本发明公开一种工程防腐竹的制作方法,包括以下步骤:(1)选取原料单元;(2)干燥;(3)胶粘剂、防腐剂配置;(4)浸胶;(5)干燥;(6)组坯;(7)成型;(8)热堆放;(9)规格齐边;(10)表面处理;通过使用山苍子提取液、茶多酚、竹醋液复合,再添加适量乳化剂加热搅拌而得到天然生物质复合防腐剂,再将天然生物质复合防腐剂与酚醛树脂胶粘剂或白乳胶有机复合制得复合胶液,并依据上述步骤制得工程防腐竹,其是一种环保工程防腐竹材料,防腐工程材料不仅物理力学性能好,而且防腐性能优异、无毒无污染、绿色环保,可广泛运用于各种户外、室内等工程竹基材料中。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及林业工程中木材科学与技术专业方向的人造板领域技术,尤其是指一种工程防腐竹的制作方法。
背景技术
我国有丰富的竹子资源,竹材具有良好的物理力学性能和加工性能,其主要组分包括纤维素、半纤维素、木质素、淀粉、糖份等化学物质,以竹材为原料生产的各种普通竹质人造板如普竹地板、竹家具用板、竹重组材、竹(木)集装箱板材、汽车车厢底板等产品,在使用过程中,不同程度的会出现霉变、腐朽的现象,使得相关产品的外观、内部结构、力学性能都会受到一定程度的影响,从而影响到材料的使用寿命。当前,有些企业采用了对生产或使用环境有一定危害影响的防腐防霉处理方法,亦有些企业或科研院所研发了环保型的防霉防腐技术,或因生产效率、生产成本等因素,未能广泛推广应用。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明针对现有技术存在之缺失,其主要目的是提供一种工程防腐竹的制作方法,其制作或使用环境不会有危害影响,制作出来的防腐竹达到防腐防霉的效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下之技术方案:
一种工程防腐竹的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)选取原料单元:原料单元包括竹帘、竹束及其构成的竹材单元以及木单板;
(2)干燥:采用蒸汽或热能烘干对原料单元进行干燥,干燥温度为50℃~70℃,控制含水率在8%~10%;
(3)胶粘剂、防腐剂配置:将山苍子提取液、茶多酚、竹醋液复合,再添加适量乳化剂加热搅拌而得到天然生物质复合防腐剂,其质量浓度为30~50%,然后,将天然生物质复合防腐剂与酚醛树脂胶粘剂或白乳胶有机复合制得复合胶液,其中天然生物质复合防腐剂重量百分比3%~5%,酚醛树脂胶粘剂或白乳胶重量百分比95%~97%,复合胶液的浓度为25%~35%;
(4)浸胶:将原料单元浸入复合胶液中,浸胶温度为35~45℃,浸胶时间为8~15min,浸胶量为6~10%;
(5)干燥:采用蒸汽或热能烘干对完成浸胶的原料单元进行干燥,干燥温度为60~80℃,并控制含水率在8~10%;
(6)组坯:纵横交错叠加原料单元组合形成各种形状结构的材料,组坯后进行适当预压或直接进行热压;
(7)成型:分为热压和冷压两种形式:采用热压方式时,压力为1.5~3.5MPa、温度为90~150℃、时间为1.0~2.5min/mm;采用冷压方式时,压力为1.5~3.5MPa、时间为5.0~10.0min/mm;
(8)热堆放:堆放时间为24h以上;
(9)规格齐边:将板材不规整部位去除,使板材尺寸达到规定的要求;
(10)表面处理:表面平整处理以及防腐处理,喷涂由山苍子提取液、茶多酚、竹醋液复合而成的天然生物质防腐剂,重量百分比浓度为2%~10%,用量为1%~3%,喷涂结束后采用低温红外法干燥。
作为一种优选方案,进一步包括有以下步骤:
(11)检验:产品质量达到GB/T13942-2009《木材耐久性能》标准要求;
(12)包装入库。
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果,具体而言,由上述技术方案可知:
通过使用山苍子提取液、茶多酚、竹醋液复合,再添加适量乳化剂加热搅拌而得到天然生物质复合防腐剂,再将天然生物质复合防腐剂与酚醛树脂胶粘剂或白乳胶有机复合制得复合胶液,并依据上述步骤制得工程防腐竹,其是一种环保工程防腐竹材料,防腐工程材料不仅物理力学性能好,而且防腐性能优异、无毒无污染、绿色环保,可广泛运用于各种户外、室内等工程竹基材料中。

具体实施方式
请参照图1所示,本发明揭示一种工程防腐竹的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)选取原料单元:原料单元包括竹帘、竹束及其构成的竹材单元以及木单板等。
(2)干燥:采用蒸汽或热能烘干对原料单元进行干燥,干燥温度为50℃~70℃,控制原料单元的含水率在8%~10%。
(3)胶粘剂、防腐剂配置:将山苍子提取液、茶多酚、竹醋液复合,再添加适量乳化剂加热搅拌而得到天然生物质复合防腐剂,其质量浓度为30~50%,然后,将天然生物质复合防腐剂与酚醛树脂胶粘剂或白乳胶有机复合制得复合胶液,其中天然生物质复合防腐剂重量百分比3%~5%,酚醛树脂胶粘剂或白乳胶重量百分比95%~97%,复合胶液的浓度为25%~35%。
(4)浸胶:将原料单元浸入复合胶液中,浸胶温度为35~45℃,浸胶时间为8~15min,浸胶量为6~10%。
(5)干燥:采用蒸汽或热能烘干对完成浸胶的原料单元进行干燥,干燥温度为60~80℃,并控制原料单元含水率在8~10%。
(6)组坯:纵横交错叠加原料单元组合形成各种形状结构的材料,如工字梁、方形柱和户外结构用材等,组坯后进行适当预压或直接进行热压。
(7)成型:分为热压和冷压两种形式:采用热压方式时,压力为1.5~3.5MPa、温度为90~150℃、时间为1.0~2.5min/mm;采用冷压方式时,压力为1.5~3.5MPa、时间为5.0~10.0min/mm。
(8)热堆放:堆放时间为24h以上。
(9)规格齐边:将板材不规整部位去除,使板材尺寸达到规定的要求。
(10)表面处理:表面平整处理以及防腐处理,喷涂由山苍子提取液、茶多酚、竹醋液复合而成的天然生物质防腐剂,重量百分比浓度为2%~10%,用量为1%~3%,喷涂结束后采用低温红外法干燥。
(11)检验:产品质量达到GB/T13942-2009《木材耐久性能》标准要求。
(12)包装入库。
本发明生产的工程防腐竹其力学性能可达到国家标准。耐腐性能参考GB/T13942.1-2O09《木材耐久性能第1部分:天然耐腐性实验室实验方法》进行试验检测,测定其试验前后的质量损失率,质量损失率小于24%,可达到耐腐等级Ⅰ和Ⅱ级。
本发明的设计重点在于:通过使用山苍子提取液、茶多酚、竹醋液复合,再添加适量乳化剂加热搅拌而得到天然生物质复合防腐剂,再将天然生物质复合防腐剂与酚醛树脂胶粘剂或白乳胶有机复合制得复合胶液,并依据上述步骤制得工程防腐竹,其是一种环保工程防腐竹材料,防腐工程材料不仅物理力学性能好,而且防腐性能优异、无毒无污染、绿色环保,可广泛运用于各种户外、室内等工程竹基材料中。

Claims (2)
1.一种工程防腐竹的制作方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)选取原料单元:原料单元包括竹帘、竹束及其构成的竹材单元以及木单板;
(2)干燥:采用蒸汽或热能烘干对原料单元进行干燥,干燥温度为50℃~70℃,控制含水率在8%~10%;
(3)胶粘剂、防腐剂配置:将山苍子提取液、茶多酚、竹醋液复合,再添加适量乳化剂加热搅拌而得到天然生物质复合防腐剂,其质量浓度为30~50%,然后,将天然生物质复合防腐剂与酚醛树脂胶粘剂或白乳胶有机复合制得复合胶液,其中天然生物质复合防腐剂重量百分比3%~5%,酚醛树脂胶粘剂或白乳胶重量百分比95%~97%,复合胶液的浓度为25%~35%;
(4)浸胶:将原料单元浸入复合胶液中,浸胶温度为35~45℃,浸胶时间为8~15min,浸胶量为6~10%;
(5)干燥:采用蒸汽或热能烘干对完成浸胶的原料单元进行干燥,干燥温度为60~80℃,并控制含水率在8~10%;
(6)组坯:纵横交错叠加原料单元组合形成各种形状结构的材料,组坯后进行适当预压或直接进行热压;
