Abstract

本发明涉及一种双螺杆挤出机的冷却系统,其特征在于:它包括双螺杆挤出机(1)和水槽(2),所述双螺杆挤出机(1)出料口挤出的料条(6)进入水槽(2)中,所述水槽(2)的内壁上固定有若干导轮(5),料条(6)缠绕在导轮(5)上;并且水槽(2)中还固定有多个石墨换热器(13)。这种双螺杆挤出机的冷却系统在水槽长度不变的情况下,料条由导轮的导向后,长了料条过水散热的时间;同时在水槽的外部连接一个冷却器,可以有效地对水进行降温冷却;水槽内还设置了石墨换热器,石墨换热器中通入冷却水,进一步防止水槽内的冷却水升温,有效地防止了因为料条温度过高导致切粒机卡死、过筛料过多等现象,提高了产品质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种双螺杆挤出机的冷却系统,用于双螺杆挤出机生产线出来的冷却料条进行冷却,属于工程塑料冷却设备。
背景技术
双螺杆挤出机生产线中挤出的料条需要通入水槽中进行的水槽进行降温冷却。然而由于水槽的长度受限,料条在水槽中的散热时间较短,无法有效地将料条温度降低,导致温度过高的料条将后续的切粒机卡死,以及出现过筛料过多等现象,从而降低了最终产品的质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种可以有效降温冷却,提高产品质量的双螺杆挤出机的冷却系统。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种双螺杆挤出机的冷却系统,它包括双螺杆挤出机和水槽,所述双螺杆挤出机出料口挤出的料条进入水槽中,所述水槽通过支架固定在地面,水槽中盛有冷却水,所述水槽的内壁上固定有若干导轮,所述导轮从前到后上下错位布置,料条缠绕在导轮上,使料条在水槽内弯折前进,所述水槽的外部通过泵与冷却器相连通,冷却水通过冷却器冷却后再由回水管送回水槽中进行循环使用,同时冷却器通过进水管与冷却水站相连,冷却水站还通过出水管与冷却器相连通,所述水槽中还固定有多个石墨换热器,所述石墨换热器的顶部开有进水口和出水口,所述进水口与换热器进水管连通,出水口与换热器出水管连通,所述石墨换热器的内部设有热水盘管,所述热水盘管的一端与进水口连通,另一端与出水口连通,所述石墨换热器及热水盘管均为石墨板片制成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
这种双螺杆挤出机的冷却系统在水槽长度不变的情况下,料条由导轮的导向后,在冷却水槽内弯折前进,延长了料条过水散热的时间;同时在水槽的外部连接一个冷却器,可以有效地对水进行降温冷却,提高了冷却效果;水槽内还设置了石墨换热器,石墨换热器中通入冷却水,进一步防止水槽内的冷却水升温,从而保证了料条充分冷却并且含水率达到要求,有效地防止了因为料条温度过高导致切粒机卡死、过筛料过多等现象,提高了产品质量。

参见图1至图3,本发明涉及一种双螺杆挤出机的冷却系统,包括双螺杆挤出机1和水槽2,所述双螺杆挤出机1出料口挤出的料条6进入水槽2中,所述水槽2通过支架3固定在地面,水槽2中盛有冷却水4,所述水槽2的内壁上固定有若干导轮5,所述导轮5从前到后上下错位布置,料条6缠绕在导轮5上,从而使料条6在水槽2内弯折前进,延长了料条6经过冷却水的散热时间,所述水槽2的外部通过泵7与冷却器8相连通过冷却水4通过冷却器8冷却后再由回水管9送回水槽2中进行循环使用,同时冷却器8通过进水管10与冷却水站11相连,冷却水站11还通过出水管12与冷却器8相连通,冷却水站11中的冷却水不断流入冷却器8中,保证了冷却效果,所述水槽2中还固定有多个石墨换热器13,所述石墨换热器13的顶部开有进水口14和出水口15,所述进水口14与换热器进水管16连通,出水口15与换热器出水管17连通,所述石墨换热器13的内部设有热水盘管18,所述热水盘管18的一端与进水口14连通,另一端与出水口15连通,所述石墨换热器13及热水盘管18均为石墨板片制成,防腐性能较高。

1.一种双螺杆挤出机的冷却系统,其特征在于:它包括双螺杆挤出机(1)和水槽(2),所述双螺杆挤出机(1)出料口挤出的料条(6)进入水槽(2)中,所述水槽(2)通过支架(3)固定在地面,水槽(2)中盛有冷却水(4),所述水槽(2)的内壁上固定有若干导轮(5),所述导轮(5)从前到后上下错位布置,料条(6)缠绕在导轮(5)上,使料条(6)在水槽(2)内弯折前进,所述水槽(2)的外部通过泵(7)与冷却器(8)相连通,冷却水(4)通过冷却器(8)冷却后再由回水管(9)送回水槽(2)中进行循环使用,同时冷却器(8)通过进水管(10)与冷却水站(11)相连,冷却水站(11)还通过出水管(12)与冷却器(8)相连通,所述水槽(2)中还固定有多个石墨换热器(13),所述石墨换热器(13)的顶部开有进水口(14)和出水口(15),所述进水口(14)与换热器进水管(16)连通,出水口(15)与换热器出水管(17)连通,所述石墨换热器(13)的内部设有热水盘管(18),所述热水盘管(18)的一端与进水口(14)连通,另一端与出水口(15)连通,所述石墨换热器(13)及热水盘管(18)均为石墨板片制成。
