技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种耐候高强金属复合保温板。
背景技术
近年来,建筑业使用金属夹芯板逐渐增多,工业厂房、冷库等,特别是过渡用房临时重建房屋,都大量使用这种方便快捷绝热的金属夹芯板,彩钢夹芯板的金属面上下两层为彩色喷涂,芯材为一定刚度的保温材料,其特点为质量轻、强度高、绝热性能好、施工方便、可拆卸重复,使用我国从国外引进生产的主要有金属聚氨酯夹芯板和金属聚苯夹芯板,自主研发的有金属岩棉夹芯板和金属玻璃棉夹芯板等。
彩钢金属夹芯板属国家鼓励发展的新型建材,特别是国家明确规定禁止使用实心粘土砖后,金属夹心板成为其理想的替代产品之一世界先进国家钢结构工程中金属夹心板的用量已达到30%,但在国内此类产品的研发还属于初级阶段,用量不到1%。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐候高强金属复合保温板,以弥补现有技术的不足。
一种耐候高强金属复合保温板,该耐候高强金属复合保温板是由板芯和金属板面组成,所述板芯包括下述重量组分:木渣60~100份、聚苯乙烯颗粒30~60份、异氰酸酯15~30份、氢氧化钠0.5~1.0份、偶联剂0.5~2.0份。
进一步地,所述聚苯乙烯颗粒的直径为1~3mm。
所述技术复合保温板的生产工艺包括下述步骤:
(1)按照所述配比称取异氰酸酯、氢氧化钠、偶联剂混合并搅拌均匀得胶粘剂混合物;
(2)按照所述配比称取木渣和聚苯乙烯颗粒混合并搅拌均匀,加入上述胶粘剂混合物,搅拌30~60min;
(3)接着将上述混合物加入到冷压机中压制成复合保温板的板芯;
(4)先在金属板的内表面涂抹粘合剂,接着将板芯与金属板粘合后堆放10min;
(5)使用热压机将耐候高强金属复合保温板压制16~30min,其中热压机的温度设定80℃,压力设定为0.5kg/cm2。
进一步地,其中步骤(4)所述在金属内表面所涂的粘合剂为聚氨酯胶粘剂与固化剂按100: 15~25的比例混合制得。
进一步地,其中步骤(4)所述在金属内表面所涂的粘合剂的使用量为300~350g/m2。

具体实施方式
实施例1
一种耐候高强金属复合保温板,该耐候高强金属复合保温板是由板芯和金属板面组成,所述板芯包括下述重量组分:木渣100份、聚苯乙烯颗粒60份、异氰酸酯20份、氢氧化钠1.0份、偶联剂2.0份。
所述技术复合保温板的生产工艺包括下述步骤:
(1)按照所述配比称取异氰酸酯、氢氧化钠、偶联剂混合并搅拌均匀得胶粘剂混合物;
(2)按照所述配比称取木渣和聚苯乙烯颗粒混合并搅拌均匀,加入上述胶粘剂混合物,搅拌40min;
(3)接着将上述混合物加入到冷压机中压制成复合保温板的板芯;
(4)先在金属板的内表面涂抹粘合剂,其中在金属内表面所涂的粘合剂为聚氨酯胶粘剂与固化剂按100: 15的比例混合制得,其中在金属内表面所涂的粘合剂的使用量为300g/m2,接着将板芯与金属板粘合后堆放10min;
(5)使用热压机将耐候高强金属复合保温板压制30min,其中热压机的温度设定80℃,压力设定为0.5kg/cm2。
实施例2
一种耐候高强金属复合保温板,该耐候高强金属复合保温板是由板芯和金属板面组成,所述板芯包括下述重量组分:木渣60份、聚苯乙烯颗粒40份、异氰酸酯15份、氢氧化钠0.5份、偶联剂0.5份。

(5)使用热压机将耐候高强金属复合保温板压制20min,其中热压机的温度设定80℃,压力设定为0.5kg/cm2。
实施例3
一种耐候高强金属复合保温板,该耐候高强金属复合保温板是由板芯和金属板面组成,所述板芯包括下述重量组分:木渣80份、聚苯乙烯颗粒40份、异氰酸酯20份、氢氧化钠1.0份、偶联剂1.0份。
所述技术复合保温板的生产工艺包括下述步骤:
