本发明公开了一种磁性活性炭粉末,按重量份计,包括如下组分:六水合三氯化铁5‑10份、四水合氯化亚铁5‑10份、四氧化三铁10‑20份、活性炭50‑80份、氧化锌5‑10份、醋丁纤维素10‑20份、花生秸秆10‑20份、硅酸镁5‑8份、三氧化二铝5‑8份、柠檬酸三乙酯5‑10份、沸石5‑10份、蒸馏水80‑100份。其优点在于:本发明在活性炭中掺杂磁性四氧化三铁,使得活性炭粉末吸附后易分离;本发明孩制备的活性炭吸附剂,可直接投入到废水中,操作简单,吸附完成后,通过磁场可实现吸附剂和水的分离,经过再生后可再次投入使用,重复利用性强、吸附效果好、性能稳定,大大降低了活性炭的投入成本。

技术领域
本发明属于吸附剂技术领域,具体涉及一种磁性活性炭粉末。
背景技术
随着城市化进程的加快、城市人口的增加以及环保意识的加强,城市工业废水与生活污水的排放量日益增多,城市污水处理率也逐年提高,污水厂的污泥产生率也急剧增加。废水中的污染物结构复杂,难以生化降解,排放到环境中会对生态产生毒害作用,严重威胁到人类的健康。
目前,废水处理的方法有高级氧化法、膜处理法、吸附法等。其中高级氧化法除去效率高、速度快,但容易造成二次污染;膜处理法成本较高;吸附法操作简单、投资小,尤其对低浓度的污染物优势明显,利用吸附法去除水体中难降解有机污染物的研究收到了广泛关注。
活性炭是多孔吸附材料,具有丰富的孔隙结构、较高的比表面积以及很强的吸附能力。但是活性炭成本较高,制约着活性炭的推广应用。找到一种以吸附效果好又节约成本的吸附剂是亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,现提供一种吸附效果好、能重复循环利用、易分离的磁性活性炭粉末。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种磁性活性炭粉末,其创新点在于:按重量份计,包括如下组分:六水合三氯化铁5-10份、四水合氯化亚铁5-10份、四氧化三铁10-20份、活性炭50-80份、氧化锌5-10份、醋丁纤维素10-20份、花生秸秆10-20份、硅酸镁5-8份、三氧化二铝5-8份、柠檬酸三乙酯5-10份、沸石5-10份、蒸馏水80-100份。
进一步的,所述四氧化三铁粒径为300-800nm。
进一步的,所述活性炭为油茶果壳活性炭、椰果活性炭或花生壳活性炭中的一种或几种。
本发明的有益效果如下:本发明在活性炭中掺杂磁性四氧化三铁,使得活性炭粉末吸附后易分离;本发明孩制备的活性炭吸附剂,可直接投入到废水中,操作简单,吸附完成后,通过磁场可实现吸附剂和水的分离,经过再生后可再次投入使用,重复利用性强、吸附效果好、性能稳定,大大降低了活性炭的投入成本。

一种磁性活性炭粉末,按重量份计,包括如下组分:六水合三氯化铁5份、四水合氯化亚铁5份、四氧化三铁10份、油茶果壳活性炭50份、氧化锌5份、醋丁纤维素10份、花生秸秆10份、硅酸镁5份、三氧化二铝5份、柠檬酸三乙酯5份、沸石5份、蒸馏水80份。
实施例2
一种磁性活性炭粉末,按重量份计,包括如下组分:六水合三氯化铁10份、四水合氯化亚铁10份、四氧化三铁20份、椰果活性炭80份、氧化锌10份、醋丁纤维素20份、花生秸秆20份、硅酸镁8份、三氧化二铝5份、柠檬酸三乙酯10份、沸石10份、蒸馏水100份。
实施例3
一种磁性活性炭粉末,按重量份计,包括如下组分:六水合三氯化铁7份、四水合氯化亚铁8份、四氧化三铁15份、花生壳活性炭65份、氧化锌7份、醋丁纤维素15份、花生秸秆15份、硅酸镁7份、三氧化二铝6份、柠檬酸三乙酯7份、沸石7份、蒸馏水90份。
本发明在活性炭中掺杂磁性四氧化三铁,使得活性炭粉末吸附后易分离;本发明孩制备的活性炭吸附剂,可直接投入到废水中,操作简单,吸附完成后,通过磁场可实现吸附剂和水的分离,经过再生后可再次投入使用,重复利用性强、吸附效果好、性能稳定,大大降低了活性炭的投入成本。
