一种青少年专用乳钙压片糖果,是由以下重量份的原料制成的:乳钙20-30份、龙眼肉提取物5-10份、枸杞多糖1-3份、番茄提取物4-8份、玉米须提取物2-6份、葡萄糖40-60份、硬脂酸镁0.2-0.4份、麦芽糊精3-15份。
所述乳钙中钙的质量含量≥25%。
所述枸杞多糖中含有质量分数≥50的枸杞多糖。
所述玉米须提取物是由以下方法制备得到的:将玉米须室温下干燥,剪成5-8cm小段,加入乙醇热回流提取3h,所述玉米须和乙醇的质量比为1:10,提取2次,混合提取液,冷冻干燥,得玉米须提取物。
一种青少年专用乳钙压片糖果的制备方法,是由以下步骤制备得到的:
1)将龙眼肉提取物、枸杞多糖、番茄提取物和玉米须提取物分别超微粉碎后过700目筛,混合均匀,得超微粉;
2)将乳钙、超微粉、葡萄糖、硬脂酸镁和麦芽糊精混合均匀,得混合料;
3)将混合料用含有PVP的65%食用级酒精采用沸腾喷雾制粒技术制软材,软材制好后放入摇摆颗粒机中,过14目尼龙筛进行制粒,然后干燥,干燥后的颗粒再次放入摇摆制粒机中进行整粒,过60目筛;
4)压片:将制好的颗粒,用旋转式压片机进行压片,压片进行包装,制得青少年专用乳钙压片糖果,1.5g/片。
食用方法:嚼服,每日1片。

一种青少年专用乳钙压片糖果的制备方法,是由以下步骤制备得到的:
1)将龙眼肉提取物、枸杞多糖、番茄提取物和玉米须提取物分别超微粉碎后过700目筛,混合均匀,得超微粉;
2)将乳钙、超微粉、葡萄糖、硬脂酸镁和麦芽糊精混合均匀,得混合料;
3)将混合料用含有PVP的65%食用级酒精采用沸腾喷雾制粒技术制软材,软材制好后放入摇摆颗粒机中,过14目尼龙筛进行制粒,然后干燥,干燥后的颗粒再次放入摇摆制粒机中进行整粒,过60目筛;
4)压片:将制好的颗粒,用旋转式压片机进行压片,压片进行包装,制得青少年专用乳钙压片糖果,1.5g/片。
食用方法:嚼服,每日1片。
实施例2
一种青少年专用乳钙压片糖果,是由以下重量份的原料制成的:乳钙22份、龙眼肉提取物9份、枸杞多糖2份、番茄提取物7份、玉米须提取物3份、葡萄糖45份、硬脂酸镁0.3份、麦芽糊精6份。
其余同实施例1。
实施例3
一种青少年专用乳钙压片糖果,是由以下重量份的原料制成的:乳钙25份、龙眼肉提取物8份、枸杞多糖2份、番茄提取物6份、玉米须提取物4份、葡萄糖50份、硬脂酸镁0.3份、麦芽糊精9份。
其余同实施例1。
实施例4
一种青少年专用乳钙压片糖果,是由以下重量份的原料制成的:乳钙28份、龙眼肉提取物7份、枸杞多糖2份、番茄提取物5份、玉米须提取物5份、葡萄糖55份、硬脂酸镁0.3份、麦芽糊精12份。
其余同实施例1。
实施例5
一种青少年专用乳钙压片糖果,是由以下重量份的原料制成的:乳钙30份、龙眼肉提取物5份、枸杞多糖1份、番茄提取物4份、玉米须提取物6份、葡萄糖60份、硬脂酸镁0.2份、麦芽糊精15份。
其余同实施例1。
大鼠体内钙的吸收率研究
试验动物:SD大鼠,体重在120g-250g。
试验方法:将大鼠随机分成6组,每组20只,各组一般资料比较差异无统计学意义﹙P>0.05﹚,具有可比性。分组后动物置于不锈钢代谢笼内用词料喂养3天,然后开始灌胃法给药7天;对照组给药乳钙(计算钙含量为70mg),实验组1-5分别给药实施例1-5制备的青少年专用乳钙压片糖果(计算钙含量为70mg);同时收集7天内粪和尿,以测定钙含量。实验结束后,将动物麻醉,经心脏取血5-6ml,离心,取血清测定钙含量,血钙、粪钙、尿钙、饲料钙均按原子吸收分光光度法测定。试验结果如表1所示。

注:与对照组比较,*P<0.05。
试验结果:由表1可知,实施例1-5制备的青少年专用乳钙压片糖果对大鼠钙吸收有促进作用,同时,实验组1-5大鼠血钙含量比对照组大鼠血钙含量显著增加(P<0.05)。
Claims (5)
1.一种青少年专用乳钙压片糖果,其特征在于,是由以下重量份的原料制成的:乳钙20-30份、龙眼肉提取物5-10份、枸杞多糖1-3份、番茄提取物4-8份、玉米须提取物2-6份、葡萄糖40-60份、硬脂酸镁0.2-0.4份、麦芽糊精3-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述青少年专用乳钙压片糖果,其特征在于,所述乳钙中钙的质量含量≥25%。
3.根据权利要求1所述青少年专用乳钙压片糖果,其特征在于,所述枸杞多糖中含有质量分数≥50的枸杞多糖。
4.根据权利要求1所述青少年专用乳钙压片糖果,其特征在于,所述玉米须提取物是由以下方法制备得到的:将玉米须室温下干燥,剪成5-8cm小段,加入乙醇热回流提取3h,所述玉米须和乙醇的质量比为1:10,提取2次,混合提取液,冷冻干燥,得玉米须提取物。
5.一种权利要求1-4中任一项所述的青少年专用乳钙压片糖果的制备方法,其特征在于,是由以下步骤制备得到的:
1)将龙眼肉提取物、枸杞多糖、番茄提取物和玉米须提取物分别超微粉碎后过700目筛,混合均匀,得超微粉;
2)将乳钙、超微粉、葡萄糖、硬脂酸镁和麦芽糊精混合均匀,得混合料;
3)将混合料用含有PVP的65%食用级酒精采用沸腾喷雾制粒技术制软材,软材制好后放入摇摆颗粒机中,过14目尼龙筛进行制粒,然后干燥,干燥后的颗粒再次放入摇摆制粒机中进行整粒,过60目筛;
4)压片:将制好的颗粒,用旋转式压片机进行压片,压片进行包装,制得青少年专用乳钙压片糖果。
