本发明公开了一种活性炭吸附剂,按重量份计,包括如下组分:污泥40‑80份、杏壳40‑80份、椰果壳40‑80份、油菜秸秆40‑80份、玉米秸秆40‑80份、氧化锌10‑20份、硅酸镁5‑10份、氧化铝5‑10份、膨润土10‑30份、木炭10‑20份、二氧化硅5‑10份、硅酸钙3‑5份、聚乙烯醇1‑3份、氧化钙3‑5份、羧甲基纤维素钠乳化剂3‑5份。其优点在于:本发明在活性炭吸附剂制备配方中加入杏壳、椰果壳、玉米桔杆、油菜秸秆等天然废弃物质,原料廉价易得,不仅实现了废物利用,废物利用、变废为宝,节约了原材料、保护了环境生态,而且制备的活性炭,比表面积大,具有大量的微孔,吸附容量大,处理程度高,效果稳定,不会产生二次污染。

技术领域
本发明属于吸附剂技术领域,具体涉及一种活性炭吸附剂。
背景技术
随着城市化进程的加快、城市人口的增加以及环保意识的加强,城市工业废水与生活污水的排放量日益增多,城市污水处理率也逐年提高,污水厂的污泥产生率也急剧增加。污水处理厂的污泥含水率高,有大量的有机物、有毒有害物质等的具有复杂流变性的半干性固体废物,它容量大、易腐败、不稳定、有恶臭,如不妥善处理,将带来严重的环境污染。活性炭是多孔吸附材料,具有丰富的孔隙结构、较高的比表面积以及很强的吸附能力。近年来广泛应用于净化空气、除臭、脱色、污水处理等,需求量增加。活性炭的原材料主要是煤和木材等含碳材料,成本较高,污泥中含有大量的有机物,具有被加工成含碳吸附剂的客观条件,利用污泥热解法制备活性炭活性炭,不仅能获得廉价的活性炭,将污泥中可溶性重金属转化成难溶物固定在活性炭中,从而减少对环境的污染,还可以将污泥活性炭运用于污水处理、空调净化、脱色、有毒有害物质等处理。但是活性炭成本较高,制约着活性炭的推广应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,现提供一种比表面积大、吸附性能好、原料廉价易得的新型活性炭吸附剂。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种活性炭吸附剂,其创新点在于:按重量份计,包括如下组分:污泥40-80份、杏壳40-80份、椰果壳40-80份、油菜秸秆40-80份、玉米秸秆40-80份、氧化锌10-20份、硅酸镁5-10份、氧化铝5-10份、膨润土10-30份、木炭10-20份、二氧化硅5-10份、硅酸钙3-5份、聚乙烯醇1-3份、氧化钙3-5份、羧甲基纤维素钠乳化剂3-5份。
本发明的有益效果如下:本发明在活性炭吸附剂制备配方中加入杏壳、椰果壳、玉米秸秆、油菜秸秆等天然废弃物质,原料廉价易得,不仅实现了废物利用,废物利用、变废为宝,节约了原材料、保护了环境生态,而且制备的活性炭,比表面积大,具有大量的微孔,吸附容量大,处理程度高,效果稳定,不会产生二次污染。

一种活性炭吸附剂,按重量份计,包括如下组分:污泥40份、杏壳40份、椰果壳40份、油菜秸秆40份、玉米秸秆40份、氧化锌10份、硅酸镁5份、氧化铝5份、膨润土10份、木炭10份、二氧化硅5份、硅酸钙3份、聚乙烯醇1份、氧化钙3份、羧甲基纤维素钠乳化剂3份。
实施例2
一种活性炭吸附剂,按重量份计,包括如下组分:污泥80份、杏壳80份、椰果壳80份、油菜秸秆80份、玉米秸秆80份、氧化锌20份、硅酸镁10份、氧化铝10份、膨润土30份、木炭20份、二氧化硅10份、硅酸钙5份、聚乙烯醇3份、氧化钙5份、羧甲基纤维素钠乳化剂5份。
实施例3
一种活性炭吸附剂,按重量份计,包括如下组分:污泥60份、杏壳60份、椰果壳60份、油菜秸秆60份、玉米秸秆60份、氧化锌15份、硅酸镁7份、氧化铝7份、膨润土20份、木炭15份、二氧化硅7份、硅酸钙4份、聚乙烯醇2份、氧化钙4份、羧甲基纤维素钠乳化剂4份。
本发明在活性炭吸附剂制备配方中加入杏壳、椰果壳、玉米秸秆、油菜秸秆等天然废弃物质,原料廉价易得,不仅实现了废物利用,废物利用、变废为宝,节约了原材料、保护了环境生态,而且制备的活性炭,比表面积大,具有大量的微孔,吸附容量大,处理程度高,效果稳定,不会产生二次污染。
