Abstract

本发明涉及用于流量计上的转子,具体为一种流量计用的无齿三角转子。一种流量计用的无齿三角转子,包括三角转子本体,三角转子本体的上端面和下端面都开有凹槽,转子轴位于凹槽内,三角转子本体凹槽内开有围绕转子轴的通孔。三角转子可通过转子轴与计量室中的轴承配合,实现转子的转动,转子上的凹槽不仅可以减轻转子的重量,还能给偏心轴承盘提供活动空隙,巧妙的解决了三角转子在运动过程中自传和公转的矛盾。本发明提供的三角转子结构简单实用,容易加工,也可简化计量室的结构。

技术领域
本发明涉及用于流量计上的转子,具体为一种流量计用的无齿三角转子。
背景技术
容积式流量计原转子运转方式主要靠的是齿轮带动,转子内部结构为内齿型,由于这种齿合转动模式应用到流量计中,不仅显得结构复杂,也增大了加工难度,而且也不能适用于复杂的计量环境和介质成分。如原油中就含有很多腐蚀性物质,并且含沙量较大,若采用这种结构,在使用过程中及易造成齿轮磨损或卡死等现象。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述问题,提供了一种流量计用的无齿三角转子。
本发明是采用如下的技术方案实现的:一种流量计用的无齿三角转子,包括三角转子本体,三角转子本体的上端面和下端面都开有凹槽,转子轴位于凹槽内,三角转子本体凹槽内开有围绕转子轴的通孔。
本发明提供的无齿三角转子应用到容积式流量计尚属首次,改变了运转方式,实现了无齿运动,减轻了转子重量,结构简单实用,容易加工,也可简化计量室的结构。

具体实施方式
一种流量计用的无齿三角转子,包括三角转子本体3,三角转子本体3的上端面和下端面都开有凹槽,中部留有连体隔板,在连体隔板中央留有转子轴1,转子本体、连体隔板、转子轴1形成一体,三角转子本体连体隔板上开有围绕转子轴的通孔2。三角转子可通过转子轴与计量室中的轴承配合,实现转子的转动,转子上的凹槽和通孔可以减轻转子的重量。

1.一种流量计用的无齿三角转子,其特征在于包括三角转子本体(3),三角转子本体(3)的上端面和下端面都开有凹槽,转子轴(1)位于凹槽内,三角转子本体凹槽内开有围绕转子轴的通孔(2)。
