Abstract
本发明公开了一种油墨用软包装袋,包括外表层、阻挡层、热封层和疏水疏油层,各层之间设置有粘合剂层,该包装袋墨残留量极低,具有高隔氧性和隔水性,密封效果好,而且具有优良的抗压性、抗张性和化学稳定性,可广泛应用于包装各种类型的印刷油墨。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装容器,特别是一种油墨软包装袋。
背景技术
近年来,随着经济的高速发展和环保要求的不断提高,印刷行业面临的环保压力逐渐增加,尤其是印刷油墨行业。据不完全统计,全球近年年均消耗油墨铁罐量在35亿-40亿只之间(包含胶印及凹印),国内年均油墨铁罐消耗量则为15亿只左右,这些铁罐造成了大量的固体废物垃圾。同时,铁罐装油墨还存在油墨残留量大的问题,残留量高达5-7%,浪费资源,铁罐处理成本高,并容易造成二次环境污染等问题,因此对油墨包装材料革新的趋势不断增强。
油墨是复杂的混合物,对于温度、湿度、氧气等都非常敏感,而且包装量通常达到数公斤。现有技术中的铝箔包装袋为三层结构,即外层、铝箔层和热封层,隔氧性能和隔水汽性能较差,无法直接应用于油墨软包装行业,制约了软包装油墨的推广普及。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种阻隔性强,油墨残留量少的油墨用软包装袋。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种油墨用软包装袋,包括袋体,所述袋体由两片复合膜热压裁剪形成,所述复合膜由外向内依次为外表层、阻挡层、热封层和疏水疏油层,所述各层之间通过粘合剂层粘结。
所述外表层为双轴取向聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇脂层,所述外表层的厚度为9-15μm。
所述的阻挡层为遮光层和阻氧层的复合层;所述遮光层为铝箔层,所述遮光层的厚度为6-10μm;所述阻氧层为聚酰胺层,所述阻氧层的厚度为12-18μm。
所述热封层的厚度为20-200μm。
所述热封层为五层共挤膜,其中,中间层为乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层,中间层的两侧为粘结树脂层,所述粘结树脂层的外侧为聚乙烯层。
所述疏水疏油层的厚度为0.1-10μm。
所述粘合剂层为聚氨酯或环氧树脂。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用了复合膜结构,具有高阻氧率、极低油墨残留率,而且还具有较好的避光性、阻透性、强抗压强度和化学稳定性,避免了因油墨附着在包装袋内层而造成的资源浪费和印刷企业的成本增加,能够促进软包装油墨的推广应用。

具体实施方式
参照图1,一种油墨用软包装袋,包括袋体,所述袋体由两片复合膜热压裁剪形成,所述复合膜由外向内依次为外表层1、阻挡层2、热封层3和疏水疏油层5,所述各层之间通过粘合剂层4粘结。该油墨用软包装袋能应用于溶剂型油墨、水性油墨、UV油墨、EB油墨等多种类型的油墨。
所述外表层1为双轴取向聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇脂层,具有一定强度,且聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇脂为极性材料能够阻挡氧气,也便于在其上印刷图文。
参照图2,所述阻挡层包括遮光层21和阻氧层22,所述遮光层21使用铝箔等金属箔材料,提供了避光、隔水的性能,所述阻氧层22使用聚酰胺、聚碳酸酯等高强度极性材料,尤其是聚酰胺,具有高抗张强度、抗撕裂性,同时也提供油墨包装袋良好的耐有机溶剂、耐酸碱性和阻挡水汽性能。
参照图3,所述热封层3为五层共挤膜,其中,中间层为乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层33,中间层的两侧为粘结树脂层32,所述粘结树脂层32的外侧为聚乙烯层31。乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物具有优良的隔氧性能,避免了油墨在存储过程中,因氧化结皮造成的资源浪费,延长了油墨的存储期。聚乙烯层31作为基材既能阻挡水汽又能降低包装袋的成本。所述粘结树脂层32可以是酸酐改性的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物或酸酐改性的线形低密度聚乙烯聚合物等熔融时易湿润聚乙烯的粘合树脂。
所述疏水疏油层5采用双疏功能膜,材料使用聚四氟乙烯、纳米薄膜等疏水疏油材料,具有极低的油墨残留量,避免了因油墨附着在包装袋内层而造成的资源浪费和印刷企业的成本增加。
所述粘合剂层4使用聚氨酯胶黏剂或环氧树脂胶黏剂,具有耐溶剂的特性,且对上述各层材料附着力强,粘合效果好。
所述外表层1厚度为9-15μm,铝箔层21厚度为6-10μm,聚酰胺层22厚度为12-18μm,热封层3的厚度为20-200μm,疏水疏油层5厚度为0.1-10μm,在各层能够充分发挥自身作用和保证包装袋满足耐压需求的前提下,尽量减少各层厚度,能够降低包装袋成本。
实验分析:油墨残留量的测定,仪器采用常州市幸运电子设备有限公司生产的JA-H千分电子天平,试验用油墨为迪可马仕达大豆油胶印油墨3300(中山市富日印刷材料有限公司生产)。实验方法为,先称量包装袋质量,灌装2000g试验用油墨后热封,完全挤出后再称量包装袋质量,测得油墨残留质量百分比。氧气透过量的测定采用GB/T 31354-2014 《包装件和容器氧气透过性测试方法 库仑计检测法》,仪器使用广州标际包装设备有限公司生产的Y210气透过量测试仪,实验结果证明,本申请的包装袋的氧气透过量为0.1-0.2cm3/m2•24h•atm,油墨残留量为0.06-0.1wt%。由此可知,本发明的包装袋阻隔性能优良,能避免油墨在包装袋内结皮,方便残留油墨的清洗,便于油墨包装袋的后处理和循环利用,具有较好的环保性。
Claims (7)
1.一种油墨用软包装袋,包括袋体,所述袋体由两片复合膜热压裁剪形成,其特征在于所述复合膜由外向内依次为外表层(1)、阻挡层(2)、热封层(3)和疏水疏油层(5),所述各层之间通过粘合剂层(4)粘结。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油墨用软包装袋,其特征在于所述外表层(1)为双轴取向聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇脂层,所述外表层(1)的厚度为9-15μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的油墨用软包装袋,其特征在于所述的阻挡层(2)为遮光层(21)和阻氧层(22)的复合层;所述遮光层(21)为铝箔层,所述遮光层(21)的厚度为6-10μm;所述阻氧层(22)为聚酰胺层,所述阻氧层(22)的厚度为12-18μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的油墨用软包装袋,其特征在于所述热封层(3)的厚度为20-200μm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的油墨用软包装袋,其特征在于所述热封层(3)为五层共挤膜,其中,中间层为乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层(33),中间层的两侧为粘结树脂层(32),所述粘结树脂层(32)的外侧为聚乙烯层(31)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的油墨用软包装袋,其特征在于所述疏水疏油层(5)的厚度为0.1-10μm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的油墨用软包装袋,其特征在于所述粘合剂层(4)为聚氨酯或环氧树脂。
