Description

Two-in-one transparent sulfate-free silicone oil-free shampoo composition with good conditioning performance
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of daily chemicals, relates to a shampoo composition, and particularly relates to a sulfate-free and silicone oil-free shampoo composition.
Background
The two-in-one shampoo of the present stage, particularly carrying the silicone particles and the anti-dandruff particles in a flocculated manner so as to deposit them on the hair or scalp with a conditioning and anti-dandruff effect, has a very marked two-in-one effect in a short time, which is an effect recognized and achievable in the art.
Similarly, two-in-one anti-dandruff shampoos which provide conditioning benefits are also well known in the art. Chinese patent application No. 00809131.5 and chinese patent application No. 00808517.X, for example, disclose a floe formed from an anionic surfactant and a cationic guar derivative to carry silicone oil particles and zpt particles, the ability to carry effective particulates is achieved by preference for the cationic guar derivative parameters; chinese patent application No. 201480045888.9 also discloses a two-in-one and anti-dandruff conditioning effect achieved by carrying selenium disulfide, zinc pyrithione and silicone with anionic surfactant, amphoteric surfactant and cationic guar gum derivative.
However, the two-in-one conditioning effect of the technologies is a smoothing effect brought by carrying silicone oil to be deposited in hair, and in the market, most of the two-in-one conditioning effects are good due to the fact that the two-in-one conditioning effects are made of anionic surfactants with sulfate radicals. However, the current state of the art also has obvious defects, although no direct evidence indicates that the silicone oil has harm to hair and scalp, the accumulated deposition of the silicone oil brings uncomfortable feeling to long-term use feeling, which can be obviously perceived by consumers, and to a certain extent, if the control technology of the silicone oil deposition is better, the accumulated deposition can not be realized, but the silicone oil deposition technology is difficult to grasp, so that the development of the silicone oil-free shampoo with conditioning feeling close to that of the silicone oil shampoo has practical significance. In the research on the sulfate surfactant, the sulfate surfactant is clearly shown to have obvious damage to hair and scalp, according to the records of related cosmetics books, the evaluation of the sulfate surfactant in the action principle of the surfactant and the skin is relatively low, and the irritation of the sulfate surfactant to human bodies is known in the field, so that the development of the sulfate-free shampoo-free silicone oil has a good market prospect and also has application significance.
However, there are actually shampoo without sulfate and silicone oil on the market, but most of them are made for the effects of "refreshing", "cleaning" and "separate washing and protecting", and the shampoo without sulfate and silicone oil designed for two-in-one is less, and the applicant finds that, after many times of washing, most of the shampoo without silicone oil on the market is dry and dry due to improper balance control of deposition and washing, and once the conditioning feeling is good, it is difficult to ensure the viscosity and transparency of the system.
The invention aims to provide a two-in-one transparent sulfate-free silicone oil-free shampoo composition with good conditioning performance, which can realize good conditioning effect by reasonably building a composition system framework and limiting key parameters of raw materials, does not feel dry after being washed for many times, and can ensure the viscosity and transparency of the system.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the technical problems that in the prior art, the prior sulfate-free and silicone oil-free system technology is difficult to simultaneously achieve good conditioning performance, and the composition is not dry and dry after being washed for many times and is transparent and viscous. The composition has mild composition, is suitable for various skin and hair, and has remarkable effect and wide application.
The invention discloses a two-in-one sulfate-free silicone oil-free shampoo composition with good conditioning function, which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
a two-in-one sulfate-free silicone oil-free shampoo composition with good conditioning function comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
(A) 1-30% of non-sulfate anionic surfactant;
the non-sulfate anionic surfactant comprises at least one of an N-fatty acyl alanine salt, an N-fatty acyl sarcosinate salt, a fatty acyl methyl taurate salt;
(B) 0.05 to 30 percent of amphoteric surfactant;
(C) 0.05-3% of cationic cellulose derivative; the nitrogen content of the cationic cellulose derivative is 1.1-3.1%, and the viscosity of a 2% pure water solution is 1000-40000 cps;
(D) 0.05-5% of non-volatile conditioning agent without silicone oil;
(E) higher fatty alcohol or higher fatty acid: 0.01 to 5 percent;
and the remainder of
(F) Pure water.
The non-sulfate anionic surfactant is divided into two types, namely an essential non-sulfate anionic surfactant and an auxiliary non-sulfate anionic surfactant, wherein the essential non-sulfate anionic surfactant is selected from one or more of N-fatty acyl alanine salt, N-fatty acyl sarcosinate salt and fatty acyl methyl taurate salt, and the applicant proves through experiments that the N-fatty acyl alanine salt, the N-fatty acyl sarcosinate salt and the fatty acyl methyl taurate salt can form a worm-like micelle shape with a specific structure, which is beneficial to greatly increasing the viscosity and provides a basic viscosity frame for the shampoo composition; the auxiliary non-sulfate anionic surfactant is selected from one or more of N-fatty acyl glutamate, N-fatty acyl glycinate, monoalkyl phosphate and fatty alcohol ether sulfosuccinate, and has the effect of enhancing flocculation strength and flocculation durability of the anionic surfactant, the amphoteric surfactant and the cationic cellulose derivative, thereby improving conditioning effect of the shampoo composition.
The amphoteric surfactant is selected from one or more of fatty acyl amphoacetate, fatty acyl propyl betaine and fatty amide hydroxypropyl sulfobetaine. One or two of fatty acyl amphoacetate and fatty acyl propyl betaine are preferred, and fatty acyl propyl betaine is particularly preferred. The addition of the amphoteric surfactant can form worm-like micelles with the necessary non-sulfate anionic surfactant to form a basic framework of the viscosity of the shampoo composition on the one hand, and further enhance the flocculation strength and the flocculation durability on the other hand, thereby improving the foam performance and simultaneously improving the conditioning performance.

preferably, the cationic cellulose derivative preferably has a nitrogen content of from about 1.5% to about 2.9% while having a viscosity of from about 1000 cps to about 35000 cps in a pure aqueous solution. The cationic cellulose derivative is an essential raw material for forming flocculation in the invention, and the applicant finds through experiments that the cationic cellulose derivative within the protection scope of the patent can ensure the conditioning performance of the shampoo composition by the flocculation strength and the flocculation scope when the cationic cellulose derivative is matched with the selected surfactant.
In the flocculation mode, visible solid flocs capable of carrying effective substances exist in the composition framework finally protected by the invention within the pure water dilution range of 5-20 times, most of the visible solid flocs only have turbidity-changing flocs within the dilution range of 20-60 times, the dilution flocculation range is very wide, and the cation cellulose derivative dilution process used in the prior art can realize turbidity-changing flocculation within a wider dilution range, but cannot realize the appearance of the solid flocs under the condition of low times; since the adsorption mechanism of flocs of cationic cellulose derivatives on hair is "solid floc deposition" and "cloudy floc electrostatic adsorption", which makes the deposition of cationic cellulose derivatives selective, when flocs are electrostatically adsorbed on hair by coulomb force, the negative charge on hair is reduced, and those flocs adsorbed by coulomb force are not adsorbed, thereby controlling the adsorption of flocs. This also has the advantage that over prolonged multiple cleaning cycles, neither the oily and sticky experiences due to excessive conditioning performance nor the problem of feeling dry and dry are experienced.
The non-volatile conditioning agent without silicone oil is mainly selected from the compounds with the following structures:
Figure DEST_PATH_IMAGE006
R1= is a linear or branched alkyl chain having 6 to 22 carbon atoms;
the non-volatile conditioning agent is selected from one or a mixture of more of the four structures, the compound with the structure is suitable for the formula framework, can be solubilized into micelles when the concentration of the surfactant is higher, can be effectively precipitated and adsorbed on hair in the diluting process, has the conditioning effect of drying hair, and improves the use feeling of the shampoo composition.
The higher fatty alcohol or higher fatty acid is selected from straight-chain organic alcohol or acid containing hydroxyl or carboxylic acid group and 12-22 carbon atoms, and the higher fatty alcohol or higher fatty acid can be one or more of dodecanol, tetradecanol, hexadecanol, octadecanol, eicosanol, docosanol, dodecanoic acid, tetradecanoic acid, hexadecanoic acid, octadecanoic acid, eicosanoic acid and docosanoic acid, and is preferably higher fatty alcohol or higher fatty acid with carbon atoms consistent with those of carbon chain carbon atoms in the selected surfactant. The applicant believes that the addition of such organic additives contributes to the foam stabilising effect and also imparts a degree of conditioning to the shampoo composition.
The two-in-one sulfate-free silicone-oil-free shampoo composition with good conditioning function contains at least one of the following components in addition to the essential components:
Figure DEST_PATH_IMAGE007
the anti-dandruff agent or scalp microbial environment conditioner is selected from one or more of pyridone ethanolamine salt, hexamidine di (isethionate) salt and 1- (4-chlorophenoxy) -1- (1H-imidazol-1-yl) -3, 3-dimethyl-2-butanone, and is thought to regulate the microbial environment of the scalp, inhibit or kill malassezia furfur, so that the shampoo composition can improve the problem of dandruff in the using process.
The shampoo can be combined into personal care products in different dosage forms in any proportion.
The two-in-one sulfate-free silicone oil-free shampoo composition with good conditioning function can be prepared into hair cosmetics with common base materials in any proportion, and the cosmetic dosage form can be one of solution, suspension, emulsion, paste and solid.
The preparation method of the two-in-one sulfate-free silicone oil-free shampoo composition with good conditioning function is conventional preparation and mixing technology, and detailed description is omitted here.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the surfactant is matched with a worm-shaped micelle system formed by matching a specific non-sulfate surfactant and an amphoteric surfactant, so that the thickening problem of sulfate-free is solved, and the damage of the sulfate surfactant to the scalp and the hair is avoided.
2. The conditioning composition has strong flocculation strength, has obvious flocculation effect in a wider dilution range, and brings good conditioning effect to the shampoo composition without silicone oil. The invention selects the cationic cellulose derivative with high nitrogen content and high molecular weight, preferably selects the main non-sulfate anionic surfactant, is matched with the auxiliary non-sulfate anionic surfactant capable of enhancing the flocculation strength of the system, and is matched with the amphoteric surfactant, so that visible solid flocs can be flocculated at low dilution times, and the obvious flocculation phenomenon can be realized in a wider dilution range, thereby leading the conditioning effect of the shampoo composition to be better. In the composition framework finally protected by the invention, visible solid flocs capable of carrying effective substances exist in the dilution range of pure water of the composition framework, while most of the visible solid flocs only have turbidity-changing flocs in the dilution range of 20-60 times, the dilution flocculation range is extremely wide, and the cation cellulose derivative used in the prior art can be flocculated in a wider dilution range, but the visible solid flocs are difficult to appear in the low-multiple condition; cationic guar derivatives, on the other hand, are able to achieve strong solid flocs at low multiples but are unable to flocculate over a wide dilution range.
3. The flocs of the shampoo composition of the present invention can be selectively adsorbed on the hair and scalp without carrying silicone oil particles, and do not cause the feeling of accumulated deposition of hair oil by silicone oil as in the prior art in which the shampoo composition is used several times. It is known in the art that effective particulates such as antidandruff agents or silicone oil emulsion particles in shampoo water can be entrapped and carried by flocs, which, if uncontrolled deposition or adsorption of flocs, can result in excessive deposition of effective particulates during prolonged use. The applicant believes that the adsorption mechanism of flocs of cationic cellulose derivatives on hair is "solid floc deposition" and "cloudy floc electrostatic adsorption", which makes the deposition of cationic cellulose derivatives selective, and that when flocs are electrostatically adsorbed on hair by coulomb force, the negative charge on hair decreases, and those flocs adsorbed by coulomb force are adsorbed no longer, thus controlling the adsorption of flocs, and at the same time, the cumulative deposition of silicone oil does not occur substantially because the system is free of silicone oil. This is different from the prior art shampoo using cationic guar gum derivatives in combination with silicone oil particles and zinc pyrithione particles, because the deposition mechanism of cationic guar gum derivative floc is "solid floc deposition", that is, regardless of how much floc is deposited on the hair, the solid floc is deposited on the scalp, which is necessary, because the solid floc can carry the effective particles in the shampoo composition to the scalp or hair, so as to make the shampoo composition have the function of removing dandruff, and realize the two-in-one shampoo experience.
4. Four structures of non-volatile conditioning agents are preferred in the present invention to provide good dry conditioning after silicone oil removal, which are solubilized to transparency at the surfactant concentrations protected in the present invention, and also capable of precipitating and adsorbing onto the hair during dilution of the shampoo composition to form a hydrophobic film, giving a dry conditioning feel.
5. The technical effects and technical advantages of the shampoo composition are realized by the compound synergistic effect of the raw materials, the flocculation degree and the flocculation range of the shampoo composition are enhanced through the synergistic effect of the raw materials, the damage of a sulfate surfactant to scalp and hair is reduced, the silicone oil is removed, the conditioning effect of the silicone oil is realized, and the defect of the problem of silicone oil deposition is controlled.
Therefore, the invention can reduce the damage of the sulfate surfactant to the scalp and the hair, solve the thickening problem of a sulfate-free system, remove the silicone oil and simultaneously have the conditioning effect of the silicone oil, control the problem of silicone oil deposition and improve the defects in the prior art.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples.
Soap-based products containing the compositions of the present invention were prepared and table 1 below shows 3 preferred examples of the invention and 4 comparative examples. Wherein, the shampoo without silicone oil and sulfate with good sales volume is selected in the comparative example 5.
Figure DEST_PATH_IMAGE009
Wherein the key parameters of the cationic cellulose derivatives in table 1 are shown in table 2 below:
Figure DEST_PATH_IMAGE011
Figure DEST_PATH_IMAGE013
it can be seen from comparing examples 1-3 with comparative example 1 that if the surfactant capable of forming wormlike micelles described in the present patent is not used, it is difficult to achieve viscosity; by comparing examples 1-3 with comparative example 2, it can be seen that strong flocculation can not be achieved without using cationic cellulose derivatives in the range defined in the present patent; as can be seen by comparing examples 1-3 with comparative example 3, the cationic guar gum derivative has strong flocculation phenomenon and better dry hair performance, but the flocculation range is not wide, so that the wet hair effect is poor; it can be seen from comparing examples 1 to 3 with comparative example 4 that, if the non-volatile conditioning agent of the four structures mentioned in this patent is not added, although the wet hair feel can be improved by a wide flocculation range, the dry hair feel is less favorable; the composition of the invention can provide better two-in-one effect than the superior products on the market.
