Abstract

微生物大肠埃希氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和希氏肠球菌一起形成了消毒组合物意欲有效对抗的生物体标准集合。例如,当提供用于医疗保健设施的“医院级”消毒剂时,铜绿假单胞菌经常被视为是要杀灭的重要生物体。例如,美国环境保护局(EPA)要求经证实的对抗铜绿假单胞菌的效力以进行医院消毒要求。大肠埃希氏菌鉴于其广泛存在和鉴于其传染性质并且对于一些耐抗生素品系鉴于治疗该生物体传染的困难性而是解决的重点。金黄色葡萄球菌在医院环境中是特别令人关注的,特别是在其作为耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)存在的地方。希氏肠球菌在医院环境中也特别令人关注。它是致病性和抗生素抗性的耐万古霉素肠球菌(VRE)试验中的代表性生物体。
所述4种引用的生物体在它们对消毒剂和抗微生物剂的响应方面各自是非常不同的,并且在本领域熟知,活性对抗这些生物体之一的组合物不一定有效对抗其它生物体。重要的是消毒或抗微生物产品具有广谱效力,因为大部分时间不知晓何种病原体存在于表面或皮肤上。在本领域清楚地需要显示出对抗所有这四种生物体的活性的消毒组合物。
考虑到消毒组合物应当满足的其它方面,问题变得更加复杂。熟知的广谱杀生物活性成分有醇、氯、过乙酸、季铵化合物、双胍和三氯生。所有这些成分在以下方面存在严重缺陷:材料相容性(过乙酸、氯、醇)、易燃性(醇)、金属腐蚀(过乙酸、氯)、皮肤刺激(季铵化合物、过乙酸、氯、双胍)、呼吸道刺激(醇、过乙酸、氯)、引起微生物抵抗(季铵化合物、双胍、三氯生),疑似对人和/或动物致癌(三氯生),或产生环境负担(氯、过乙酸),甚至是持久存在于环境中(三氯生、季铵化合物)。因此清楚的是,这些传统的杀生物活性化合物不可长期持续,需要更安全、更可持续和更温和的解决方案来消除病原体,然而这些解决方案应当结合有对抗大肠埃希氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和希氏肠球菌的关键集合的广谱活性。
已经发现,该问题通过本发明得以解决。

已经发现:N-酰化氨基酸或N-酰化肽与非乙氧基化阴离子表面活性剂的特定组合、羧酸的存在以及特定的pH使得组合物活性对抗微生物的组合集合。还已经发现:乙氧基化阴离子表面活性剂的存在将受到限制或如下文进一步讨论的那样被防止。已经发现:与以前的预期相反,这些化合物对实现杀生物效力没有贡献。参考本申请的实施例3,其中显示,包含月桂醇硫酸酯三乙醇胺的组合物显示出对抗大肠埃希氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和希氏肠球菌的杀生物活性,而含有月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠或月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯锌的与之相当的组合物没有显示出这种活性。这对于月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯锌是尤其令人惊奇的,因为锌的存在通常与杀生物活性相关。
如果这些要求之一未被满足,则不能获得活性组合物。有趣的是,注意到这些组分的特定组合使得能够在没有过氧化氢的存在下获得有效组合物。虽然H2O2通常是有吸引力的杀生物化合物,但是它在环境温度下不稳定并且难以储存较长时间,并且可能伴有在某些表面、眼睛和皮肤上的腐蚀或刺激活性。因此,包含仅有限量的H2O2的消毒组合物是期望的特征。
本发明的组合物的优点是,它使用低浓度的有机酸提供了对广泛范围的生物体的极佳杀生物活性。而且,该组合物可以在不操作或不使用预防措施和安全措施的情况下应用,并且在应用后不需要冲洗或仅少量冲洗。本发明的组合物的另一个优点是,它提供了协同的广谱杀生物溶液而没有使用过乙酸,过乙酸导致不期望的刺激性气味并且对眼睛、皮肤和呼吸道具有强刺激性。
为了构建有效的清洁液体或皂,需要表面活性剂以增强润湿和清洁能力以及调节起泡行为。为了使杀生物产品安全和分类为无害,特定的有机酸应当与酰化氨基酸或酰化肽和非乙氧基化表面活性剂组合以产生强的协同作用。最佳地,所有成分均需要以低浓度存在。
由于期望的产品安全性,这些低浓度是关键的。规定在使用产品时装备防护手套、防护服、眼睛防护物品或面部防护物品中的一种或多种的危险分类对使用者而言实际上是不可能的或至少是非常不切实际的。洗涤带有在操作和使用产品时因危险定级而要求使用者佩戴手套的产品的手是非常不现实的。然而,避免这类危险分类所需的低浓度产生了巨大的挑战。活性成分和表面活性剂的浓度越低,产品的有效性就越低。而且,其清洁能力和起泡行为将显著劣化。为了加强效力和起泡行为,本领域技术人员将被促使增加活性成分和表面活性剂的水平,从而损害了产品的安全性和使产品被分类为根据CLP或GHS使用预防措施的危险物质。
现在已经令人惊奇地发现:在特定pH下的均处于相对低的浓度的酰化氨基酸或酰化肽与非乙氧基化表面活性剂的组合导致了组合物的高抗微生物活性、良好的起泡和清洁能力,但是同时不是危险分类。这些产品可以安全地用于多种表面和人体上。皮肤刺激可能性非常低,而清洁和起泡行为是非常良好地可接受的。
本发明的另一个优点是:组合物可以如此温和,以至它可以在一天中频繁使用,允许人们频繁消毒例如他们的手而不发生不可接受程度的皮肤干燥或发红。本发明的组合物的另一个优点是其将广谱活性与对皮肤和表面温和并且具有环境可持续性相结合。
在一个实施方案中,待用本发明的方法处理的表面污染有或被怀疑污染有大肠埃希氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和希氏肠球菌。
下文将更详细地讨论本发明的方法和组合物。
组合物包含0.1-10wt.%的一种或多种N-酰化氨基酸或N-酰化肽或其盐。可以优选组合物包含0.2-8wt.%的这类化合物,在一些实施方案中为0.2-5wt.%。如果N-酰化氨基酸或N-酰化肽的量过低,则不能获得本发明的效果。另一方面,如果该量过高,也不能获得额外的效果。
本发明的术语“N-酰化氨基酸和/或肽”指其中游离氨基酸和/或肽的氨基有至少50%被酰化的肽和/或游离氨基酸或其盐。优选地,所有氨基被酰化。氨基酸可以是单一氨基酸,或者可以是可通过适宜蛋白质底物的水解获得的氨基酸混合物。在后一种情况下,可能存在短肽,典型地包含具有低于约4000道尔顿、优选低于约2000道尔顿的平均分子量的肽。

适宜的盐是这样的盐:其中解离的羧酸基团被属于碱金属和碱土金属的阳离子、氨、其它金属如铅、铁、铝、锰、铜、锌中和;或者被有机碱如精氨酸、赖氨酸、单、二或三乙醇胺、鸟氨酸、组氨酸、吗啉或胆碱中和。这类中和阳离子还可以彼此组合使用。
优选地,酰基的R部分是C6至C20残基。更优选的是其直链变体(饱和以及不饱和)。尤其优选的酰基是辛酰基、壬酰基、癸酰基、十一烷酰基、十一烯酰基、十二烷酰基(月桂酰基)、十三烷酰基、十四烷酰基(肉豆蔻酰基)、十六烷酰基(棕榈酰基)、十八烷酰基(硬脂酰基)、油酰基及其混合物。
当X是OH时,式I化合物表示氨基酸。根据本发明,术语“氨基酸”可以指α-、β-或γ-氨基酸,即n为0、1或2,但优选为α-氨基酸(n为0)。
R’表示在天然蛋白质源性(proteogenic)氨基酸中存在的氨基酸侧链,或与天然蛋白质源性氨基酸中存在的那些相比通过侧链中的氢原子取代为羟基、甲基、乙基或其它适宜基团而被修饰的侧链。
蛋白质源性氨基酸是由DNA编码的氨基酸。经修饰氨基酸的实例是羟脯氨酸,存在于例如胶原蛋白中。
对于其中X是OH的式I的N-酰化化合物而言优选的氨基酸前体选自极性氨基酸,例如谷氨酸、谷氨酸盐、天冬氨酸、谷氨酰胺、甘氨酸、天冬酰胺、牛磺酸、赖氨酸、精氨酸、组氨酸、脯氨酸、肌氨酸、苏氨酸、丝氨酸。特别优选的氨基酸是谷氨酸、谷氨酸盐、肌氨酸、甘氨酸、天冬氨酸、赖氨酸。
当X为式II化合物时,X当m为0时表示氨基酸单元或当m为≥1时表示肽。对于X,m的值典型地可以为1至18,以指定具有约200至约1900道尔顿的分子量的肽。
对于式I的N-酰化化合物而言优选的肽和/或氨基酸前体是蛋白质水解物。蛋白质水解物是蛋白质底物的降解产物,通常通过蛋白质底物的酸、碱和/或酶水解获得,之后具有100至2000、优选100至1400、更特别是100至800的平均分子量。最优选地,蛋白质底物主要水解为个体构成氨基酸,优选其中个体氨基酸构成蛋白质水解物的至少50%(w/w)。

式I化合物通过如上所述的氨基酸和/或肽前体的N-酰化、采用式RCOOH的脂肪酸的羧酸活化衍生物(R如上文所定义)、通过本领域已知的标准方法方便地得到。这类衍生物例如是这些酸或酰卤的对称酸酐。
可以提及的N-酰化氨基酸及其盐例如是N-酰基谷氨酸盐的那些,例如椰油酰谷氨酸一钠、月桂酰谷氨酸一钠、C14-C20烷基谷氨酸二钠、衍生自氢化牛脂的C14-C20烷基,由Ajinomoto分别以名称“Acylglutamate CS-11”、“Acylglutamate LS-11”和“Acylglutamate HS-21”出售。酰基谷氨酸盐的实例还包括由Clariant以商品名HostaponCCG/CLG/KCG出售的椰油酰谷氨酸钠和月桂酰谷氨酸钠以及Zschimmer&Schwarz的Protelan AG 8(辛酰谷氨酸盐)和Protelan AGL 95(月桂酰谷氨酸钠)和Protelan AGL 5/C(椰油酰谷氨酸钠)。
还可以提及N-酰基肌氨酸盐,例如月桂酰肌氨酸盐,可以以商品名ProtelanLS9011从Zschimmer&Schwarz和以商品名Crodasinic LS30和Crodasinic LS95从Croda购买获得。还可以提及N-酰基赖氨酸,例如由Ajinomoto以名称“Amihope LL”出售的月桂酰赖氨酸。
可以提及的N-酰化水解蛋白质有衍生自全部或部分胶原蛋白或角蛋白的那些,例如SEPPIC公司以名称“Proteol B 30”和“Lipacide PK”出售的月桂酰胶原蛋白钠和棕榈酰角蛋白,或衍生自小麦,例如由Zschimmer&Schwarz作为“Protelan AG 11”出售的十一碳烯酰基水解小麦蛋白钾。
本文所述的组合物可以含有两种或更多种上文提及的N-酰化产品的混合物。
本发明的组合物包含0.1-20wt.%的一种或多种非乙氧基化阴离子表面活性剂。非乙氧基化阴离子表面活性剂的量可以优选为0.2-15wt.%、特别是0.5-10wt.%、更特别是0.5-8wt.%。如果非乙氧基化阴离子表面活性剂的量过低,则不能获得本发明的效果。另一方面,如果该量过高,则组合物可能变得对皮肤或表面有腐蚀性,这是杀生物产品的不期望的作用。
本发明的术语“非乙氧基化阴离子表面活性剂”指不含一个或多个乙氧基的阴离子表面活性剂。阴离子表面活性剂携带阴离子电荷,或在酸性环境中具有阴离子特性。这些非乙氧基化阴离子表面活性剂的实例有以下表面活性剂类型,其中该列表决不是穷尽性的并且仅用于解释说明的目的:烷基硫酸酯或磷酸酯的盐;具有胺抗衡离子如三乙醇胺和单异丙醇胺的烷基硫酸酯或磷酸酯,例如月桂醇硫酸酯三乙醇胺和月桂醇硫酸酯单异丙醇胺;烷基羧酸酯的盐,例如月桂基葡萄糖羧酸酯钠和月桂基乙二醇羧酸酯钠;烷基乳酰乳酸酯的盐,例如月桂酰乳酰乳酸酯钠;烷基磺基乙酸酯的盐,例如月桂醇磺基乙酸酯钠;烷基磺基琥珀酸酯的盐,例如月桂醇磺基琥珀酸酯钠;磺基月桂酸酯的盐,例如甲基2-磺基月桂酸酯钠和2-磺基月桂酸酯二钠;阴离子烷基聚葡糖苷,例如椰油基聚葡萄糖柠檬酸二钠、椰油基聚葡萄糖磺基琥珀酸二钠、椰油基聚葡萄糖酒石酸钠;烷基牛磺酸酯的盐,例如月桂基牛磺酸酯钠和椰油基牛磺酸酯钠;烷基羟乙磺酸酯的盐,例如月桂酰羟乙磺酸酯钠和椰油酰羟乙磺酸酯钠等。
可以优选使用烷基硫酸酯作为阴离子表面活性剂。在本发明的一个实施方案中,非乙氧基化阴离子表面活性剂包括烷基硫酸酯盐,其中烷基链包含4-22个碳原子、特别是8-18个碳原子、更特别是10-18个碳原子。在一个实施方案中,烷基是月桂基(C12,月桂硫酸酯)、椰油基(基于椰子油组成衍生的C10-C18烷基的混合物)或者肉豆蔻基(C14,肉豆蔻基硫酸酯)。盐的抗衡离子优选选自钠、钾、铵、钙、镁、锌和有机胺基团,例如单-、二-或三-烷基胺,其中胺基具有1-4个碳原子。优选地,在盐是胺盐的情况下,烷基硫酸酯盐是单异丙醇胺盐、三乙醇胺盐、钠盐或铵盐。
非乙氧基化阴离子表面活性剂的存在是本发明的特定特征。已经发现:如果在组合物中使用非乙氧基化阴离子表面活性剂而不是乙氧基化阴离子表面活性剂,则获得更好的广谱杀生物活性。
如上所述,本发明的组合物包含小于5wt.%的乙氧基化阴离子表面活性剂。有限量的这种化合物的存在是可以接受的,因为它可以具有减少皮肤刺激性、清洁或起泡性能的作用。然而,由于它对杀生物性能没有贡献,所以可以优选限制乙氧基化阴离子表面活性剂的量,例如至小于3wt.%、特别是小于2wt.%。在一些实施方案中,所述组合物包含小于1wt.%的乙氧基化阴离子表面活性剂。也可以是该组合物基本上不含乙氧基化阴离子表面活性剂,其中措词“基本上不含”指没有有意地添加乙氧基化阴离子表面活性剂。可以存在污染量的非乙氧基化阴离子表面活性剂,因为它们不能被防止。
本发明的组合物包含0.05-5wt.%的一种或多种羧酸,优选0.1%-5wt.%,更优选0.2-5wt.%,最优选0.2%-3wt.%。一方面,存在羧酸以使组合物达到期望的pH。另一方面,它还有助于本发明的组合物的广谱杀生物效果。如果羧酸的量过低,则不能获得本发明的效果。另一方面,如果量过高,不一定获得杀菌效果的增加,而组合物的温和性也可能受到不利影响。
在一个实施方案中,可以使用具有2至10个、特别是3至6个碳原子的一种或多种羧酸。在一个实施方案中,羧酸是单、二或三元羧酸。对于羧酸优选是羟基羧酸,特别是α-或β-羟基羧酸。适宜羧酸的实例包括柠檬酸、乳酸、乙醇酸、酒石酸、苹果酸、马来酸、富马酸、己二酸和琥珀酸。柠檬酸、乳酸、酒石酸和苹果酸可以是优选的。也可以使用酸的组合。
在一个实施方案中,羧酸中的一种或多种是环状羧酸,例如选自2-呋喃二甲酸、(异)酞酸、糠酸、水杨酸和/或苯甲酸。对于环状羧酸优选水杨酸或苯甲酸。也可以使用酸的组合。
已经发现,当组合物包含以下羧酸中的至少一种时可以获得特别吸引人的结果:乳酸、乙醇酸、苯甲酸和酒石酸。对于这些酸可以优选提供至少50wt.%的存在于系统中的总羧酸、特别是至少70wt.%、在一些实施方案中为至少90%。
本发明的组合物具有1-5的pH。如果组合物的pH过高,则不能获得本发明的广谱杀生物活性。如果pH过低,则组合物可不利地影响皮肤和表面。优选pH在2-4.5的范围。
本说明书中的术语“表面”包括任何有生命或无生命的硬或软表面。当待用本发明的组合物消毒的表面是动物或人体的表面如皮肤、毛发或粘膜时,优选消毒组合物的pH在3-4.5、特别是3-4的范围。已经发现:该范围内的pH一方面提供了广谱消毒活性之间的最佳平衡,同时防止了对表面的刺激。当表面是无生命表面、例如硬或软的无生命表面如桌面、墙壁、地面、设备、仪器、窗帘、床上用品、衣服等时,对于消毒组合物可以优选具有1-4、特别是2-4的pH。
本文所述的组合物还可以包含一种或多种其它表面活性剂,例如两性、阳离子和/或非离子表面活性剂。
适宜的两性表面活性剂包括两性烷基聚葡萄糖苷、烷基甜菜碱、烷基酰胺丙基甜菜碱、烷基酰胺丙基甜菜碱酰胺、烷基磺基甜菜碱、胺氧化物、两性羧基乙酸盐、两性羧基二乙酸盐、两性羧基丙酸盐、两性羧基二丙酸盐和/或其衍生物。
对于两性表面活性剂的总量可以优选为至多10wt.%、特别是至多8wt.%、更特别是至多4wt.%。如果存在两性表面活性剂,则其量通常为至少0.2wt.%、特别是至少0.5wt.%。
适宜的阳离子表面活性剂包括皮肤调理阳离子聚合物,优选选自聚季铵型表面活性剂,例如包括甲基丙烯酰基酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵、二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵或甲基丙烯酰基乙氧基三甲基铵甲基硫酸盐(MethAcryloyloxethyl Trimethyl AmmoniumMethylSulfate)集合。对于本发明的组合物中的阳离子表面活性剂的总量可以优选为至多3wt.%、特别是至多2wt.%、更特别是至多1wt.%。如果使用阳离子表面活性剂,则其总量为例如至少为0.05wt.%、特别是至少0.1wt.%。
适宜的非离子表面活性剂包括酰胺、乙氧基化和非乙氧基化脂肪胺、乙氧基化壬基酚、APG(烷基聚葡萄糖苷)、AEG(烷基乙氧基葡糖苷)、脂肪酸与甘油和/或乙氧基化和非乙氧基化糖的酯/醚、乙氧基化/丙氧基化和非乙氧基化/丙氧基化酯、乙氧基化/丙氧基化和非乙氧基化/丙氧基化脂肪醇。对于本发明的组合物中的非离子表面活性剂的总量可以优选为至多3wt.%、特别是至多2wt.%、更特别是至多1wt.%。如果使用非离子表面活性剂,则其总量为例如至少0.1wt.%、特别是至少0.3wt.%。
本文所述的组合物还可以含有对于在皮肤上使用的组合物而言常用的成分。例如,组合物可以包括皮肤调理剂、皮肤柔润剂、再富脂剂(refatting agents)、稳定剂、珠光剂、增稠剂、防腐剂、着色剂或染料和香料。
皮肤柔润剂和再富脂剂可以包括例如甘油、甜菜碱、泛醇、甘油酯、聚甘油、真芦荟(aloe vera)、维生素E、山梨醇、尿囊素、阳离子、聚合物、蓖麻油、羊毛脂及其衍生物和鲸蜡醇。
组合物可以通过本领域技术人员已知的方法来增稠,例如通过添加氯化钠或者氯化钠与特定类型的表面活性剂(如月桂醚硫酸钠或甜菜碱)的组合,或通过添加基于(羟基)纤维素或基于(交联)聚合物的增稠剂。优选地,组合物通过使用基于(羟基)纤维素或基于聚合物的增稠剂来增稠,例如Klucel型(Hercules Chemicals)、Natrosol型(HerculesChemicals)、Carbopol型(Noveon)或Zschimmer&Schwarz的Oxetal VD 92。通过这些方法和调整pH范围,可以实现全范围的粘度水平。

在优选的实施方案中,组合物以泡沫或凝胶的形式应用以增加接触时间和避免所需剂量从表面或皮肤上流下或滴落,如在使用喷雾制剂时可能如此。例如在将组合物在不添加额外水的情况下应用在手或皮肤上(手部消毒剂)或作为乳头浸渍剂以消毒奶牛乳头。非乙氧基化阴离子表面活性剂和N-酰化氨基酸在本文所述的组合物中的使用已经给组合物提供了起泡能力。
有利地,如本文所述的组合物具有有利的环境性质。还有利的是,如本文所述的组合物能够提供足够的消毒水平,同时对表面不具有腐蚀性或不刺激皮肤或粘膜。由于包含与皮肤高度相容的N-酰化氨基酸/蛋白质水解物、温和的表面活性剂包和低浓度的其它温和添加剂(可以如上所述进行应用),组合物对皮肤无刺激性。组合物具有广谱活性,其程度是出人意料的,因为各成分仅具有低至中等的杀菌活性。特别地,组合物具有杀细菌、杀酵母和杀包膜病毒的活性。在本发明的组合物的成分之间存在协同作用,从而提供了高度适用于表面、粘膜和皮肤的有效消毒剂。
本发明的组合物对于清洁医疗保健环境中的表面是特别有吸引力的,在那里,其对抗所有大肠埃希氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和希氏肠球菌的广谱活性是特别有益的。然而,其也可用于其中所述生物体中的仅一种、两种或三种构成问题的情况。

本发明的组合物还可用于清洁无生命的表面,例如医疗保健环境中的表面,包括地面、墙壁、仪器、设备、门、工作表面如桌面和家具以及纺织材料如地毯、窗帘和衣物,例如作为衣物清洁剂、衣物消毒剂或衣物除臭剂。
如果期望的话,可以在使用后从表面除去组合物,例如通过擦拭或冲洗表面。还能够使表面风干而不通过擦拭或冲洗从表面除去组合物。
已经发现:本发明特别适用于用于无生命硬表面的清洁剂,在一个实施方案中,本发明涉及消毒污染有微生物或被怀疑污染有微生物的无生命硬表面的方法,所述微生物是大肠埃希氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和希氏肠球菌中的一种或多种,该方法包括使所述表面与消毒组合物接触的步骤,所述组合物包含:
-0.1-3wt.%、特别是0.1-2wt.%的一种或多种N-酰化氨基酸或N-酰化肽或其盐;
-小于0.1wt.%的过氧化氢;
-0.1-3wt.%、特别是0.1-2wt.%的一种或多种非乙氧基化阴离子表面活性剂;

已经发现:该组合物合并了高杀生物效能和低划线(streaking),这在硬表面如地面和计数器上是特别重要的。
在该方法的一个实施方案中,表面在与组合物接触后不用水冲洗。而是擦拭或风干表面。

测试方法
采用符合欧洲化学消毒剂和防腐剂规范EN 1276(EN 1276:用于评估食品、工业、家用和公共机构领域的化学消毒剂和防腐剂的杀菌活性的定量混悬液测试:测试方法和要求)的受控杀菌混悬液试验测试了各种组合物的杀生物活性。测试方案如下:将1ml含有约108cfu测试微生物/ml的测试混悬液加入到8ml待测试组合物中,加入1ml milli-Q水。通过加入0.3%牛血清白蛋白模拟污染条件。接触1、3和5分钟后,测定活细菌数量。EN 1276规范规定5分钟接触时间后活细胞计数减少log 5。
在组成表格中,所有成分以wt.%表示,并以活性组分计算。pm表示被添加以达到一定效果的量。具体地,NaOH和磷酸通常以足以获得指定pH的量“pm”加入。
在结果表格中,指出了产品对各种微生物的特定暴露时间后的对数减少。当数字前面是符号“>”时,根本没有发现菌落(代表该特定生物体的完全杀灭),因此由起始混悬液中的集落形成单位的量和随后应用的稀释液计算了减少。
符号“TNTC”代表数不胜数。其用于其中板上的集落形成单位的数目过高以至于无法计数,这意味着不能检测到细菌种属减少,即,未发现杀生物作用。
实施例1:本发明的组合物
制备了本发明的各种组合物,如上所述测定了它们的杀生物活性。下表给出了本发明的组合物1.1至1.3的组成和杀生物作用。

实施例2:短接触时间后的效能
为了证明本发明的组合在短接触时间后的效能,制备了下表中给出的组合物7.1至7.3。杀生物效果在进一步的表格中给出。
从上表可以看出,本发明的这些组合物在非常短的接触时间后已经显示出高效能,这证明了本发明的组合物对抗所有4种生物体的快速消毒作用。
实施例3:表面活性剂的性质的影响
为了研究表面活性剂的性质的影响,制备了具有基本相同的组成、但是其中使用乙氧基化阴离子表面活性剂而不是非乙氧基化阴离子表面活性剂的组合物。下表给出了组合物性质和结果。
如从表中可以看出,本发明的组合物在5分钟后有效对抗所有3种生物体,在3分钟后也有效对抗金黄色葡萄球菌和希氏肠球菌。相反,含有乙氧基化阴离子表面活性剂而不是非乙氧基化表面活性剂的与之相当的组合物在这些条件下不显示出任何活性。对于经常据信它显示出杀生物活性的月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯锌而言,这是尤其显著的。
实施例4:N-酰化氨基酸或N-酰化肽的存在的作用
为了研究N-酰化氨基酸或N-酰化肽的存在的作用,制备了具有基本相同的组成、但是其中存在N-酰化氨基酸或N-酰化肽或者它们被聚山梨酯化合物替代的组合物。
下表给出了组合物性质和结果。
从上表可以看出,本发明的组合物ai和aj显示出对抗所有微生物的活性。相反,含有聚山梨酯而不是N-酰化氨基酸的组合物没有显示出对抗大肠埃希氏菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的任何活性。
实施例5:现有技术组合物的杀生物作用的研究-非本发明的组合物
下表示显示了如现有技术中描述的组合物和使用这些组合物进行的测试结果。

Claims (21)
1.消毒污染有微生物或被怀疑污染有微生物的表面的用于非治疗目的的方法,所述微生物是大肠埃希氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和希氏肠球菌中的一种或多种,该方法包括使所述表面与消毒组合物接触的步骤,所述消毒组合物包含:
-0.1-10wt.%的一种或多种N-酰化氨基酸或N-酰化肽或其盐;
-小于0.1wt.%的过氧化氢;
-0.1-20wt.%的一种或多种非乙氧基化阴离子表面活性剂;
-0.05-5wt.%的羧酸,
其中所述消毒组合物具有1-4.5的pH,其中所述组合物包含小于5wt.%的乙氧基化阴离子表面活性剂,
其中所述N-酰化氨基酸或N-酰化肽或其盐的酰基基团具有式R-CO-,其中R-CO-表示酰基,其中R是饱和或不饱和的直链C6至C20残基,和其中当使用N-酰化肽时,所述肽具有100至3900道尔顿的平均分子量。
2.权利要求1的用于非治疗目的的方法,其中所述消毒组合物的pH为1-4的范围。
3.权利要求2的用于非治疗目的的方法,其中所述表面是动物或人体的表面,且所述组合物具有3-4.5的pH;或者其中所述表面是无生命表面,且所述消毒组合物具有1-4的pH。

20.权利要求19的消毒组合物,其包含:
-0.1-3wt.%的一种或多种N-酰化氨基酸或N-酰化肽或其盐;
-小于0.1wt.%的过氧化氢;
-0.1-3wt.%的一种或多种非乙氧基化阴离子表面活性剂;
-0.05-2wt.%的羧酸,
其中所述消毒组合物具有1-3.5的pH,其中该组合物包含小于2wt.%的乙氧基化阴离子表面活性剂。
21.消毒组合物在制备用于消毒动物或人体表面的产品中的用途,所述动物或人体表面污染有微生物或被怀疑污染有微生物,所述微生物是大肠埃希氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和希氏肠球菌中的一种或多种,该组合物包含:
-0.1-10wt.%的一种或多种N-酰化氨基酸或N-酰化肽或其盐;
-小于0.1wt.%的过氧化氢;
-0.1-20wt.%的一种或多种非乙氧基化阴离子表面活性剂;
-0.05-5wt.%的羧酸,
