本发明公开了一种新型活性炭吸附剂,按重量份计,包括如下组分:污泥50‑100份、核桃壳50‑80份、小麦秸秆50‑80份、玉米秸秆50‑80份、氧化锌10‑20份、硅酸镁5‑10份、氧化铝5‑10份、膨润土10‑30份、凹凸棒土10‑20份、分子筛8‑15份、硅酸钙3‑5份、聚乙烯醇1‑3份、氧化钙3‑5份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1‑3份。其优点在于:本发明在活性炭吸附剂制备配方中加入核桃壳、小麦秸秆、玉米秸秆等天然物质,不仅实现了废物利用,节约了活性炭的合成成本,原料廉价易得,而且制备的活性炭,比表面积大,吸附容量大,处理程度高,效果稳定,不会产生二次污染,广泛适用于给水处理及废水二级处理出水的深度处理。

技术领域
本发明属于吸附剂技术领域,具体涉及一种新型活性炭吸附剂。
背景技术
随着城市化进程的加快、城市人口的增加以及环保意识的加强,城市工业废水与生活污水的排放量日益增多,城市污水处理率也逐年提高,污水厂的污泥产生率也急剧增加。污水处理厂的污泥含水率高,有大量的有机物、有毒有害物质等的具有复杂流变性的半干性固体废物,它容量大、易腐败、不稳定、有恶臭,如不妥善处理,将带来严重的环境污染。活性炭是多孔吸附材料,具有丰富的孔隙结构、较高的比表面积以及很强的吸附能力。近年来广泛应用于净化空气、除臭、脱色、污水处理等,需求量增加。活性炭的原材料主要是煤和木材等含碳材料,成本较高,污泥中含有大量的有机物,具有被加工成含碳吸附剂的客观条件,利用污泥热解法制备活性炭活性炭,不仅能获得廉价的活性炭,将污泥中可溶性重金属转化成难溶物固定在活性炭中,从而减少对环境的污染,还可以将污泥活性炭运用于污水处理、空调净化、脱色、有毒有害物质等处理。但是活性炭成本较高,制约着活性炭的推广应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,现提供一种比表面积大、吸附性能好、原料廉价易得的新型活性炭吸附剂。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种新型活性炭吸附剂,其创新点在于:按重量份计,包括如下组分:污泥50-100份、核桃壳50-80份、小麦秸秆50-80份、玉米秸秆50-80份、氧化锌10-20份、硅酸镁5-10份、氧化铝5-10份、膨润土10-30份、凹凸棒土10-20份、分子筛8-15份、硅酸钙3-5份、聚乙烯醇1-3份、氧化钙3-5份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1-3份。
本发明的有益效果如下:本发明在活性炭吸附剂制备配方中加入核桃壳、小麦秸秆、玉米秸秆等天然物质,不仅实现了废物利用,节约了活性炭的合成成本,原料廉价易得,而且制备的活性炭,比表面积大,吸附容量大,处理程度高,效果稳定,不会产生二次污染,广泛适用于给水处理及废水二级处理出水的深度处理。

一种新型活性炭吸附剂,按重量份计,包括如下组分:污泥100份、核桃壳80份、小麦秸秆80份、玉米秸秆80份、氧化锌20份、硅酸镁10份、氧化铝10份、膨润土30份、凹凸棒土20份、分子筛15份、硅酸钙5份、聚乙烯醇3份、氧化钙5份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3份。
实施例3
一种新型活性炭吸附剂,按重量份计,包括如下组分:污泥75份、核桃壳65份、小麦秸秆65份、玉米秸秆65份、氧化锌15份、硅酸镁7份、氧化铝7份、膨润土20份、凹凸棒土15份、分子筛12份、硅酸钙4份、聚乙烯醇2份、氧化钙4份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2份。
本发明在活性炭吸附剂制备配方中加入核桃壳、小麦秸秆、玉米秸秆等天然物质,不仅实现了废物利用,节约了活性炭的合成成本,原料廉价易得,而且制备的活性炭,比表面积大,吸附容量大,处理程度高,效果稳定,不会产生二次污染,广泛适用于给水处理及废水二级处理出水的深度处理。
