本发明提供了一种表现出霍山石斛鲜花香味的香料组合物,属于鲜花香料组合物技术领域,其特征在于:所述香料组合物由β‑石竹烯、罗勒烯、(E,E)‑ α‑金合欢烯、3‑辛酮、正己醇、(E)‑香叶基丙酮、BETA‑二氢紫罗兰酮、惕各酸乙酯、金合欢醇和邻苯二甲酸二乙酯混合配制而成。此香料组合物可广泛用于制备具有霍山石斛鲜花香味的皮肤外用物、纸制品等具有香气要求的物质。所述香味组合物和霍山石斛鲜花一致,其香味独特,无毒无害,性质稳定,长期密封储存后香味不变,适用于各种化妆品、护肤品等皮肤外用物,所用成分安全无刺激,同时也可以用于各种对香气有要求的产品上,如纸制品,应用范围广,市场前景广阔。

技术领域
本发明属于花香型组合物配制技术领域,具体提供了一种表现出霍山石斛鲜花香味的香料组合物及应用。
背景技术
霍山石斛(学名:Dendrobium huoshanense C.Z.Tang et S.J.Cheng)俗称米斛,是兰科石斛属的草本植物。茎直立,肉质,不分枝,具3-7节,淡黄绿色,有时带淡紫红色斑点,干后淡黄色。叶革质,2-3枚互生于茎的上部,斜出,舌状长圆形。总状花序1-3个,从落了叶的老茎上部发出,具1-2朵花;花淡黄绿色,开展;花瓣卵状长圆形,先端钝,具5条脉;唇瓣近菱形,长和宽约相等。花期5月。
中国国家地理标志产品。主产于大别山区的安徽省霍山县,大多生长在云雾缭绕的悬崖峭壁崖石缝隙间和参天古树上,生于山地林中树干上和山谷岩石上。霍山石斛能大幅度提高人体内SOD(延缓衰老的主要物质)水平,对经常熬夜、用脑、烟酒过度,体虚乏力的人群,经常饮用非常适宜。霍山石斛有明目作用,也能调和阴阳、壮阳补肾、养颜驻容,从而达到保健益寿的功效。
霍山石斛茎直立,肉质,长3-9厘米,从基部上方向上逐渐变细,基部上方粗3-18毫米,不分枝,具3-7节,节间长3-8毫米,淡黄绿色,有时带淡紫红色斑点,干后淡黄色。叶革质,2-3枚互生于茎的上部,斜出,舌状长圆形,长9-21厘米,宽5-7毫米,先端钝并且微凹,基部具抱茎的鞘;叶鞘膜质,宿存。总状花序1-3个,从落了叶的老茎上部发出,具1-2朵花;花序柄长2-3毫米,基部被1-2枚鞘;鞘纸质,卵状披针形,长3-4毫米,先端锐尖;花苞片浅白色带栗色,卵形,长3-4毫米,先端锐尖;花梗和子房浅黄绿色,长2-2.7厘米;花淡黄绿色,开展;中萼片卵状披针形,长12-14毫米,宽4-5毫米,先端钝,具5条脉;侧萼片镰状披针形,长12-14毫米,宽5-7毫米,先端钝,基部歪斜;萼囊近矩形,长5-7毫米,末端近圆形。花瓣卵状长圆形,通常长12-15毫米,宽6-7毫米,先端钝,具5条脉;唇瓣近菱形,长和宽约相等,1-1.5厘米、基部楔形并且具1个胼胝体,上部稍3裂,两侧裂片之间密生短毛,近基部处密生长白毛;中裂片半圆状三角形,先端近钝尖,基部密生长白毛并且具1个黄色横椭圆形的斑块;蕊柱淡绿色,长约4毫米,具长7毫米的蕊柱足;蕊柱足基部黄色,密生长白毛,两侧偶然具齿突;药帽绿白色,近半球形,长1.5毫米,顶端微凹。花期5月。
石斛具有秉性刚强、祥和可亲的气质,有许多国家把它作为“父亲节之花”。父亲节送石斛兰,表示坚毅、勇敢。石斛的花语是:欢迎、祝福、纯洁、吉祥、幸福。黄色的石斛兰是在父亲节或父亲的生日时赠送父亲的花,寓意父亲的刚毅、亲切而威严,表达对父亲的敬意。
铁皮石斛组培苗种植后第三年才能开花,花期在5月到6月,持续一个月左右。铁皮石斛花状丛生,花葶从叶腋抽出,每葶有花七八朵,多的达20多朵,呈总状花序,每花6瓣,花呈淡黄色,四面散开,中间的唇瓣略圆,花瓣边均为紫色,瓣心为白色,也有少数的为黄色、橙色。铁皮石斛花可以散发出淡淡的清香。
约100克铁皮石斛才可以采收1克铁皮石斛花,而且采摘要求也很高。铁皮石斛花期短,必须适时采摘。如果采摘过早,会让药力不足,而如果采摘时间偏晚,又可能导致铁皮石斛花腐烂变坏。每年真正能采摘铁皮石斛花的时间就短短的一个月,所以铁皮石斛花就显得非常的珍贵稀有。
香料是一种能被嗅觉嗅出香气或味觉尝出香味的物质,是配制香精的原料。具有令人愉快的芳香气味,能用于调配香精的化合物或混合物。按其来源有天然香料和人造香料,按其用途有日用化学品用香料、食用香料和烟草香料之分。在化学工业中,全合成香料是作为精细化学品组织生产的。霍山石斛鲜花香气独特,具有鲜明的特点,而石斛鲜花又很贵,因此急需一种表现出霍山石斛鲜花的香料,而申请人经过检索,尚未发现有表现出石斛鲜花香味的组合物。
发明内容
本发明提出一种全新的表现出霍山石斛鲜花香味的香料组合物,所述香味组合物由β-石竹烯、罗勒烯、(E,E)-α-金合欢烯、3-辛酮、正己醇、(E)-香叶基丙酮、BETA-二氢紫罗兰酮、惕各酸乙酯、金合欢醇和邻苯二甲酸二乙酯混合配制而成,其具体配方为:
β-石竹烯:22.51±0.1%;罗勒烯:15.83±0.1%;(E,E)-α-金合欢烯:10.56±0.1%;3-辛酮:7.89±0.1%;正己醇:5.22±0.1%;(E)-香叶基丙酮:4.71±0.1%;BETA-二氢紫罗兰酮:3.22±0.1%;惕各酸乙酯:6.08~13%;金合欢醇:6.08~13%;邻苯二甲酸二乙酯:10.98±0.1%。
一种香料组合物,包括如下成分:β-石竹烯:22.51±0.1%;罗勒烯:15.83±0.1%;(E,E)-α-金合欢烯:10.56±0.1%;3-辛酮:7.89±0.1%;正己醇:5.22±0.1%;(E)-香叶基丙酮:4.71±0.1%;BETA-二氢紫罗兰酮:3.22±0.1%;惕各酸乙酯:8.86±0.1%;金合欢醇:10.22±0.1%;邻苯二甲酸二乙酯:10.98±0.1%。
按照0.1%的添加量将上述香料组合物混合按上述比例混合后添加到传统护肤品配方中,其护肤品具有霍山石斛鲜花的香气。
按照0.5%的添加量将上述香料组合物混合按上述比例混合后添加到传统皮肤外用物的配方中,其传统皮肤外用物具有霍山石斛鲜花的香气。
按照1%的添加量将上述香料组合物混合按上述比例混合后添加到传统造纸配方中,其制备的纸制品具有霍山石斛鲜花的香气。
本发明的有益效果
本发明通过不同种已知物质的组合,配制成具有和霍山石斛鲜花香气一致的香味组合物,所述香味组合物和霍山石斛鲜花一致,其香味独特,无毒无害,性质稳定,长期密封储存后香味不变,适用于各种化妆品、护肤品等皮肤外用物,所用成分安全无刺激,同时也可以用于各种对香气有要求的产品上,如纸制品,应用范围广,市场前景广阔。对本发明制备的香味组合物和霍山石斛鲜花香气进行盲测,将本发明制备的香味组合物和采摘的霍山石斛鲜花分别放在不同的黑色的暗瓶中,请30个不知情的人对两种香味经行辨别,96.7%的人认为两者是同一鲜花的气味,可以表示两种物质的香味相同。本发明的各组配方中,其成分运行有0.1%的误差,若误差超过0.1%,其香气发生变化会导致香味组合物的气味发生改变。

具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例中,霍山石斛鲜花来自于皖西学院石斛基地生长的3-5年左右霍山石斛,2017年4-5月采集盛开期霍山石斛花。将采回的花朵去柄,整朵剪碎,置于5mL的萃取瓶中,密封,静置10min。再用SPME纤维头通过瓶垫插入萃取瓶中,置于样品正上方约0.5cm处,65℃加热萃取35min。然后将纤维头插入GC进样口,解吸3min。其中,所述SPME纤维头的型号为PDMS100μm,购买自美国Supelco公司。
色谱条件:仪器:ThermoFisher Trace ISQ-LT;柱子:30m*0.25mm*0.25um的DB-5MS柱;载气:纯度99.999%的氦气;Carrier mode:Constant Flow;Carrier flow:1.0mL/min;气相色谱条件:柱温采取程序升温,起始温度为40℃,保持3min;以5℃/min升至150℃;以10℃/min升至250℃,保持5min;进样口温度为250℃;不分流进样。
质谱条件:电离方式为EI源,离子源温度:250℃;传输线温:250℃;电离电压70eV;质量范围35~450m/z全程扫描。质谱检索标准库:NIST库萃取时间:30min;解析时间:3min。由以上方法得出的色谱图见图1,测定的石斛花香部分主要成分见表1。

依据色谱结果,分析组成花香的主要物质,加入人工载体溶剂,模拟花香的主要香料组合物,其香料组合物的主要成分如下:

但是经感官评定,上述表2配方与霍山石斛花有区别。进一步经专家评价,其色香味明显和新鲜的霍山石斛鲜花的风味不同。
为了解决此问题,发明人所作的感官检测显示,只含有这些成分,无法表达出石斛花的香味。因此,本发明的发明人继续研究以开发出具有类似于霍山石斛花的香味的产品。结果,发现了一种香料组合物,该组合物除了含有霍山石斛花的芳香组分,包括β-石竹烯、罗勒烯、(E,E)-α-金合欢烯、3-辛酮等之外,还含有作为必要组分的惕各酸乙酯、金合欢醇。惕各酸乙酯有优雅的香气,金合欢醇具有特有的青香韵的铃兰花香气,并有青香和木香香韵。该香料组合物能散发出类似于霍山石斛花的特有的香气,并深受偏爱,其具体成分如表3。
