背景技术
汽车安全带已成为驾驶员和乘员首要考虑的问题,也是汽车等最重要的性能之一,其主要生产流程为整经、织造和染色3个步骤,其中染色工艺对其品质影响最为关键,由于汽车安全带具有一定的弹性,因此在染色时,经常会有一些质量问题出现,如色差、色斑、水花、染色不匀、色牢度不高等问题,并且有一定弹性的安全带在使用时,也更容易出现掉色的现象,这些问题的出现严重影响了汽车安全带的品质。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种提升弹性安全带染色均匀性的染色方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种提升弹性安全带染色均匀性的染色方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将编织好的安全带用除油液浸泡后,烘干,其中除油液由以下重量份的组分制成:六氟磷酸钠9-15份、正钒酸钠5-8份、丙烯磺酸钠1-2份、磷酸钠20-25份、氢氧化钠1-2份、水190-200份;
(2)将烘干后的安全带置于染液中浸泡3-5min后,然后进行轧液,控制轧染率为45-55%,其中染液由以下重量份的组分制成:酸性染料28-32份、对碘苯乙醇5-8份、乙酸铵2-4份、甲基二磺酸钾5-9份、渗透剂2-5份、匀染剂1-3份、水140-160份;
(3)然后将安全带拉伸至原长度的1.5倍,然后进行汽蒸,进行水洗后,烘干制得成品。
具体地,所述步骤(1)中的除油液采用以下方法制成:将六氟磷酸钠、正钒酸钠、丙烯磺酸钠、磷酸钠、氢氧化钠加入至水中,采用小火将混合液的温度升至50℃后,采用300r/min的转速搅拌20min,然后降至室温,制得除油液。
具体地,所述轧液所用的压力为0.3-0.5MPa。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中的渗透剂为硫酸化蓖麻油、氨基磺酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚中的任意一种,匀染剂为匀染剂DC、匀染剂1227、匀染剂BOF中的任意一种。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中的染液的制备方法包括以下操作步骤:将酸性染料与水充分混合后,然后依次向其中加入对碘苯乙醇、乙酸铵、甲基二磺酸钾、渗透剂、匀染剂,加料完成后,继续搅拌15min后制得成品。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中汽蒸的温度为105℃,汽蒸的时间为3min。
由以上的技术方案可知,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的弹性安全带的染色方法,操作方法简单,染色均匀,无色差、色斑,染色后的安全带,不易落色,极大地提升了安全带的品质。本发明提供的除油液,可有效的清除安全带上的油污,并且与清除下来的油污稳定结合,不需要用清水再次对安全带进行清洗,而且本发明提供的除油液可使安全带的材质表面具有较高的表面活性,不会影响染料与其结合的牢固程度;本发明提供的染液,对碘苯乙醇、乙酸铵、甲基二磺酸钾协同作用后,可有效的提升安全带的染色均匀性,可有效的增强安全带耐水色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度,在安全带进行汽蒸步骤时,采用拉伸处理,进一步的增强了染料与安全带结合的牢固性和染色的均匀性。

实施例1
一种提升弹性安全带染色均匀性的染色方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将编织好的安全带用除油液浸泡后,烘干,其中除油液由以下重量份的组分制成:六氟磷酸钠9份、正钒酸钠5份、丙烯磺酸钠1份、磷酸钠20份、氢氧化钠1份、水190份;
(2)将烘干后的安全带置于染液中浸泡3min后,然后进行轧液,控制轧染率为45%,其中染液由以下重量份的组分制成:酸性染料28份、对碘苯乙醇5份、乙酸铵2份、甲基二磺酸钾5份、渗透剂2份、匀染剂1份、水140份;

(3)然后将安全带拉伸至原长度的1.5倍,然后进行汽蒸,进行水洗后,烘干制得成品。

分别用实施例和对比例中的方法对相同材质的弹性安全带进行染色处理,染色后进行色牢度测试,耐皂洗色牢度按照GB/T 3921.1-1997《纺织品 色牢度试验 耐洗色牢度试验1》测定,耐摩擦色牢度按照GB/T 3920-2008《纺织品 色牢度测试 耐摩擦色牢度》测定,试验结果如表1所示:

由表1可知,本发明制得的弹性安全带品质较好,染色均匀,在使用的过程中不落色。

(2)将烘干后的安全带置于染液中浸泡3-5min后,然后进行轧液,控制轧染率为45-55%,其中染液由以下重量份的组分制成:酸性染料28-32份、对碘苯乙醇5-8份、乙酸铵2-4份、甲基二磺酸钾5-9份、渗透剂2-5份、匀染剂1-3份、水140-160份;
(3)然后将安全带拉伸至原长度的1.5倍,然后进行汽蒸,进行水洗后,烘干制得成品。

4.根据权利要求1中所述的一种提升弹性安全带染色均匀性的染色方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中的渗透剂为硫酸化蓖麻油、氨基磺酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚中的任意一种,匀染剂为匀染剂DC、匀染剂1227、匀染剂BOF中的任意一种。
5.根据权利要求1中所述的一种提升弹性安全带染色均匀性的染色方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中的染液的制备方法包括以下操作步骤:将酸性染料与水充分混合后,然后依次向其中加入对碘苯乙醇、乙酸铵、甲基二磺酸钾、渗透剂、匀染剂,加料完成后,继续搅拌15min后制得成品。
6.根据权利要求1中所述的一种提升弹性安全带染色均匀性的染色方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中汽蒸的温度为105℃,汽蒸的时间为3min。
