本发明是一种低成本轻质秸秆墙体材料的制造方法。用麦秸、稻草、玉米秸秆为原料,原料含水率控在6%~18%,直接经切削、施加水玻璃和(或)施加防腐防霉剂、阻燃剂,铺装组坯后,送入喷蒸压机,板坯上下表受到热压板接触加热,同时板坯还受到来自上下高温蒸汽喷射,使板坯整体厚度方向快速得到加热,同时通过水蒸汽催化和激发,使板坯内水玻璃快速膨化而发泡,制得厚度35~150mm、密度在0.15g~0.55g/cm3的保温秸秆墙体材料。优点:此保温秸秆墙体材料,厚度大、质量轻,具有防虫防腐、防火性能,制作工艺简单。热压时间为传统热压法的1/5~1/10,产品制造时间短生产率高、形状稳定性好、节能、成本低。

技术领域
本发明是一种低成本轻质秸秆墙体材料的制造方法,属于人造板制造技术领域。
背景技术
每到收割季节,农民就地焚烧秸秆,污染环境,影响交通,已成为严重的社会公害。把农作物秸秆作为人造板工业原料,是以改善生态环境、加强农业废弃资源的高效利用,既保护了环境,又为工厂提供了原料。可以获得良好的经济效益和环境效益。然而传统设备制造低成本轻质秸秆墙体材料时间长游技术难题。还尚未报道制作低成本轻质秸秆墙体材料的方法。
发明内容
本发明提出的是一种低成本轻质秸秆墙体材料的制造方法,其目的旨在解决传统设备制造低成本轻质秸秆墙体材料所存在的时间过长、产品质量无法达到现有墙体材料质量等缺陷。
本发明的技术解决方案:一种低成本轻质秸秆墙体材料的制造方法,其特征是该方法包括如下工艺步骤:
一、原料用废弃的麦秸、稻草或玉米秸秆,原料经风干贮存,含水率在6%~18%;
二、原料经切削后,施加水玻璃,或水玻璃和防腐防霉剂、阻燃剂中的一种或二种,其中水玻璃占原料重量比1%~5%,防腐防霉剂占原料重量比0.2‰~5.0‰,阻燃剂占原料重量比5%~15%,均按绝干原料计,然后铺装组坯。
三、带胶料铺装组坯后,板坯送入喷蒸压机,板坯上下表受到热压板接触加热,同时板坯受到来自上下高温蒸汽喷射,使板坯整体厚度方向快速得到加热,与此同时通过水蒸汽催化和激发,使板坯内水玻璃快速膨化而发泡;
四、具体喷蒸热压工艺为:热压温度:120℃~190℃,热压时间:2s/mm~20s/mm,热压压力:0.5MPa~10MPa;喷蒸时间:5s~25s,蒸汽压力:0.1~1.0MPa;从而在相比常规为短热压时间的条件下,制得厚度在35~150mm,密度在0.15g/cm3~0.50g/cm3的具有轻质保温、防虫防腐、防火性能的秸秆墙体材料。
本发明的优点:本发明利用农作物剩余物秸秆,制作低成本轻质秸秆墙体材料。该材料具有防火、防虫、防腐等性能,而且制作工艺简单。其热压时间仅为传统热压法的1/5~1/10,而且制品厚度越大,能耗降低效果越显著,成功解决了传统设备制造低成本轻质秸秆墙体材料时间长等技术难题。缩短热压周期、提高生产率、形状稳定性好、减少材料和能耗、降低产品成本,本专利的经济、社会、生态效益均是显著的。
具体实施方式
实施例1
麦秸秸秆在经风干贮存后,秸秆含水率为6%,先经切草机切到3~5mm长度,施加水玻璃1%(占原料的重量比),接着进行板坯铺装并对板坯上下表涂施脱模剂,送入喷蒸压机进行热压,板坯先经压缩后,板坯上下表在受到145℃热压板接触加热,同时板坯也受到来自上下表0.3MPa~0.6MPa压力蒸汽喷射,喷蒸时间为10s,使板坯整体厚度方向快速得到加热,同时板坯内水玻璃受到高温水蒸汽激发和诱导,迅速膨化而发泡,总的热压时间为6s/mm;从而在比常规为短热压时间的条件下,制得厚度在75mm、密度0.25g/cm3的轻质保温性能好的秸秆墙体材料。
实施例2
稻草秸秆在经风干贮存后,秸秆含水率为10%,先经切草机切到2~5mm长度,施加水玻璃2.5%和施加1.50‰防腐防霉剂或阻燃剂占原料重量比5%,接着进行板坯铺装并对板坯上下表涂施脱模剂,送入喷蒸压机进行热压,板坯先经一定压缩后,板坯上下表在受到150℃热压板接触加热,同时板坯也受到来自上下表0.2MPa~0.5MPa压力蒸汽喷射,喷蒸时间为12s,使板坯整体厚度方向快速得到加热,同时板坯内水玻璃受到高温水蒸汽激发和诱导,迅速膨化而发泡,总的热压时间为8s/mm;从而在比常规为短热压时间的条件下,制得厚度100mm、密度0.40g/cm3的轻质保温性能好的秸秆墙体材料。
实施例3
玉米秸秆在经风干贮存后,秸秆含水率为18%,先经切草机切到4~7mm长度,施加水玻璃占原料重量比5.0%和施加原料重量比0.2‰防腐防霉剂及阻燃剂占原料重量比5%~15%,接着进行板坯铺装并对板坯上下表涂施脱模剂,送入喷蒸压机进行热压,板坯先经一定压缩后,板坯上下表在受到165℃热压板接触加热,同时板坯也受到来自上下表0.3MPa~0.7MPa压力蒸汽喷射,喷蒸时间为15s,使板坯整体厚度方向快速得到加热,同时板坯内水玻璃受到高温水蒸汽激发和诱导,迅速膨化而发泡,总的热压时间为10s/mm;从而在比常规为短热压时间的条件下,制得厚度在75mm、密度0.30g/cm3的轻质保温性能好的秸秆墙体材料。
上述实施例中的喷蒸热压工艺为:热压温度:120℃~190℃,热压时间:2s/mm~20s/mm,热压压力:0.5MPa~10MPa;喷蒸时间:5s~25s,蒸汽压力:0.1~1.0MPa;从而在相比常规为短热压时间的条件下,制得厚度在35~150mm,密度在0.15g/cm3~0.50g/cm3的具有轻质保温、防虫防腐、防火性能的秸秆墙体材料。

1.一种低成本轻质秸秆墙体材料的制造方法,其特征是该方法包括如下工艺步骤:
一、原料用废弃的麦秸、稻草或玉米秸秆,原料经风干贮存,含水率在6%~18%;
二、原料经切削后,施加水玻璃,或水玻璃和防腐防霉剂、阻燃剂中的一种或二种,其中水玻璃占原料重量比1%~5%,防腐防霉剂占原料重量比0.2‰~5.0‰,阻燃剂占原料重量比5%~15%,均按绝干原料计,然后铺装组坯;
