本发明涉及一种液压油缸,特别涉及一种掘进机导向液压油缸。
背景技术
液压油缸是将液压能转变为机械能的,做直线往复运动的液压执行元件,它结构简单,工作可靠,用它来实现往复运动时,可免去减速装置,并且内有传动间隙,运动平稳,因此在各种机械的液压系统中得到广泛应用。掘进机是用于开凿平直地下巷道的机器,在掘进机工作过程中,其上的推进液压油缸会承受侧向载荷,在高侧载情况下,微观上油缸的活塞杆易向一侧倾斜,导致活塞杆往复运动时,与导向盖之间的摩擦力较大,冲击载荷大,长时间活塞杆或导向盖会产生缺陷,最终导致活塞杆的断裂,使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于提供一种结构设计合理,密封效果好,使用寿命长的掘进机导向液压油缸。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是这样的:本发明的掘进机导向液压油缸,包括缸体、活塞和活塞杆,缸体两端分别设置有前盖和后盖,活塞固定在活塞杆一端,活塞设置在缸体内,活塞杆另一端穿过后盖,所述活塞外圆周面上沿周向设置有O形密封圈,活塞上设置有出油孔,活塞杆外壁上设置有导向块,活塞杆上设置有供油孔,供油孔设置在缸体外,活塞杆内设置有供油通道,供油通道一端与供油孔连通,另一端与出油孔连通,所述缸体内壁设置有供导向块滑动的导向槽,缸体外壁上设置有进油口,缸体侧壁内设置有油路,油路上设置有导油孔,导油孔与导向槽相通,所述后盖上设置有密封装置,密封装置与活塞杆接触。
作为优选,所述活塞外圆周上设置有环形凹槽,所述O形密封圈为两个,两O形密封圈通过垫片设置在环形凹槽内。
作为优选,所述后盖内壁设置有环形槽,所述密封装置包括T形密封圈,T形密封圈通过两压块固定在环形槽内。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本发明结构设计合理,在缸体内壁设置导向槽,活塞杆上设置导向块,导向块可在导向槽内滑动,用以抵抗活塞杆所受的侧向载荷,缸体上设置带导油孔的油路,可润滑活塞杆,极大地延长了液压油缸的使用寿命;活塞和后盖上分别设置O形密封圈和密封装置,密封效果好。

参见图1,本发明的掘进机导向液压油缸,包括缸体1、活塞2和活塞杆3,缸体1两端分别设置有前盖4和后盖5,活塞2固定在活塞杆3一端,活塞2设置在缸体1内,活塞杆3另一端穿过后盖5,所述活塞2外圆周面上沿周向设置有O形密封圈6,活塞2上设置有出油孔7,活塞杆3外壁上设置有导向块8,活塞杆3上设置有供油孔12,供油孔12设置在缸体1外,活塞杆3内设置有供油通道13,供油通道13一端与供油孔12连通,另一端与出油孔7连通,所述缸体1内壁设置有供导向块8滑动的导向槽9,缸体1外壁上设置有进油口10,缸体1侧壁内设置有油路11,油路11上设置有导油孔,导油孔与导向槽9相通,所述后盖5上设置有密封装置14,密封装置14与活塞杆3接触,所述活塞2外圆周上设置有环形凹槽,所述O形密封圈6为两个,两O形密封圈6通过垫片设置在环形凹槽内,所述后盖5内壁设置有环形槽,所述密封装置14包括T形密封圈,T形密封圈通过两压块固定在环形槽内。
本发明结构设计合理,在缸体1内壁设置导向槽9,活塞杆3上设置导向块8,导向块8可在导向槽9内滑动,用以抵抗活塞杆3所受的侧向载荷,缸体1上设置带导油孔的油路11,可润滑活塞杆3,极大地延长了液压油缸的使用寿命;活塞2和后盖5上分别设置O形密封圈6和密封装置14,密封效果好。

1.一种掘进机导向液压油缸,包括缸体、活塞和活塞杆,缸体两端分别设置有前盖和后盖,活塞固定在活塞杆一端,活塞设置在缸体内,活塞杆另一端穿过后盖,其特征在于:所述活塞外圆周面上沿周向设置有O形密封圈,活塞上设置有出油孔,活塞杆外壁上设置有导向块,活塞杆上设置有供油孔,供油孔设置在缸体外,活塞杆内设置有供油通道,供油通道一端与供油孔连通,另一端与出油孔连通,所述缸体内壁设置有供导向块滑动的导向槽,缸体外壁上设置有进油口,缸体侧壁内设置有油路,油路上设置有导油孔,导油孔与导向槽相通,所述后盖上设置有密封装置,密封装置与活塞杆接触。
