本发明公开了一种果壳活性炭,按重量份计,包括如下组分:椰果壳活性炭10‑30份、樱桃壳活性炭10‑30份、核桃壳活性炭10‑30份、盐酸5‑10份、纳米氯化锌3‑5份、蒸馏水50‑60份、硅酸镁3‑5份、氧化铝3‑5份、沸石5‑10份、蒙脱石5‑10份、聚乙烯醇1‑3份、氧化钙3‑5份、丙乙烯1‑3份。其优点在于:本发明配方中利用椰果壳、樱桃壳、核桃壳壳制备活性炭,变废为宝,节约了成本;且制备的活性炭粒径较小,比表面积大,吸附容量大,处理程度高,效果稳定,不会产生二次污染,广泛适用于给水处理及废水二级处理出水的深度处理。

本发明属于吸附剂技术领域,具体涉及一种果壳活性炭。
背景技术
我国是目前世界上最贫水的 13 个国家之一,据经济合作与发展组织最新公布的《中国环境绩效评估》报告,目前流经中国城市的超过 75%的水体不适合饮用,30%以上的检测河流水质属于劣V类。 随着城市化进程的加快、城市人口的增加以及环保意识的加强,城市工业废水与生活污水的排放量日益增多,城市污水处理率也逐年提高,污水厂的污泥产生率也急剧增加。污水处理厂的污泥含水率高,有大量的有机物、有毒有害物质等的具有复杂流变性的半干性固体废物,它容量大、易腐败、不稳定、有恶臭,如不妥善处理,将带来严重的环境污染。活性炭是多孔吸附材料,具有丰富的孔隙结构、较高的比表面积以及很强的吸附能力。近年来广泛应用于净化空气、除臭、脱色、污水处理等,需求量增加。但是活性炭成本较高,制约着活性炭的推广应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,现提供一种比表面积大、吸附性能好、原料廉价易得的果壳活性炭。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种果壳活性炭,其创新点在于:按重量份计,包括如下组分:椰果壳活性炭10-30份、樱桃壳活性炭10-30份、核桃壳活性炭10-30份、盐酸5-10份、纳米氯化锌3-5份、蒸馏水50-60份、硅酸镁3-5份、氧化铝3-5份、沸石5-10份、蒙脱石5-10份、聚乙烯醇1-3份、氧化钙3-5份、丙乙烯1-3份。
进一步的,所述椰果壳活性炭粒径小于10µm,所述樱桃壳活性炭粒径小于10µm,所述核桃壳活性炭粒径小于10µm。
本发明的有益效果如下:本发明配方中利用椰果壳、樱桃壳、核桃壳壳制备活性炭,变废为宝,节约了成本;且制备的活性炭粒径较小,比表面积大,吸附容量大,处理程度高,效果稳定,不会产生二次污染,广泛适用于给水处理及废水二级处理出水的深度处理。

一种果壳活性炭,按重量份计,包括如下组分:椰果壳活性炭10份、樱桃壳活性炭10份、核桃壳活性炭10份、盐酸5份、纳米氯化锌3份、蒸馏水50份、硅酸镁3份、氧化铝3份、沸石5份、蒙脱石5份、聚乙烯醇1份、氧化钙3份、丙乙烯1份。
实施例2
一种果壳活性炭,按重量份计,包括如下组分:椰果壳活性炭30份、樱桃壳活性炭30份、核桃壳活性炭30份、盐酸10份、纳米氯化锌5份、蒸馏水60份、硅酸镁5份、氧化铝5份、沸石10份、蒙脱石10份、聚乙烯醇3份、氧化钙5份、丙乙烯3份。
实施例3
一种果壳活性炭,按重量份计,包括如下组分:椰果壳活性炭20份、樱桃壳活性炭20份、核桃壳活性炭20份、盐酸8份、纳米氯化锌4份、蒸馏水55份、硅酸镁4份、氧化铝4份、沸石8份、蒙脱石8份、聚乙烯醇2份、氧化钙4份、丙乙烯2份。
本发明配方中利用椰果壳、樱桃壳、核桃壳壳制备活性炭,变废为宝,节约了成本;且制备的活性炭粒径较小,比表面积大,吸附容量大,处理程度高,效果稳定,不会产生二次污染,广泛适用于给水处理及废水二级处理出水的深度处理。
