本发明的技术方案包括:一种环保高效率机油及其制备方法,原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:聚a-烯烃(PAO)合成油基础油35-50份、乙二醇3-5份、硬脂酰胺2-5份、高级醇1-3份、乙烯基双硬脂酰胺1-3份、十二烷基硫酸钠1-4份、聚甘油脂肪酸酯2-4份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯胺醚2-3份、聚氯化乙烯1-2份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1-2份、乙醇10-15份。
本发明的进一步改进在于:其制备方法如下:
A、将乙烯基双硬脂酰胺、十二烷基硫酸钠和聚甘油脂肪酸酯加入去乙醇中进行混合搅拌溶解,速率为400-600r/min,将其混合物进行蒸馏,温度设为98-100℃,蒸发出多余的水分,得混合物A;
B、将硬脂酰胺、高级醇进行混合搅拌,均匀后分四次缓慢加入聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯胺醚,缓慢搅拌速率为200-300r/min,再加入聚氯化乙烯和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,搅拌均匀后进行脱色、过滤,混合物B;
C、将混合物A加入混合物B中,进行聚合反应,压力为1.5-1.8MPa,温度设为50-65℃,2-4h后加入聚a-烯烃(PAO)合成油基础油进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后,得产物。

其制备方法如下:
A、将乙烯基双硬脂酰胺、十二烷基硫酸钠和聚甘油脂肪酸酯加入去乙醇中进行混合搅拌溶解,速率为500r/min,将其混合物进行蒸馏,温度设为98℃,蒸发出多余的水分,得混合物A;
B、将硬脂酰胺、高级醇进行混合搅拌,均匀后分四次缓慢加入聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯胺醚,缓慢搅拌速率为240r/min,再加入聚氯化乙烯和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,搅拌均匀后进行脱色、过滤,混合物B;
C、将混合物A加入混合物B中,进行聚合反应,压力为1.6MPa,温度设为58℃,3h后加入聚a-烯烃(PAO)合成油基础油进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后,得产物。

一种环保高效率机油及其制备方法,原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:聚a-烯烃(PAO)合成油基础油35份、乙二醇3份、硬脂酰胺2份、高级醇3份、乙烯基双硬脂酰胺2份、十二烷基硫酸钠3份、聚甘油脂肪酸酯4份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯胺醚3份、聚氯化乙烯2份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1份、乙醇10份。
其制备方法如下:
A、将乙烯基双硬脂酰胺、十二烷基硫酸钠和聚甘油脂肪酸酯加入去乙醇中进行混合搅拌溶解,速率为600r/min,将其混合物进行蒸馏,温度设为100℃,蒸发出多余的水分,得混合物A;
B、将硬脂酰胺、高级醇进行混合搅拌,均匀后分四次缓慢加入聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯胺醚,缓慢搅拌速率为220r/min,再加入聚氯化乙烯和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,搅拌均匀后进行脱色、过滤,混合物B;
C、将混合物A加入混合物B中,进行聚合反应,压力为1.7MPa,温度设为65℃,2h后加入聚a-烯烃(PAO)合成油基础油进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后,得产物。

一种环保高效率机油及其制备方法,原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:聚a-烯烃(PAO)合成油基础油50份、乙二醇5份、硬脂酰胺4份、高级醇1份、乙烯基双硬脂酰胺2份、十二烷基硫酸钠3份、聚甘油脂肪酸酯4份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯胺醚3份、聚氯化乙烯份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮2份、乙醇11份。
其制备方法如下:
A、将乙烯基双硬脂酰胺、十二烷基硫酸钠和聚甘油脂肪酸酯加入去乙醇中进行混合搅拌溶解,速率为550r/min,将其混合物进行蒸馏,温度设为99℃,蒸发出多余的水分,得混合物A;
B、将硬脂酰胺、高级醇进行混合搅拌,均匀后分四次缓慢加入聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯胺醚,缓慢搅拌速率为200r/min,再加入聚氯化乙烯和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,搅拌均匀后进行脱色、过滤,混合物B;
C、将混合物A加入混合物B中,进行聚合反应,压力为1.5MPa,温度设为50-65℃,3h后加入聚a-烯烃(PAO)合成油基础油进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后,得产物。

A、将乙烯基双硬脂酰胺、十二烷基硫酸钠和聚甘油脂肪酸酯加入去乙醇中进行混合搅拌溶解,速率为600r/min,将其混合物进行蒸馏,温度设为98℃,蒸发出多余的水分,得混合物A;
B、将硬脂酰胺、高级醇进行混合搅拌,均匀后分四次缓慢加入聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯胺醚,缓慢搅拌速率为300r/min,再加入聚氯化乙烯和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,搅拌均匀后进行脱色、过滤,混合物B;
C、将混合物A加入混合物B中,进行聚合反应,压力为1.8MPa,温度设为65℃,4h后加入聚a-烯烃(PAO)合成油基础油进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后,得产物。
以上实施例中,实施例1为最佳实施例,分散均匀、不沉淀,热稳定性强,润滑效果好,抑泡效果好、速度快;上述步骤B中分四次添加聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯胺醚保证其均匀性,增强渗透力。
