聚乙二醇10~30份、催化剂0.5~3份、异氰酸酯5~10份、羟烷基硅油30~100份,所述B组份包括:五倍子、苦参和蒲公英的混合提取物80~200份,所述A组份和所述B组份的质量比为1:2~10。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防蛀、易整理复合丝,其特征在于,所述动物纤维为帚尾袋貂毛、羊毛、兔毛、蚕丝中的至少一种,所述合成纤维为锦纶、维尼纶、腈纶、氨纶、涤纶、氯纶、丙纶中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防蛀、易整理复合丝,其特征在于,所述异氰酸酯为异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防蛀、易整理复合丝,其特征在于,所述B组份中鞣酸的重量百分比不低于8%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防蛀、易整理复合丝,其特征在于,所述催化剂为二丁基二月桂酸锡。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防蛀、易整理复合丝,其特征在于,所述五倍子、苦参和蒲公英的混合提取物通过以下方法制备:用提取液萃取五倍子、苦参和蒲公英,过滤后,浓缩滤液,得子提取物;
或/和所述五倍子、所述苦参和所述蒲公英的质量比为:1:0.5~3:1~1.2。
7.根据权利要求6所述的防蛀、易整理复合丝,其特征在于,所述提取液为水、乙酸乙酯、甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的防蛀、易整理复合丝,其特征在于,所述复合丝由包括以下步骤的方法制备:
S10、将所述聚乙二醇、所述催化剂和所述异氰酸酯搅拌反应,得预聚体;
S20、将所述预聚体滴加到所述羟烷基硅油中,得所述A组份;
S30、将所述A组份和所述B组份在预设温度下混合均匀,得所述整理剂;
S40、在所述动物纤维和所述合成纤维中的至少一种上形成有整理剂形成的涂层,然后将具有涂层的所述动物纤维或/和所述合成纤维加捻结合而成所述复合丝。
9.根据权利要求1所述的防蛀、易整理复合丝,其特征在于,步骤S40中,通过浸渍、喷涂的方法在所述动物纤维和所述合成纤维中的至少一种上形成有整理剂形成的涂层。
10.一种成衣面料,其特征在于,所述成衣面料由权利要求1至9任一项所述的防蛀、易整理复合丝制成。
